I was in Senggigi, West Lombok, on a vacation trip with my friends. This is my first time on Senggigi. I was staying in the Jazz - DJ Bar & Restaurant which was listed as a budgeting rooms for a backpackers travelers. The hotel is located in a small entrance, but not so far from the highway and easy to find. it's a cozy and quite place with a 5 rooms facing to the pool and some rooms on the other side facing the streets. I pay IDR 200K for my room (including breakfast). The room is on the 2nd floor, overlooked the pool and bars. In the daytime the room was very hot because it faces the sun, but in a night it was nice. The room was comfortable with a twin beds, 1 table for your luggage and air conditioner, but they don't have bathroom inside the rooms, it was a sharing bathrooms. The bathrooms comfortable enough, they have a taut showers and toilet paper. The shoap & shampoo not really good, so maybe you need to bring your own. Near my room there was 1 bathroom, and in the end of the hall there was 4 bathrooms. There was any restaurant at the hotels but it's a bit expensive for me as a backpackers travellers. You can find a street vendors just down the road near the highway on foot, just a 2 minutes. They do not provide mineral water at the hotel, so you can bought it at the mini market cross of the street vendors. In front of hotel there was any reastaurant, but i don't know the price. The pool was pleasure, big and clean. On one side of the pool there is a bar seated, if you wanna ordere drink, you not have to out of the pool. you can drink inside the pool. They have a basket ring on the other side, a ball and a big ring buoy (can be used by adult). There are 2 types of ponds, for adults and childern. In adult ponds the depth is up to about more than 2.5m maybe, i don't know exactly, i just know that when i was in the deepest side i'm drowning. The Bar was nice looking and provides alcoholic beverages. The cafetaria comfortable enough. The breakfast menus not to much but i was great, i like the toast. All of the staff was very friendly and also extremely helpful. When we arrived at the hotel parking, the staff immediately approached us to inquire the purpose of our arrival. Soon after knowing we were going to stay, they took care of our luggage. We had to climb a fairly high staircase to the receptionist. In this hotel they received cash and debit payments, for debit BCA will be taxed 25%, for debit Mandiri free of charge. The parking is narrow, only 1 car and some motorcycle.

Unfortunately this I'll be a one. Asked the receptionist if she could help us book a boat to Bali, and she did. What we didn't know, she didn't know the person who sold us the tickets. Next day, boat was full and we couldn't go to Bali. We returned to the hotel where she refused to take responsibility. Asked to speak to the manager and she said he was at the hospital. Asked for his number, to this day, I still haven't been able to reach out to him. It's been 5 days. My friend had a flight to Cambodia from Bali that night and ended up purchasing a new ticket from Lombok. When you are a hotel receptionist you don't let people buy a ticket from someone you don't know. And you take responsibility when you mess up! When customers ask to talk to the manager, you let them! Wouldn't recommend this place. Not to mention that towels and sheets aren't that clean!

Really lovely place with a big and deep pool. Staff is friendly. Rates are decent.

A great place to stay: they have a budget room that cheap, the staff really friendly, near Indomaret (conviniance store), the air con really good, great shower, great breakfat, but you must to take a staircase that will make you sweats, no hot water & internet quite slow. Its not suitable for older, b'cos they will try really hard to get to the room.

Stayed here twice during my time on Lombok. First in a budget room and then in a premium room. Both were clean and had A/C. Premium rooms have a bathroom with hot water, whereas the budget rooms share a bathroom. Either way would stay again. Friendly staff, yummy breakfast, and nice pool. The only downside was the wifi was sometimes a little slow #firstworldproblems.

Lovely basic hotel with the best staff ever, if you want luxury this is not that, but clean & functional pool is a huge bonus 😊

Didn't stay here but we spent the afternoon relaxing in the clean, large pool and we enjoyed some cocktails. The staff were nice, good was good (small portions for the price) and they had sports on TV. Fun!

Absolutely amazing place ❤️😊 Totally loved the pool 🏊, the breakfast 🍳 and the spacious rooms 😊❤️ The staff was super nice and the pool allowed two meet other guests 😊❤️ The hotel is close enough to walk to the main street 🚶but fat enough away to allow peace and quite ❤️ Totally recommend staying there 😊✌️❤️

Great place to hang out around the pool bar and deep in to cool off during the hot weather.

Stayed for an entire week in their premium suites. From start to finish I had a great experience with the warm and welcoming staff that seemed to aim to please. Room was a good size, had cold AC, and the bed was large and comfortable. Big points for cleanliness, which doesn't end with the room, but extends to all of their facilities. I opted to try each of their available free breakfast options, all of which were delicious and filling. Especially the nasi goreng and mie goreng options. The pool had just opened up during my stay as well, adding even more value to the price you pay to stay there in lovely Lombok.
