location is good. But the hotel was horrible. Beware of bedbugs. The staff aware they have on going problem with bed bugs but still renting the room to people without fixing it for good. They tried to move us to different room which is not a correct solution. They refused to refund us at the place because we booked it through a website. And even after we contacted the website, they still tried to fight the refund... which was ridiculous. Please pay a bit more to stay in a better hotel.

So I will start with the good things; nice pool and towels and a nice breakfast. However it's downhill from here, the first bed I was in had bedbugs (I saw them swarming my pillow after 5 minutes of lying down) the receptionist but me into a different dorm and said sometimes they 'forget' to change the pillow cases... later that night after I went for a swim I asked if they could fill up my bottle of water, they said no despite the fact there was a water dispenser right next to the bar so I had to go upstairs and change and then go to the shop next door to get some water. Lastly the showers. Well what can I say? They can't really be called showers, more like a dribbling tap (I have had pisses with more water pressure).

great hotel. built in a western "colonial" style. the rooms are a bit larger than most up & down the strip. small intimate pool big enough to cool off & of course if you have kids very convenient. great & helpful staff. wifi a bit "jiggity" like most of the island), but works well in reception if you really need gr8 signal. good (varied) menu, more than just the standard fare.

This is super comfy hotel with affordable price 👌..this is very green inside and reachable from the beach..it's easy to access Atm, Indomaret, and travel agent. The staff are polite and helpful. Very clean room and pool..I will come back when I go to Senggigi next time.

Location is perfect. Staff is wonderful. Swimming pool nice. Garden very pleasant. Good value for money. I'll stay here again.

Excellent location, in senggigi town centre, The pool is great, We just hung out by the pool with a nice bottle of wine and enjoyed the day. The staff were always there if we needed anything. The room was spacious and comfortable although it needed a few repairs, Great value for money. Will be back again.

I like the hotel - it's so in the center of cafes and the beach. They have their own restaurant I had the traditional Ayam Taliwang I thought it was good and better than other restaurants around. Although, for the room, I was on a shared room - it wasn't clean enough and the showers were all broken. Maybe better on the private room. The WiFi was only on a public area.

Only visited the the restaurant. The soft drink we ordered had some weird stuff almost like mould on the top of the can. Suggesting that it had been stored improperly. The staff was very pleasant and the food was good. The tuna I ordered was quite over cooked but that's to be expected. It was very well seasoned and the condiments were all of a similar standard. We weren't exactly disappointed but neither were we wowed by the experience.

Stayed there for one night and it was overall a good stay. The homey atmosphere, great gardens and refreshing pool were all worth the price. The breakfast was nice and the staffs were helpful. Definitely a proper stay at Senggigi as the place is quite central, only in walking distance to the beach and restaurants.

Amazing customer service. Breakfast is good and dinner is ok. Room was very clean and nice. Bathroom wasn't great but the overall experience was amazing. Pool is beautiful too.

Really nice hotel if you get t for a nice price. The pool is nice and the attention. Breakfast is average but always welcome. Rooms are clean but tiny (good enough tho)
