Overall great with an amazing pool. It would have been nice to have some shampoo in the room to go along with the 2 bottles of conditioner, but we made due. Also, would have been nice to have the staff turn on the AC so our room could have been a little cooler upon arrival. If you are into the zen thing and want a great relaxing experience with exception service from both the management and staff, then you cant go wrong with the experience at Puri Mas Beach resort. The views from the pool are amazing and the sunsets even better. Really love this place and will come back. Just a few hick ups, but overall a nice stay.

Tranquil and comfort hotel which is suitable for family vacation. Guest could get a nice sunset view at the swimming pool and along the beach. Eventhough it was a short three night stay, it has created a vivid memory of my trip to Lombok.

Stayed three days here and loved it. Pictures don’t do it justice. Free upgrade to jacuzzi suite as well. Very quiet resort and decent free breakfast. Front desk is helpful in arranging scooter rentals and private tours.

We really enjoyed our stay in a 1 bdrm villa with private pool. Everything is sparking clean, including the pools. The villa is spacious d the outdoor seating is lovely. We were not enthralled by the breakfasts but otherwise everything else, including all the beautiful staff, is superb. We will definitely return!

very good resort kept clean and tidy rooms great size staff very helpful a little out off town .there are TV in the room need for international traveller breakfast buffet is a little boring after second day..need to improve on cooking western food if offering western dishes...

Stayed 3 nights at Jacuzzi Villa 20. Room is big and clean. Jacuzzi pool is good. My wife and kid love it. However, room (toilet) do need maintenance. There are some part broken and leaked. Overall is nice experience. Staff was friendly and nice especially Abang Haji (security). If anyone plan to stay, please book at Quirky Garden side. The garden is beautiful.

What a great holiday we've just had at this amazing place. We stayed here for 2weeks and we could of easily stayed for more. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, everyone here was amazing. The staff at Puri Mas are probably the best we've ever come across. They're super professional,polite and always smiling. We stayed in villa number 3 which had an amazing view out to the gardens and the ocean. The food was always top notch. Food was very good quality and presented at a very high standard. The chef was a lovely lady who often came over and spoke to us. We spent most days near the lovely pool and in the afternoon noon went for a walk along the beautiful beach. We rented a scooter from the hotel so we could explore. We booked a trip to the gilli island's(the one down south) which are beautiful and very quiet. Our driver for the day was Mr Chin. He was a very friendly knowledgeable man who told us loads about the island. I think our favourite thing though about puri mas were the staff. Especially the restaurant staff. By the end of our holiday they felt more like friend's. We're gutted to be back home in rainy England but we are already thinking about booking again to visit this lovely place. This was our first experience in Lombok and we loved the resort so much we actually didn't hardly leave. Sara and hubby we amazing hosts. Food was incredible, and staff were sensational.

We have visited Puri Mas on many occasions over the last 12 years. On our first Lombok trip we had booked another resort however our friend told us to change to Puri Mas. The resort is small and full of friendly staff eager to please and have fun with you, we always have a quirky garden room which is prefect for our needs. The infinity pool is a place you could sit all day. The food at the Ballroom restaurant is great and good value, we now don’t even leave the resort for dinners. Covid had paused our trips but this October we are going back. Trying the new ferry from Bali this time as Air Asia haven’t resumed direct flights from Perth. The girls love the spa resort, and the ferry harbour to the gilli islands is just up the road. See the Bagus divers staff at Puri Mas to plan a day trip of snorkelling and they can drop you at a restaurant for lunch. Sara the General Manager, and all her staff are always eager to make our visit the best it can be.

Pillows and mattress are dirty and smelly. The food is not good. Would not recommend

Great place to spend your leisure with family. The meeting is great also, open ceiling design with wood materials made the meeters feel safe.

Don't ever stay here, it's over priced and there are much better places to stay.

We have stayed at Puri Mas at least 4 times now and are going back again soon. We love the resort, the proximity to the Gili Islands but most of all we love the hospitality and friendliness of Sara Sanders and her wonderful team. Do yourself a favour and book!!!

Absolutely first class resort. We are a family of 4 from the UK. We were lucky enough to have a 3 bed villa with a pool. The sea view is breathtaking, the staff are so friendly and smile every day. The food is brilliant. You could not ask for more. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Love love loved our stay here. It was clean, staff wonderful, gardens immaculately maintained and breakfast more than sufficient. Pool had a gorgeous view across the ocean towards Bali. We had a Quirky Room. Bathroom was huge. Loved that there was no TV or little kids around (wouldn't even want my grandies there😉), though to be honest, the young 20 somethings girls that were in the pool with us were more annoying than any kids 😂

A room with a great view, garden and beach view. Although they were understaffed, they still tried their best to give an excellent service. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The room even above my expectations. It's spacious & clean. It's really value for money. Just an input: please make more varieties with the breakfast menu. 4 days stays, the menu was same.

Weekend staycation!! Last weekend I decided to go on a vacation in Senggigi and stayed at the fabulous Puri Mas Boutique Resort & Spa. I checked into their one bedroom private pool villa and it was beyond my expectation. A nicely designed private pool villa with gorgeous interiors and exteriors, clean and comfortable queen size bed, poolside terrace with small kitchen, beautiful bathroom with a bath tub, separated shower and toilet. Truly a perfect place for honeymooners. So sad, I was there alone. But, Sometimes we just need to disconnect and enjoy our own company, right? We all deserve some time alone. What I love the most about this place is its unique design. From the moment you arrived at this resort, you know that you are going to experience something truly Indonesian. Once you entered the lobby area, you will be wowed by its beautiful interiors that somehow make your mind travel far away to the past era of the famous Nusantara kingdom with its unique and high quality arts and crafts. Nice and warm genuine smile from the front office staffs make you feel more than just welcomed. You know they're going to take a good care of you. As they escorted you to the villa, they will explain everything you see around you. Very informative. One more thing I noticed about this place, it seems to be designed as a wellness and retreat destination. Yes, everything you see around you can bring you into a world of peacefulness. I had a pleasant staycation, and happy to recommend this place to everyone, especially those who wants to experience the luxury Indonesia.

Outstanding service and hospitality from all the workers that I met there. Very nice, clean, tidy and spacious rooms. The gardens are very well maintained. The foods are amazing, I tried many and none disappointments. All delicious! It is a great balance of nature. We can enjoy the breakfast from the restaurant facing to the beach or just enjoying the moments in one of the bungalows in front of the beach. Definitely a holiday place that I want to come again someday!

We love Puri Mas so much we have been back 4 times. The location is beautiful, right on the beach and a short trip to the Gili islands. The spa resort is idyllic and the grounds and garden hold surprises around every corner. What we love the most though is the staff. They are a wonderful friendly team who pride themselves in looking after guests with warmth and humour.

The landscape is beautiful, however the service is appalling with very poor hospitality. The guy who showed us the rooms was rude and unprofessional. The rooms were not cleaned properly and had dead insects behind the curtains and on the room corners.

Nice location, nice common areas, but this place need to be refreshed. Do not take the presidential villa as it's more a 2 star furniture and cleaning than 4 star standing. The other rooms and villas are much better. Restaurant was not our taste, but nice and kind people. The manager was very careful with our disappointment about the villa. Overall very expensive vs quality.

We spent four nights here and really enjoyed its relaxed vibe at the end of Sengiggi beach. Our room was lovely and had a warm pool to swim and cool down. Large bathroom and bedroom, even an outside fridge and food prep area (no cooking facility). The staff were really friendly across the whole resort and the food and drink was good and reasonably priced. The beach was great and the sea warm. A little too shallow for and decent snorkeling but plenty of coral and fish to see. The only issue we have with this beach is you get hassled to buy local goods every 50m. We did support some of them but they take time to get the hint you're not buying. We met the owner, Marcel, who was a true gentleman and really interesting to talk too. We would recommend this resort for couples who want a romantic getaway from the busier island of Bali. We would recommend 4 to 5 nights in Lombok to get a good balance between relaxing and doing island tours.

Love the ambience, the room is clean, the landscape is nice. You can also see the Mt. Agung from here. But Breakfast is so so, limited choice because ala carte.

It’s an incredibly unique and thoughtfully designed hotel in a beautiful setting with a stunning view towards Agung at sunset. We love our jacuzzi villa with its private pool and huge bathroom. Staff have all been extremely friendly and the restaurant food is excellent. Already want to return!

We have stayed at Puri Mas several times in the past several years. There is so much we love about this place from the Staff (who are all wonderful, helpful & friendly people) to the location which provides the most pleasant views across the ocean to the food which has never disappointed us & to the entertainment in the restaurant. The gardens in the grounds are lovely to walk through & provide such a happy & peaceful haven. The Spa Resort which is also part of Puri Mas is also fabulous & an added bonus. Whether you are wanting a relaxing massage or go the works with beauty treatments, there is something available for everyone & you will not be disappointed. We are looking forward to being back in the Puri Mas paradise later this year.
