The hotel was as advertised, very nice place to stay, friendly and helpful staff couldn't fault it really, most of them had perfect English 9/10 even know we didn't have the right plug in for the wall one was provided for us for a €5 bond was giving back at the end of the stay the sauna was nicely priced full day use. Nice rooms beds/ showers and bathroom. places close by to go to for nice food also located right next to a beach. Things that were a no from me the price of the food and bottled water, This so called city tax, Things not being replaced when the cleaner had been in to do their daily job, But if you asked at reception they'd sort you out so that was a plus, Friend wasn't happy as they didn't have a kettle But that wasn't important.

Nice small hotel, not luxury, but clean beds and towels, toiletry and nicer personnel make up for the flaws the rooms sometimes have. SPA currently closed, there is a microwave for common use downstairs.

Not clean, extremely unfriendly staff, we booked it intentionally for the “spa” — which ended up being an extra charge for a sad, apocalyptic looking cold pool that was totally unpleasant. Front desk guy interrogated us about using it (it was not obvious that it was an extra charge, and I’d never expect it since it was a joke of a “spa”) and was combative and made me feel uncomfortable enough that I left and went to New Hotel Colón, which was 100x better.

Rooms were ok. Beds were on wheels, so they kept moving about. The fridge didn't stay very cold, more chilled than anything else. The single drawer in my room was broken, fell apart when I opened it. Room was clean. TV had 1 channel in English, the news. Bathroom was nice. Shower was nice and powerful. Toilet flusher was loose, foot pedal bin was broken making bin unusable. Lobby is big and inviting. The gym is small, but has enough equipment for a decent workout. The spa was the most disappointing feature of this hotel. The sauna was really small and spa only had 1 pump working, which made the experience a poor one. The water was only lukewarm, should definitely have been a bit warmer. Room service was good. Didn't take long for food to arriva and it was nice. The area around the hotel is very nice. There are a few nice places to eat and there is a local bus service that you can take a short distance to the mall. The beach is a 5min walk from the hotel. I could stay here again.

Nice clean hotel never had a problem nice and spacious rooms

First of all, the people there were friendly and listened to our issues..but this is also where everything stopped.. there were multiple major problems that remained unsolved : the shower head was rusted and had black mold on it (and this wasnt just a one room issue)/toilet seats falling appart. Secondly there was a machine noise so loud u could hear it on 2 floors, we talked about it several times and they just moved us around and noise remained.

Rooms definitely need a renovation, bathrooms are more or less still okay. Breakfast was basic. Would definitely choose a different location next time.

The hotel is old and not well-maintained. It has bugs bite in the conference room or common area. Not recommended

Over priced hotel, with charges to parking no kettle in the room and charges for spa plus extra charge for daily stay is everything about taking from the hotel Guest but they will not ofer you even a single cup of tea or coffee in your room would rate it 1star out of ten understand it is a business but taking the mik won't be back or recommend

Staff is friendly and works hard. 1st room was really beat up; mold in shower and toilet not bolted to deck. Was given another room. Parking was noted as included - it is not. Location and price is good.

Our room was old fashioned with used furnitures. The top of the curtains was dirty and the kitchen cabinet old. All rooms has TV. The bathroom was clean and modern. There are shops and museums nearby. The beach is about 5 minutes walk only. The train station is 10 minutes the bus stop is 1 minutes walk only.

They are not good to clean up the room. This hotel is ok to spend for 1 night or 2 but not more than that

WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE, WE HAD TO CARRY OUR OWN LUGGAGE WHEN WE ARRIVED UPSTAIRS TO GET TO A LIFT, VERY UNFRIENDLY STAFF, NOT POLITE AT ALL, THE BREAKFAST WAS DISGUSTING, LOADS OF INSECTS ON THE FOOD AND THERE WEREN'T NOTHING HOT TO EAT IN THE MORNING AND THE LOCATION IS TERRIBLE ITS AWAY FROM EVERYTHING, IT ACTUALLY SPOILED MY HOLIDAY

The reception staff, all without exception, are very rude. I do not recommend anyone to stay in this hotel.

Price of 5 stars, rated as 4, quality of Minus -1 ; it was not clean, the towels old , ripped and with marks , mattress hard, old, aircondicioner didn’t work well, my allergies got so bad for something in the room . Breakfast was not fresh , eggs looked bad, even the coffee machine is not with quality Telephone didn’t work in the room to call recepción about the noise of neighbours that didn’t let me sleep Breakfast and spa are not included in the price Incredible bad

Hotel ideal spot, once we found it!! Bit of a job when you've been travelling all afternoon/evening but in the morning we got our bearings and found it was ideally situated. Rooms cleaned every day. Staff friendly and attentive. We would definitely stay here again.

The room lacked necessary toiletries like tissues and towels. Only one set of towels were provided. When called hotel reception, we were told they were out of tissues. No bottled water was provided in the rooms. The only thing that stands out was the well equipped gym. But the gym had sweat everywhere and wasn’t cleaned regularly.

Splendid rooms and lovely big bathrooms, bed a little hard but great services. Everything you need is just in walking distance this town is great for a pastry shop. 😁😁

Good location lots of restaurants in walking distance. Public parking available. Some rooms need to be remodeled but in general it's is A good hotel. It is better then 3 star less then 4 star but for the hotels in this area 4 star might be fair.

Stayed there for two nights during a businesstrip. Was okay. Breakfast is no big deal in Spain. A lot of sweets and cakes on the buffet, but also fruits, some ham and eggs. Didn't starve.

Good room, big and nice bed, but way too hot and there is a very strong smell of bleach in the room and the corridors because of the spa downstairs. Feels like sleeping in a sauna next to a swimming pool. But breakfast was nice. Underground parking a bit difficult to get out: very steep and slippery slope...

Gym was closed, service was medium and the room was ok. For me not a 4 star hotel
