Worst hotel I've visited (poisoned) UPDATE: Manager told us before we left they would refund us through Agoda, and now they are refusing. First (and unfortunately not worst,) our room had so much toxic air freshener spray you could taste it. Opened the windows and left it for 2 hours, still reeked. Then we heard a machine running and started smelling other chemicals. They had filled the entire hallways with moquito fog (also poisonous chemicals) and it was coming into our room. We were forced to sprint through the thick chemical fogged hallways to fresh air. I'm not a chemical phobe, but this was insane by any standards. My girlfriend and I have terrible headaches and I'm worried about the health consequences of such a huge dose of chemicals. We left the hotel immediately. If you value your health, stay far away from Puri Saron.

We took 2 bungalows for 2 nights. , For the price we were expecting good facilities, but unfortunately since we checked in internet didn't work AT ALL. We asked its management team to give us a solution, but what the manager said was just asking us to be patient. We were "patient" enough for about 5 hours, and still, there was no solution. We decided to leave that night after the female manager (unluckily we didn't remember her name) gave us IRRITATING REMARKS and THREW TANTRUMS to us. For such a resort, the manager FAILED to keep her guest due to HER UNPROFESSIONAL AND EMOTIONAL attitude. Keeping such a manager is a BIG LOSS for puri hotel senggigi. She is a WASTE for this hotel and its team. The front desk worker was so helpful and so polite, though! And the garden is not too bad. And that's why I still give 1 star. Ahh, one more thing, the beach behind this resort is one of the most awful beaches I've ever seen. It is very close to a dirty (yach!) river, located just on the right side, and the sand is pure black, and the surroundings look dirty. No, I DON'T recommend at all for those who wanna enjoy the beach in lombok.

Old style resort hotel with uncomfortable bed, no electricity plug by the bed for hand phone, a tv with no signal and a very bad WiFi. Dirty when you look underneath and unsecure electricity installation by the bed. Only the garden seems to be taken care of. To avoid unless late at night and no other choice.

I'm a tour leader, I do guiding group tours thoughout Southeast Asia countries, mostly start in Thailand and Vietnam to Malaysia, Indonesia and the Philippines. On September 2022 I stayed for 3 days and 2 nights at Puri Saron Senggigi Lombok. The room was much more fancy than what I knew about before! And service quality from staffs is really second to none! I did stay overnight at this hotel several times with my family also but what I got last year might have been the best I ever experienced compare to other hotels I used with my tourist groups even in ASEAN countries! 2 more days, in Aug 6th 2023 I will check in to Puri Saron senggigi with my group from Belgium and the Netherland. I feel like impatient to meet such wonderful hotel staffs like the restaurant manager who gave me free dinner since he found that I was the tour leader for a Dutch tourist group consisted of 19 persons last year! See you the day after tomorrow!

Nice hotel, but two staff members, one named Bahrul I saw on his shirt, were harrassing me all the time by asking money. So for me, hearing some people talking in reviews about stealing in rooms, is not a surprise to me. For me a reason not to come again, although the other member staff were very nice.

This place was creepy. As a solo traveler this is not the place to go, I felt like i was very alone and not in a good way. The room looked nothing like what was posted on the website for booking, it was very far out of the way to a town and things to do. The bedroom was alright, but the bathroom looked like it had been converted from an outdoor to an indoor bathroom, and the door to my room had spaces where light was coming through and I realized there was blood on the sheet from either the guest before or that it didn’t come out in the wash from a previous guest. I left a day before I was supposed to check out because I felt I was one of three people there. The pool was alright but looked like it needed a good deep clean, and the beach was pretty trashed from the fishing boats.

An experience that will never be forgotten can be a staycation at the Puri Saron Bungalow Hotel Senggigi, the staff are friendly, the place is nice and very comfortable, highly recommended for local and foreign tourists who want to vacation in Lombok

We had a great stay here. The staff is very attentive and friendly. The room had a beautiful ocean view for such an affordable price and breakfast was good too. Good Wifi connection in the room

The hotel is very nice with traditional vibes and very friendly employees. The location is also near the beach so you can visit the beach whenever you want.

It's a little bit off life. Need to have transport. Food was a basic variety of Indonesian and some western dishes. Beach is in walking distance. Pool was nice and they offered pool towels free of charge. The bathroom was smelling a little bit moldy and old.

This is the worst hotel I have been to! We had our perfumes stolen and the hotel accused us of lying. No gestures were made. I have never seen that. To flee !!

The hotel is showing its age. Staff super friendly. The room was good.

Quite strategic location, weak wifi connection, the air conditioner is not cold, the tools are old and smell not used for a long time

Be careful of your stuff because the staff steal in the rooms, and when we explain that we have stuffs which have disappear they told us we are liars !! It is incredible and totally unfair, we are never going back here !! The first time in a hotel that we have this bad experience. Do not trust them !! Too bad. Rubbers from the staff !

We spent a few days in this hotel and we noticed that we had a lot of things stolen (perfume, clothes...) We said this to the hotel staff and the great surprise we were accused of being a liar, such a thing is unacceptable, no compensation from them In addition, we had several buttons on the body, probably due to bed bugs Hotel to flee!!!

Although it was large, but the room was dusty. I got itchy while stay in the hotel. The drainage was smelly and we cannot use the toilets flush properly. Although the public place of this hotel was nice, but the toilets was not clean. A lot of mosquitoes and ants in the toilets. It seems never been used. The meeting room was small but tidy. The problem was on the wifi connection. The connection wasn't stable so it was a bit disturbing while we run the meeting online.

Lovely place for dinner by the pool looking at the ocean, quiet, relaxing with with realistic prices for food and alcohol. Lovely grounds and staff.

An old style hotel, although missing the Balinese vibe. Clean, fully furnished room, but wifi did not reach there, so I had to spend late evening by the pool to have my scheduled call. Nice breakfast, but coffee creamer did not make the drink whiter not a bit. Maybe too much staff to handle the garden instead of spending on more relevant needs.

So nice place, i want to comeback someday. I love it

Stayed here for 1 night on my Lombok tour on a motorcycle during the corona pandemic. The rooms are big and clean, AC was cold, staff friendly and attentive. Nice big pool. The price is reasonable. I recommend this hotel when in Sengigi.

All their staff, the vibes, their hospitality are excellent!! Even we aren't really like to have long stay in hotel, but they make our stay feel like home. Just one note, don't booking with agod* here, they have some kind of trouble system with reservation. But after all, they deserve more than 5stars!

Local style hotel, lovely gardens and beautiful pool. Nice and quiet away from the mosques

Food was oke but no great, western food is not good. Room are large so nice.
