Good escapes in Sekoteng area. Better for room and worth it to visit

At a glance the hotel looks great but there were just so many small things adding up that were just not great. First of all, the hotel is literally in the middle of nowhere which severely limits your dinner and activity options. All services are quite overpriced, from the food to massages, etc. The food is decent at best and in our case it wasn't brought out at the same time so that one person was almost done before the other person got their food. We had to send one dish back because part of it wasn't done and in general waiting times for food are quite long. There are also almost no vegan options which is an issue if there is no other restaurant around... Other stuff: Shower drain was clogged The tea ceremony wasn't offered even though it is advertised Wifi is bad The massage place and the watersports center were not open even though they were supposed to be open according to the opening hours The phone in our room was broken The water in the water dispenser on our room was stale We didn't have the mosquito repellent that was advertised and getting one was quite the process The mattress wasn't great I wouldn't come back, mostly because of the location of the hotel.

Cool and peace place, delicious food can customize your order to the chef, feels like to have private island, the view are awesome never seen the skies so fabulous on sunset and sunrise. Clean and clear warm water coast. If you have time should try snorkling and diving, its one stop to have in a place. I've tried the sporty spa.. Recommended. Souvenir shop available too. Gave 5 stars for all... Will come back very soon if I go to Lombok.

Lovely place lovely setting. Super staff. The room I had, No7 was great. Super comfy bed free water refill in room. Bathroom was lovely and spacious and even had an indoor and outside shower. Reason for 4 not 5 stars is the food. It wasn't what I would have expected. Vegetables were very over cooked each time and steak was very dissapointing.

It's a lovely property and a great value. The staff are all very friendly, the hotel grounds are beautifully designed, there's a beautiful view, and the rooms are clean. As a bonus, there are also many cute frogs around the property at night. My only nit is that the A/C doesn't cool the rooms down enough, but it wasn't uncomfortably hot.

We stayed in Cocotinos in September 2023 - the staff is incredibly kind and helpful, our room was clean and well equipped and the surrounding nature was truly amazing! The calm surrounding and good service made it possible to really enjoy a quiet time while at Lombok. The food in the restaurant was good as well - a lot of options to choose from and very delicious. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Some of the best service I've ever experienced. The staff were friendly and welcoming and went out of their way to ensure we enjoyed our stay. The food and drinks were good and reasonably priced. Boat trips and road transport were easy to organise. The location is amazing and I will definitely be back!

Lovely setting, friendly staff. Food in the restaurant is always very tasty and portion sizes are more than adequate - it's a long way to find another restaurant but you don't need to. Great for a relaxing break.

Not a great place to visit very in clean. The beach is full of rubbish etc. Not safe to swim

Nice location with spacious bungalows. If you would like to be far away from everything and just relax with a nice view you’re here at the right place. Luckily they have a small library. 3* from my end because: The hotel is really far away from anything. To get to the next restaurant you need a taxi. The hotel restaurant food is unfortunately not very satisfying, for breakfast e.g. there was always same fresh juice available (pineapple). We tried different dishes, all okayish. The beach is not clean. We would not go for a 2nd stay there.

Very peaceful hotel. Out on a limb - nothing within waking distance. Food good.

Great service, spacious and clean room. The villa with plunge pool is worth the price. The employees always smiled and greeted the guests, and Imi was always fun to chat with. Everyone was so polite and friendly. Ela Ela onsite restaurant serves the most delicious meals, with enough variety for our week-long fullboard stay. I ordered the Pisang goreng with ice-cream to complete every lunch and dinner, whether I had Indonesian or other types of food. My fav are chicken pita with avocado, tuna dabu-dabu, satay, soto ayam, gado-gado, mee goreng with chicken. Odyssey Divers are onsite. Ronnie was a good guide. Muslleh, Awang and crew were very helpful. The corals are very much alive and healthy. Many baby clownfishes, mantis shrimps, stingrays, and anemone, Also some cuttlefish, octopus and seahorses. There is a school of juvenile batfishes at the jetty every night. I didn't have to leave the resort to get a good massage when there is a spa onsite, too. Book in advance because the therapist is quite popular for her skills.

Very beautiful hotel ! Excellent rooms: confortable with two showers (one inside and one outside). Clean. very good breakfast. Very good snorkeling trip offered. Lot more expensive that everything you can find on Lombok. Don't expect them to give you advice on anything as they will offer you everything but four times as expensive as everything else on the island (car rental for instance).

Basic but OK, they charge the Rate because of convient location between arrivals and Departures, making it good option for early flights, but if you have enough time, head into makasar at for same price you can get some much better hotel rooms and facility

Terrible tours and non functioning air conditioning. Surly staff.

lovely small resort with direct beach access. the 1 bedroom beach villa is highly recommended. also you must experience the gilis tour. located in remote area but for you who loves nature and tranquility, this is a must to visit. lovely tropical natural garden with traditional ambiance. the restaurant by the beach is fantastic. you will love it!

Great escape place. Good and clean white sand beach.

I come here during ny short escape to Lembar area. Definitely nice olace and great view. I was the only guest there so it's kind of very lonely here. But I managed to finish all my work. There's a nearby gili if you like to travel.

The view is great from the beach , the service is pretty good tho it's still not the best it can be cause of the pandemic but still good enough
