Don’t come here if you want to sleep and relax. There were big arrangements every day with loud music. Our last night they turned it off around 22-23 only to start again with music and yelling in a microphone at 6:30. Horrible! The pool area is great if there isn’t a DJ to ruin it but the garden and surroundings are beautiful. Only one of the restaurants were open but you can walk along the beach to another hotel with more restaurants and options. They write that the beach is private but a lot of street sellers come there and almost into the garden trying to sell stuff. I even got distracted in the pool by a guy trying to sell pineapples. They get one star for the beautiful view, pools and kind staff. I will never come back.

We stayed at Holiday Resort Lombok for 12 nights - 4 in a pool view room and 8 in a Mangsit Suite, with our two sons and two other families joining us. The resort was perfect for families, with a great pool, lovely gardens and view of the ocean and of course the amazing sunset each night. Staff were friendly and helpful and there was a good selection of food at the breakfast buffet and off the menu for lunch and dinner. While the rooms are aging a bit and could do with an update, overall they were clean and had all we needed for our stay. We would definitely visit again. Thank you for a wonderful holiday!

One of the best hotel options that you can choose in Senggigi. The hotel is spacious and lovely, the hotel staff are super friendly and helpful, the check-in process also fast. The hotel has the amenities and facilities which you may need during your stay. The view is directly to the beach so it is very suitable for those who come to enjoy holidays alone, or with family or friends!

Perfect example of an excellent resort! Everyone were really helpful and friendly. Great staff who knew how to serve the customer and the breakfast was amazing. The room was well equipped and the service was excellent, and well cleaned. From the balcony, we could view the sea, the pool and the breathtaking view. The location of our room was absolutely perfect. The position of the resort is perfect, The resort is directly on the beach and there are many activities. Very clean and beautiful views, a very good place to relax and chill. The scenery was beautiful and it was a relieve to walk in such a quiet and peaceful environment. The view of the sunset from that point was mesmerizing. I must say the location of the resort is at best place of Senggigi. If someone wants to visit the Gili then they could drive and reach the harbour within 15/20 minutes. 
All the staff made the stay more comfortable and enjoyable. Excellent hospitality.

Perfect location. Loved the gardens surrounding our accommodation super breakfast and lovely sunset. All the staff from reception to the maintenance guy bent over backwards to make sure we enjoyed our holiday. We will definitely stay here next visit.

Nice resort, with big pool and pool bar wide garden and nice beach front at mangsut beach. rooms are spaciouse and clean, inhouse restaurant and warungs and beach clubs around are good to have a good range of food without going far. totally recommended, we will coming back

We arrived 2 hours before check-in time, and our room was already prepared for us. We were allowed to check in straight away. Staff on the desk was very nice and friendly. Our luggage got carried for us to the rooms. The room itself was clean but could do with some refurbishment, but for the price we paid, we can't complain. The areal was very well maintained and clean. The restaurant is located on the beach front, so it has a beautiful view on sea. Breakfast is absolutely outstanding. There is a huge variety of food and every day it is slightly different. Complex has two pools with bar each. In resort is also small shop where you can buy some necessities as water sun creams and some sweets. The gym is also available. Don't expect a top quality gym, but it does the job. Overall, it's a good place to stay.

Well, it is a beautiful resort, and the breakfast was okay.. I had a day pass for swimming, they have a various type of swimming.. it is great for family time or just swimming. I am impressed with the genuine and how friendly the people in the hotel.. it is just lack of parking lot so you might walk a bit to the hotel area.

We booked the family rooms at Holiday Resort Lombok. Oddly enough the family rooms are located across the road from the main hotel with all the facilities such as a pool. That said, the family rooms are really spacious. What you get are 2 big rooms (only one seemed to have a safe) with an even bigger living room , dining room and kitchen joining them with plenty of balconies. Overall, if you are traveling with a toddler this is well worth it as the additional space provides more space for the kid to play around.

The location is just perfect, right in front of beach where the sounds of waves and calm still mixing to relax. It is a hotel I can do my business and meetings whilst relaxing with my family. So amazing well kept hotel knowing this is a very old hotel, it must have a great leadership there I believe. Congratulations and all the best. You are the only hotel I will stay whenever visiting Lombok Island

Perfect place to enjoy the beautiful landscape of Lombok. Hotel employees are nice and the breakfast is really good. I recommend the floating breakfast in the pool with the morning sun. The bedroom was spacious, the air conditioning worked (which a really important criteria) and you can hear the waves of the beach from your bed.

Already like this resort because it's very wide, I prefer the part directly facing the beach because I can hear the sound of the waves and see the sea view. Very beautiful, this resort has lots of coconut trees and for those of you who like sunbathing, of course you can do it by the pool or even on the beach. The food they serve for breakfast is very diverse, ranging from Asian and western food, you can't miss anything because what is served is really delicious!! They even have a floating breakfast, you can ask to have it and pay according to the price, I think it's worth it! I want to try all the facilities next time, starting from the store, and so on. really not enough just to stay one night there xx. They take care of this resort very well, the cleanliness and friendliness of all staff is guaranteed, there are no acts of racism. In the morning I saw the staff cleaning the resort and they welcomed guests warmly and kindly, really like at home. The last thing is I really really like the bathroom, it's very beautiful to have a shower with the plants there and the sunlight from above, works very well. the room is spacious and has a balcony, the room is very complete with slippers, umbrella, drinks and more.

Staying here for a night. The swimming pool is really big and clean. The food is great and the staff is very nice and helpful. You have direct access to the beach which is long and so relaxing. Recommended place to stay! Strategic location. Definitely will comeback and recommend this place. Overall it’s a best choice to stay in Lombok🤗

This is really a resort, actually I don't know how to describe it because it impressed me, there are many resorts in Lombok but I fell in love with this one. Green grass, coconut trees and beautiful sea views. I found it through the website and the stars given by Google are really worth it, I'm interested in the outside appearance, it's really a dream resort!! In terms of service, they are very kind, polite and take the initiative to ask needs or offer to guests, explain and so on. My honest experience when I stayed at this resort with my family, at that time I brought quite a lot of stuff and without asking for help their staff was very initiative to help with their hospitality, I really appreciate all that. I think maybe the resort does very good special training for all the staff. The atmosphere at this resort is very suitable to be used as a place to relax and unwind after work, family vacations, even honeymoons. They have two swimming pools, the first pool is very big and like a flowing river and the second is a pool at the end of the resort, like a romantic swimming pool with a transparent white tent, you can see in the photo I sent. In each column there is a bar and you can get a happy hour price.

Light, airy and very spacious...very welcoming atmosphere. The staff throughout the hotel were very professional, friendly and extremely helpful. They always greeting and smiling to us. Amazing pool, tasty food and drink, very good location everything what you need. There is scuba diving center, spa, souvenir, wifi worked good. We stayed in two different room. First two bedroom family than beach villa both would brilliant.

We stayed for 2 nights and we had the whole stay an incredible experience at this resort. Especially the training staff in the restaurant are amazing. And also thank you to Catherine (reception) who helped us since in the beginning with all the booking.

Nice Hotel..grounds and buildings are lovely..rooms are a little tired but large, clean and comfortable. Our sea view king room had a fantastic view over the pool and gardens to the sea.Staff are friendly and it's only 5 minutes by scooter to the majority of the restaurants. Sengiggi is very quiet nowadays and perfect for a relaxing time.

the service is very satisfying, highly recommended for holidays. Whether you want to be with your family or partner, it's still okay, the hotel has complete facilities and the food menu is also very delicious. I will continue to stay here on holiday. because I really fell in love❤️

We had a really great stay. The room is spacious, smells really great and super clean. Its not a modern kind of hotel but it is so comfortable. We stayed for 4 nights and we had never been happier. We booked an ocean view room, the room was facing the ocean and every time you went outside, you can hear the waves. So relaxing. The pool was amazing! Big, clean, and face the ocean. Not to mention the great sunset view. You can see ocean, sunset and mountain at the same time ❤️🌴 Definitely will be back! 🌅

Got the garden chalet rooms, nice place with affordable price. Beach is accessible from the big pool. The only complaint I have is the AC isn't working, the staff have come to repair it but after half an hour it broke again. Some of the lights doesn't work either.

This is the best place for relax and leisure. When i was staying here i was very excited. Recommended for you all. If you gonna visit lombok island you have to stay here for some nights. Hope you here

I booked and stayed there on the end of 2019 with my Japanese friends. It was very satisfiying to have holiday there and my Japanese friends were very happy for everything that available in these resort. Besides the facilities in my photos collection, some of them are also happy to have experience on watch the small turtles and also play on the beach in front of the resort. They were also very satisfied with the taste of the food served during breakfast and the ordered food during the dinner time I hope this resort can survive from this pandemic situation. The view is absolutely crazy. A lot of side just created beautifully in Holiday Resort Lombok. I guarantee you'll not dissapointed visiting these Resort.

Got a very good deal to stay here. The resort was pretty big, they have pools and direct access to the beach which are very pretty at sunset. Room was clean & spacious, although a bit too dim. Service was friendly and they can provide motorbike and car rental here.

DO NOT stay at this hotel. My experience at this place is outright terrible. First, the AC broke in the middle of the night and started making loud noises. Called the front desk 3 times and no one answered. Imagine if you’re actually in danger - then good luck because there’s ZERO staff. In the end, I got 3 hours of sleep. Woke up, got dressed in my swimsuit and a long shirt and headed to breakfast. Then you know what happened next?? The staff came up to me and told me to COVER UP myself with a towel. I said “is there a rule against wearing your swimsuit here??” He said that I’m being impolite. This is so disgusting. Please tell me what kind of hospitality is this? If we were in Arabic countries this surely makes sense but come on. I’ve never been so excited to check out from a hotel in my life. Don’t make the same mistake and stay here please (unless you’re “COVERED UP” and likes sleeping with no AC).

Been here twice! First stay was with my family, it was still called Holiday Inn Resort (2003 maybe?) Very memorable. Loved it. Great rooms (my parent's were differ to our room, so we got the best taste of both worlds lol) and nice service. I esp. loved the authentic washroom. The second was with my husband and his family. They fell in love too (it was already changed to Holiday Resort, in 2006 I think?). Would love to come back, but Gili Islands always calling us better, and the kids prefer staying in Gili Islands instead, darn kids. Would we recommend? ABSOLUTELY! Keep up the good work!

Hotel with a very beautiful view👌🏾 The air of the hotel is very cozy because there are many coconut trees and green grass. the place is really spacious, because the hotel is on the left and right of the road, so I think this is very suitable to be used as a vacation list with family. The hotel has two large swimming pools, nice and always clean, you can relax and enjoy the sea view. we can also dine directly on the beach because the restaurant is right facing the beach. Not only that, this hotel is very complete, there is a gym, spa, restaurant and others. And what makes me fall in love even more is that they have a floating breakfast. So amazing! For rooms, there are several choices of rooms and their positions. I chose the ocean view room, the room was very comfortable, complete facilities. Anyway, this hotel really must be on your staycation list. Happy staycation! 🥰

A spectacular view of the ocean and a nice resort in general. Rooms would deserve a maximum of 3 stars but with a 5 star location this is a very good choice for your paradise vacation in Lombok. Honestly why would you stay in Bali, when you can take a trip to paradise by air in just 20 minutes? Yes, if you want to party all night long, Bali is the place, but for relaxation and quality use Lombok. The rooms are good size, but unfortunately a bit outdated. Nice amenities with pools etc. Prices in the restaurant much higher than the neighbouring places.

The unit is very spacious and completed with all we need just like at home. It has a nice beach front pool and well maintained yard. The location is not far from the crowd of Senggigi so you don’t need to be worry about shopping or finding some foods. Recommended for family vacation 👍

A super big place. I tried 4 different rooms since i got confused with their rooms option. The rooms are : garden chalet (garden view that is abit far from lobby), mangsit suites (the rooms are great, sadly you have to cross the road to reach this room). the ocean view (which has nice view and not too far away from the lobby, but sometimes it is full). And the beach bungalow (best room) Mostly you need to depend on them if you brought alot of baggages. But the staff is nice. If you like to walk around sightseeing, this place is good for you. But be aware this hotel is also have wedding events Breakfast is abit letdown (so few options for the indonesian food). But if u want in room dining outside breakfast hour, the food actually taste good!

I really appreciate all that, I think maybe this resort does very good special training for all the staff. Secondly, I like this resort in terms of the atmosphere, this resort is very suitable to be used as a place to relax unwind after work, on family vacations, and also on honeymoon, very cool because there are lots of coconut trees and green grass, the sound of the waves can relieve stress. They have two swimming pools, the first pool is very big and like a river flow and the second one is a pool which is at the end of the resort, it is like a romantic swimming pool with a transparent white tent, you can see in the photo I sent.

Our room was very close to the pool and the beach. The view was spectacular. The staff was very helpful and customer oriented. However, the room was quite old, need small renovation, I think. I really enjoyed their swimming pool. Big, warm water and it's only side by side with the beach. You can have morning walk at the beach while waiting for the sunrise. You can enjoy the breakfast while listening to the wave. Epic!

Good service and very nice hotel staff. The room was slightly smelly, but this was acceptable for us. Amazing reef directly in front of the hotel, so be careful when going in the ocean there. Excellent area for snorkeling,but it's probably good if you are wearing aqua shoes. When its a really strong tide, then you can even see parts of the reef.

Hi, I am one of the guests at this resort. I want to review some parts of this resort, which I consider it's worth it. I hope you have imagine when you want to stay here and I'm sure you will like this resort as much as I do. This resort is very spacious, located on the right and left of the road, personally, I prefer the part directly facing the beach because I can hear the sound of the waves. You don't need to be afraid of the heat even though the weather in Lombok is hot, because they have lots of coconut trees and for those of you who like to sunbathe, of course, you can do it by the pool or even in the beach area. All the food they serve for breakfast almost nothing is missed because it is so delicious!! They even have a floating breakfast, it's awesome!! Too bad I haven't had time to try it yet, basically next time I will visit this resort again and try all their facilities, it's really not enough to stay only one night there haha. They take very good care of this resort even though it is in a pandemic period, in the morning I saw the staff who cleaned the resort all the way in all parts and they warmly greeted guests, It's really like home. And lastly, I really like the room, it works very well with the price, the room is spacious and has a balcony, the room is very complete with slippers, drinks, and others, I even twitched that they prepared an umbrella. Gosh, I really love this resort!

The idea of holiday is to enjoy every little and big things with the love ones. Most of the time, a place can be such an huge impact on the feelings. And if you ask me where did I go to spent the holiday, I will definitely go to Holiday Resort. Such nice warm place with an awesome white sand beach of crystal blue sea that will give you that tropical vibes. I don't know any better than this, Good job Holiday Resort!

Awesome resort with friendly staff. The beach was nice and well managed. Beautiful U-shaped swimming pool and rectangular pool with bean bags to relax on. Outside the resort, there are also affordable food options around the hotel. Would recommend 👍

Resort hotel on the Senggigi beach with complete and comfortable facilities. The best place to enjoy sunset. Large room, nice pool and garden. Delicious breakfast. Satisfactory service, thank you for giving late check out because there is still a meeting when it's time to check out.

I feel so comfortable of this hotel. This is one of best Hotel in Lombok. The rooms of the hotel was huge and very clean. The collaboration view between garden, pools, and the beach was beautiful. You don't have any regrets if you spend your holiday or staycation at this hotel.

For families the two bed villas are great. Spacious. Great views of the gardens and greenery. Great pool and facilities. About a 10- 15 min drive into the centre of Sengiggi. But these are further away and the more luxury part of the island.

Spacious, clean hotel, with complete facilities. We can directly access Senggigi Beach, it is very close to our room. We can see the beautiful sunset. The resort area near the beach is also comfortable for walking. The room is clean. Spacious bathroom with outdoor space. The breakfast is varied and delicious. It's a standard buffet, with additional elements of local food that you can try. The hotel food is delicious. I like the pizza. The swimming pool is wide and clean, the water is clear. The location is close to restaurants. It was a very pleasant experience to stay at Holiday Resort Lombok. For those who want to stay longer, opposite the hotel there are also Holiday Resort Lombok apartments available.
