The giant old trees are awesome. Perfect place to relax for a while ☺

Giant tree on east of Lombok,...bit far but ...so far so good

Well, near the coastal road and the ferry to Sumbawa is a nature park with big trees. These trees can be seen at other places in Indonesia, but here is a neat park where they are grown. Strangely enough there are two adjacent parks, one with a sort of official monument and another for tourists, with free entrance with car.

This is another popular spot in east lombok besides Kondo Island. Near Kayangan port you can stop by here when you in this area. You can just parked at Pidana beach. They said the trees was about 300 years old and you can't find it in another places on Indonesia because it's endemic tree came from australian continent. Well maybe not much you can do here except sit and enjoy the surrounding. The area also not too big. But the giant tree was cool. You can take a cool picture with giant tree background. It's will be nice if they expand the area more and give more facilities here.

Wonderful place. Brilliant new inexpensive, bright, huge restaurant structure.. Beautiful green grass lawn and well maintained garden. New gazebos to sit and relax. Constructing currently 4 new two storey bungalows. Service from staff excellent. Unobstructed view of Mt Rinjani. NOTE, there is no entry fees.

Magnificent old giant trees in the grounds of a new restaurant with accommodation bungalows soon to be completed. Great restaurant with good choices called Pohon Purbha Kitchen and Bungalows. Many gazebos set in beautiful gardens and green grassy lawns. More trees on nearby properties run by family groups. Good view of the top of Mt Rinjani on a clear day.

The place is beautiful, a rare opportunity to see a very large tree. Hopefully you stay awake. No tickets required, just parking.

The food came out late and the fish came out burnt. the price is reasonable
