I have made an order to self check out machine. I paid for it and I was waiting near the counter for my turn. My ticket number appeared on the screen, and within 5 minutes disappeared. After 10 minutes, I tried to talk with a lady who was doing the orders on the floor, she was just passing near me, telling me to wait. After 15 minutes of waiting for my wrap and coke, I went to the counter and asked for my money back. Lack of service and hospitality! Friday, 17.11.2023, around 13:30.

It's a Macdonald's... Closest place to our hotel and I was tempted by a bus advert.... Ultimately a reminder why I don't eat at Macdonald's! Cold egg in my MC Extreme and a tasteless burger made me wonder why I didn't walk another few hundred metres to burger king

It's mcdonald's. It's always a guarantee. I took an early flight and it was just opening and they were super ready right at the opening time. I got an egg mc muffin and it was an amazing way to begin the day. I'd say that even though it's mcdonald's, the prices for the McCafe dishes are not really that cheap. (In the second photo i thought it was funny that the guy left the receipts on the floor and just left not caring at all. After a bit an employee had to collect the receipt from the ground. Sometimes people don't care at all about other people's efforts to keep a place clean)

Very helpful when we need food last time..

Pretty good service! Unfortunately they wouldn't exchange the reusable bottle that came with a meal for one that was not yellow, nor let me buy a different one without buying a full meal. They were, however, heppy to go through their whole staff finding someone who spoke English.

The toilet was disgusting, with blood over the seat. It took them 20 minutes to get our order together, meanwhile they made 20 orders for other people. It wasn’t busy when we got in, and the staff didn’t care at all. (Our order was two kids meal, one burger and a drink, sundae and two coffees).

Was there late on a Sunday night for a quick bite before catching a plane at the nearby airport. The restaurant was pretty busy but staff were nevertheless friendly and admirably on top of things.
