I really enjoyed my stay here for 6 days. Room had amazing views across the bay and a nice balcony to sit out and watch the sunset. The aircon worked fine, comfy bed, good shower and rooms cleaned well every day. There is a great pool and the gardens are also well maintained. Breakfast is fine and you can order food at anytime throughout the day. Staff always polite and keen to help. The location is ideal with a walk across the road to the beach and market with a few nice bars and restaurants. This is an older property but for the price I paid I have no complaints, I will return.!

The hotel is located in a great location and has great staff, but it's very outdated. Rooms have obsolete and in poor state furniture. The bathroom has minimal air ventilation and thus humid and with a nice moldy smell. No mosquito nets and windows have only wooden panels to close them.

Good: breakfast, pool, nice vintage style (looks like a temple), location. Bad: I have stayed 2 nights before trekking and then afterwards 1 more night at this place. This last night was the worst ever! I have checked in at around 2pm, the room boy brought my big backpack to the room and then I stored my small backpack in the closet in the room (there is no safe) with my money inside. I only wanted to go to the pool for 2 hours and therefore left it, as it was a freshly checked in room, no cleaning person should have gotten in. But I was wrong. After returning and opening the closet I realized that someone was at my small backpack and therefore counted my money. The staff has stolen 900,000 IDR from my wallet, but for good luck left still a lot of money inside (as if I would not realize it). I talked to the manager and the staff who brought my backpack up about it. Toni/Tony is the room boy's name. I am 100% sure it was him, and you could see in his face that he was lying when we discussed the situation. The manager tried to be nice though was totally not able to find any solution (poor management skills). He did not even repayed me the night to make the situation anyhow better. He said that he had the same feeling and he also believes that it was Toni. As I needed to leave for my shuttle I did not got any money back. Super bad service and lying staff! I first liked the place that's why I got back, but it was the worst decision ever. I would advise everyone to NOT stay at this place!!!

Internet does not work. The rooms are old and in very bad shape. Breakfast was the only good thing about this place only stay one night and move to another one cause we don’t like it. Big pool but not clean. Everything looks abandoned a shame honestly

Hotel location and service are great but rooms needs an overhaul. Old fashioned furniture, not enough sockets (also bad located) and almost no isolation which leads into big spiders and insects traveling all around your room. Not really comfy.

Very surprised by this booking. The rooms are so lovely, on the hill with stunning sea views. Comfortable rooms, with a spacious balcony to watch the sun set from. Breakfast is great, buffet style, lots of choice. Had a very relaxing 6 nights here. Pool area is great too.

The bed was okay. The bathroom really needs a remodel. No space to put anything, bad drain, bad shower head, size good. The room has really poor lighting options. It was really dark constantly using my flashlight on phone to see. Hole in the front door on bottom. The view was really great 5/5. There are many stairs to climb to get to room. The hotel is very authentic Indonesian charm with original decor and nice artwork. We really liked the outdoor patio, the negative was street car noise. The value for money was poor. The breakfast was okay. Service of staff was really good.

Local hotel with beautiful environment, room facing to beautiful Senggigi beach, especially at sunset, around hotel very close with place to eat, cafe and photo spots. Room conditions need to be upgraded with better quality amenities, such as pillows, bed linen, towels. Breakfast is decent enough for medium size cottages. The receptionist and the hotel clerk are friendly

Hotel located on the hill in front of Senggigi beach. The rooms are a little dated but they are quite large and you can enjoy an exceptional view from the veranda. Very nice and helpful staff.

Great location with AMAZING views from the 2nd floor and up. There are some stairs to climb and is very dark at night. Right across the street from the art market and beach. Easy walking distance to many bars, restaurants,cafes, convenience stores, messages and rent a bike/car. Clean and quiet place with friendly staff. Pool was not the cleanest but still nice. Wifi was slow and breakfast was just ok (rice was always cold). Great big room and bathroom with AC. Wish there was english channels on tv. Well worth the price though.

Room was clean with amazing views of the resort and bay. The air con, fridge and shower worked fine. Breakfast was included and was good. The pool needed a little bit more maintenance and cleaning. The place was nice enough for the price. The pool is fairly deep and quite big which is nice. Breakfast was buffet style and was quite good. The location was fairly good, close to the beach, restaurants and a market across the road. The reason I give 3 stars is because there was some sort of animal/rodent living in our attic. It woke me up a few time due to scratching and scurrying around. I also found the noises from the main road travel really well to the resort.

Great option for staying in the area. Friendly staff, nice pool, large rooms. Only downside is that it's on a busy road and it's gets a bit noisy during the afternoon.

We loved everything about this rustic boutique hillside accommodation. The staff were fantastic, the rooms clean and breakfast was perfect for getting the day started for adventuring. Puri Bunga is located in the best spot for your explorations of Senggigi and the surrounds. We couldn't fault anything. Our expectations were met across the board. We would definately come stay again!

The views are amazing, the staff's are friendly, they even got bike's for rent, they got 2 latest honda vario 125 and kawasaki klx 150, im looking forward to stay here again
