The pictures from Tiket.com don't match the actual room, the bathroom smells of sewers, bathtub is old, it's very gloomy, and even they didn't bother to fix one of the lamp in the room. They said they have wi-fi, which is a lie. There are no nearby restaurants or minimarket so you are stuck with the hotel restaurant which only have 4 dish, one of them not even available. Hotel staff sit all the time with other guests in the restaurant. Even with comparatively cheap pricetag it doesn't offer a nice view, nice services, and nice room. My expectation is low but this is just something else, if I can give this hotel a negative review believe me I will. Please avoid this hotel if you can.

If there were negative stars i would have rated it -5..a nightmare..room was super dirty,spiders everywhere, hygienic condition at the worst level ever..I don’t know how it is still opened,don’t even think to go there, better to sleep on the street!

Got a free ride from the airport to hotel and hotel to airport which is really convenient! You just have to call the hotel when you landed and they will immediately pick you up in a few minutes. The hotel is located really close with the airport (approx. 5min by car) so it's perfect for a transit hotel. The room is beautiful too, and it's clean, I love the interior. They also provide breakfast here and a restaurant so you don't have to worry about finding foods. The staff are really nice too.

This place seems great on paper, but definitely not what expected upon arrival. Pros: a/c unit in the room, adjustable. Hot water. Free buffet in the morning. Big bed to sprawl out in. Pool can use st your leisure. Reception and kitchen are open 24hrs. Airport shuttle. Cons: no one spoke English to help me, but that’s ok, was expecting that. No one explained the amenities to me, or how breakfast, the shuttle to the airport, rules, water usage, etc.. you get two 500ml water bottles in your room for free; but after traveling a long day and the hot what, I down those so quickly, also I’m a fish so maybe that’s why- but giving myself the benefit, I’d like to point out that I’m not the only American that drinks an adequate intake of water everyday, and seeing as how Indonesians and the Asian culture, as so far what I’ve witnessed, never consume water and prefer juices, and maybe a coffee in the am. That’s it.. I don’t think it’s outrageous to want to drink freshwater after considering they don’t do two because it’s unsafe. They were charging 15,000IRP for one bottle, and naturally I found two liters for 10,000 next door. Their rooms looks nothing like the photos online. Decrepit walls and bathrooms falling apart. Cob webs left untouched, and trash and dirt still under the beds. The faucet and shower head falling apart, that’s whatever. The showers and faucet sprays everywhere so watch out. Towels with random hairs still in it, and no flowers or pretty things in the room either. Nice big bed, but had holes and dirty spots left on there from who knows what. Either hot hot hot water or very cold. Toilet didn’t flush, spiders in the bathroom, smelly. The buffet breakfast is tempting and seems amazing, but everything was subpar. My nasi goreng, which is my favorite had a dark black hair in it, and seeing as I have red hair, I was disgusted but still ate it; as I was starving from the night before. They have have food from kitchen but limited and pricey. The squares of I think soybeans, which I’ve had on my trip before is ticked up on, but tearing apart they had mold all through them, and were hard.. as I’ve eaten before, did not want to risk getting sick. So clearly not fresh. Coffee subpar and too many particles from the powder they use. Tea, bland but drinkable. Overall- there were no cockroaches and I had a big bed all to myself; but definitely wouldn’t return or would only stay here if I had no other choice. Not worth the price. Have paid less for way better.

The pictures on booking are not the same like in the real life. The hotel smells really awful. The rooms are pretty disagreable. No wifi in the room.Their airport shuttle is the only thing I liked.

Great 5/5 for the value, close to the airport. Breakfast & transport to the airport for free. The pool is nice and so is the staff. The restaurant is open 24h, great when you arrive/leave at odd hours, and good for the price. Room is a bit old but all is working fine.

stayed there for 1 night in June 2018, already call the hotel staff to confirm for airport transfer, but they didn't communicate it to shuttle driver, bad first impression. no elevator, old furniture, broken sink, broken shower, clogged drains, and no hot water (they said it was being fixed), the bathroom was nightmare! breakfast was strandard, but room service was not too bad

near the airport with free shuttle include. i had very delicious meal for dinner in my room, but unfortunately the place was dirty especially the restaurant, i got very bad service on breakfast. the meal was so bad and the plates was so dirty. and the toilet was smelly.

Free transport to and from the airport. Cheap rate thru Agoda, it's cheaper to book online vs in person fyi. This is a super cute and quiet hotel, perfect for a couple days relaxing before catching a flight. It's not near anything but the airport. The food was pretty good, I wish the menu was more extensive but the carbonara pasta was delicious. Standard Indonesian breakfast complimentary. The pool was great, the hotel was very clean, staff very helpful and nice. The water smelled funky in the bathroom but not a big deal breaker. Aircon worked perfectly, comfy bed, room service. Wifi was shotty unless you're near the banquet room, it constantly logs you off which is annoying but overall great hotel!

Only stayed here for 12 hours as my flight was cancelled and this hotel was free for me. The hotel is in a rough neighbourhood. Staff were friendly and were able to speak enough English to make do. Rooms are basic and clean, but fittings were old. I wouldn't choose to stay here

Looking at the website. The hotel looks promising. End up its a nightmare stay. Bed sheet n pillow were dirty. When we arrive, they even need to spray the bedding (with intention that the room were clean). No water kettle, all the equipment were outdated and old. Toilet = not clean. Toilet were smelly (chlorine). Breakfast = just so-so ( fried rice, mee goreng, fried chicken, porridge).

Disappointed with this hotel. Spider webs all over the place. Cockroaches and spiders roaming the rooms. Bubbling paints. Rusty sinks and shower curtains. I can’t believe the relatively high ratings given to this hotel beyond a 1-star rating. So I’m compelled to post my comments. Attached are photos of the place. You decide if this should be your next place to stay.

No hot water, weak WiFi, filthy and not maintained well. This hotel doesn't deserve 3 star, at best 0 or 1 star. Pls do not stay in this hotel. The hotel looks great online in photos but in reality it is extremely bad with water smelling like its from the sewer to lights not working, leaving the room extremely dark.
