Stayed here as i need to catch a morning flight. The hotel provides free shuttle to airport starting from 8am, 10am 12pm,… I assumed they provided free shuttle every 2 hours. They charged 50,000 rupiah per person if you need the shuttle outside the scheduled time. The airport is about 7-10mins away. The hotel itself was okay. Room was clean and not too small, wifi provided. Need to improve the toilet cleanliness. The restaurant is by the swimming pool. Breakfast was fulfilling . The hotel staff was friendly and helpful.

I stayed here only because its near the airport. The breakfast was decent, they have a table tennis table which was fun to play. However, our room had houseflies, the light behind our bed wasn't working and the sink area was dirty. It's ironic that the lobby, dining and pool area were so much nicer than our rooms. I would not return.

Very poor service and our room did not have a fridge for my medications that needed to be kept cold there restaurant was not open until we asked and then the menu was very poor they have Caffè latte on the menu but could not serve any kind of coffee all up Very Disappointed will not stay here next trip in 2025. They have a good location from the airport, the room that I stayed it was a bit old but it was comfortable, they don’t have free shuttle after 6 pm to go to the hotel

It does the job of three star hotel near the airport. Beds are clean and comfortable. Bathrooms although clean, are lacking water pressure and one our colleagues had a gecko in the room. Restaurant and Bar are not properly stocked.

Overall, it is just really basic - nothing fancy but nothing really wrong with the stay. The location is about 5 minutes from the airport and options on GrabFood is aplenty. Didn't face any issues at all, besides the current construction work that is ongoing (lifts are under maintenance and breakfast is at a make shift area in one of, presumably, a meeting hall - breakfast wasn't great either). The swimming pool doesn't look maintained as well. Staff were really friendly and helpful. If you are just looking for a place to sleep before going for the hike, this hotel serves it's purpose.

Heard rats running around in the ceiling, found 5+ mosquitos in our room, dead bugs on the bath mat, scent of smoke in a non-smoking room. Would not recommend.

bad aircone, call service , technical like come for happy, say after check no feed back. hot water pipe like clog, i know is 3star. but at least hv to provide good shower and aircone for a slp and rest…

Close to the airport. Quiet location. Foyer and pool area very pretty. Staff are friendly and helpful. Beef rendang is delicious BUT rooms are DIRTY. Very poor maintenance, zero investment . I recommend 1 night before airport and dont take their overpriced airport transfer

The room was nice and clean. The staffs are friendly as well. Some of them do speak English. But when I was there, the lift is malfunctioning and need to use stairs whenever leaving or entering the room. Anyhow the facilities is adequate and breakfast is okay. Ps: they have limited hair dryer which I think should increase more to each room at least.

Staff .friendly. you do need cash for room service and restaurant as you can not put it on your hotel bill done all separately .very quite 5 minutes from the airport nothing around beds are very comfortable and the sheets and quilt are lovely 😍

Room and the hotel itself is nice, including the staff. We had dinner at the restaurant, but that was quite dissappointing to say the least. It took really long to get the food and the good that we got was not tasty. I ordered nasi ayam hainan. However, I simply got boiled chicken (no spices nothing not just plane chicken) and white rice (also no hainan spices or anything that would make this this hainan). I could go on about the other stuff we ordered, which was also not nice. Sucks because the hotel itself is nice but yea the would was the opposite

Terrible experience. We found a mouse under our bed. Indecently dirty. The food was terrible too. It's a pity cause the position is really near to the airport and the staff is kind.

You get what you pay for. Sufficient hotel near the airport. Our bathroom smelled like urine and breakfast was only so so. But for the price you can't complain!

Have to say I was disappointed with my stay. First of we got a room that had not been cleaned. Lunch took a long time to prepare and was 4 x normal price, same for dinner and it got delivered to our room without any cutlery. Our shower handle fell off when using it. Last but not least there was no easy access to water refill. In a country where plastic pollution is such a big problem, easy steps like putting out a water tank can go a long way. It’s not a bad hotel, but I was expecting better. If you’re looking for 1 night near the airport and don’t care if the food is overpriced it can still be a good fit. Offers free airport taxi witch is handy.

The hotel room is okay, unfortunately the free shuttle bus to the airport departed every 2 hours, starting from 8 am. They charge IDR 50k for earlier flights. Anyway, the hotel location is quite remote and far from any restaurant, cafe, or ATM (30mins walking)

It is clean and near the airport, but it's just far away from business center.

Nothing special from this hotel. Smell of cigarette in the bedroom and the coridor but their receptionists were very helpful. The good thing they provide refill for water and free at the lobby and restaurant.

Tbh when we're talking about price, this hotel is a bit pricey as it has only small room but overall i have pleasant stay here For hotel management, please provide don't disturb or please clean my room sign so the room service won't keep bothering guest for cleaning the room in the early morning when guests are resting. Food overall good, I love their Hainan's soup and Nasi goreng, breakfast selection is jus so Amenities, Please provide better towel for guest, I have one of mine that has been ripped here and there Location is very Strategic, near by the airport, has few restaurants selections Clean, AC works well, hot water has no problem Above all staffs are very helpful and friendly Recommended if you're looking for a transit hotel for sure

Near from Airport, free pick up and drop to the airport, good pool, but with some notes. Hotel should increase hygiene, air conditioner at room 232 infrared malfunction.

Toilet and bathroom were not properly cleaned. Nice swimming pool but no pool towel provided. No relax chair for swimming pool except for those paid for Adorable rooms.

Highly recommend staying if you have a Morning flight or arrive at Lombok late at night. Literally just five minutes from the Lombok International Airport, and the hotel provides a free shuttle. My partner and I were only meant to stay for one night but he ended up having a bad case of Bali Belly (not from the food at the hotel) so we ended up having to extend our stay for almost a week. During this time the staff were so kind and helpful. They drove us to pharmacy's multiple times and to the hospital which was an hour away for no cost. This honestly made an otherwise stressful time a bit easier. They really went above and beyond for us Particularly Satria Afandi and Baiq Fiona at the front desk. Thank you again for everything !

Swimpool excellent, but why is the hotel rate stated in Traveloka is for 6 hours? If it's really for 6 hours then it's very expensive
