AVOID THIS HOTEL. This is very much *not* a 4 star hotel. It looks like one from the photos, but it’s now very badly kept. The beautiful looking outdoor blue pools are all closed and filled with dirt and leaves and debris. The paint is falling from the walls inside and outside. It’s very sad to see as it clearly was once a very cool place. Our bedroom was an inferno of heat and you cannot control the AC (check the other reviews for confirmation of this!). The rooms are very dated with a tiny TV, and dusty corners, with stained ceilings in the bathroom. Really uncomfortable. The Spa, while pretty cool, is only half functioning. The steam room is closed and filled with construction equipment. A lot of the other rooms are closed off as well. You’re paying full price for only half of the amenities, which isn’t fair. Lastly, the staff were quite impolite and uninterested, putting the extremely poor quality down to the pandemic, which is a bad excuse for not cleaning a so-called 4 Star Luxury resort. Truly, avoid this place until it’s renovated and under new management.

Nice hotel in the center of the town, good facilities, convenient check-in and check-out times, so you can enjoy thermal water in the evening and in the morning. Good variety on the breakfast. I would recommend it as a good get-away for weekend. And with a small down-payment you can enjoy spa and check out at 18:00. The spa is nice, has sauna. Water is soft and pleasant, not salty at all. Even though the smoking is forbidden at the pool area outside, everyone seemed to ignore that rule. The staff was not watching, and complains didn't help - staff didn't do a thing. So we had to ask people in person to stop smoking. I would also add a kettle to the room.

Horrendous experience. The hotel is FREEZING. The thermostat in the rooms does not work because it’s centrally controlled. The centrally controlled heating isn’t turned on because the hotel is saving money on heating. We asked for extra blankets but they only had 2 for the 3 of us. The night was spent shivering. We had to sleep in our clothes and jackets. In addition to that, half of the facilities in the spa were closed. There is no steam room and only one sauna. In addition to that, the breakfast was cold (like the rooms) and the the eggs were runny. In addition to that, the hotel is 3 stars at best. It hasn’t been renovated in god knows how long. The curtains have stains and holes in them. The bed headrests have stains. The showers don’t work properly. We paid about €1,000 for two rooms for one night. Avoid this awful hotel.

Como cliente, me siento engañado por completo! Expensive for the very average quality of rooms which are poorly maintained. Then they promote outdoor pools, half of them are not operating and the only ones open are freezing cold as not warned up. Spa reception offers the worst service. No sense of client hospitality! No sleepers in the room, no complimentary bottle of water… this is far from 4 stars standards! I feel robbed!

I visited the hotel with the intention of enjoying a day at the spa. The overall property was impressive, adorned with beautiful artwork and statues. The room itself was satisfactory, providing a comfortable stay. However, I was disappointed to discover that a significant portion of the spa facilities were out of order. What saddened me even more was the unsanitary condition of the spa. There was mold on the tiles throughout the premises, including the pathways and swimming pools. The underwater beds were covered in rust and clearly hadn't been cleaned in quite some time. Concerned for my health, I made a swift exit after a brief visit. I felt compelled to lodge a complaint with the management and relevant authorities, emphasizing the importance of addressing the unclean and unsafe conditions, considering the number of visitors to the spa. On a positive note, the breakfast offered a decent variety of options, including fruits (although the watermelon was not fresh), vegetables, cheese, meat, bread, and jam.

The facility has great potential. It sits in a small town without much to offer. The hotel has a decent restaurant and breakfast buffet that is fine but not a standout. The spa has many amenities although many are not functional. Overall, the hotel and spa display significant deferred maintenance with peeling and chipped paint, floors in the spa that need cleaning drain grates in the spa that are a hazard and water stains and peeling paint in the halls throughout the hotel and spa. The rooms have cheap and outdated furniture thar is functional. The hallways are out of date and in a state of disrepair. It is rather sad and disappointing. If well maintained and cleaned with some updating of furniture and decor this could be a 5 star hotel given the huge spa amenity. Given the location and poor condition this a 3 star hotel.

It was my wife's birthday and we did a 1.5 hours spa circuit. It was wonderful. Great facilities and very friendly staff. Highly recommended. My wife loved it.

Not sure how this is supposed to be a 4 star hotel. Yes, it was probably impressive many years ago, but now it's just a badly kept fancy looking hotel. Both sinks in the bathroom were running slow. The room was insanely warm, but the thermostat is turned off and the official "help" received was a rude person from the front desk telling me to turn off the fuse for the heater directly from the fuse box. The front desk was unmanned often, and when someone would show up they were always rude (specially the young blondish male recepcionist with glasses). I would not recommend it.

Good: Romantic place, nice decoration, spa included is excellent for price. Bad: no glasses and coffee machine in room. On festive days bar closes and you are left with nothing. You can turn the airco on or off but not change the temperature. You can also open the windows so this is not a big problem in winter.

Unfortunately it is not possible to reach the hotel by phone to change a reservation. The line is being picked, you hear voices and then they will just hang up after 10-15min waiting. One time somebody answered: "Buenos días" and after my first English word, the line was hung up again. It seems like hotel does not need any guests. Probably we will cancel our reservation.

Terrible place It's a four stars hotel but feels worse than a two stars hotel. It probably deserves two stars because the rich history and good looking hot bath spa. But the rest is a nightmare! Firstly when we arrives we have to offload our luggage into the trolley then into the room by ourself. The passage in the corner just had enough space to pass the trolley nor the elevator . (What a experience with trolley) Outside temperature was 10-14degrees . When we get into the room . It's like we enter a fridge. Nvm. A freezer!. Then we called to find out how to turn on the AC . The lady seems not understand and tell us to switch off the AC so it can be warm. BUT it's not even on! At the end after we spoken to other guests who can speak Spanish then we found out the AC is not working on second floor and third floor is burning they have to open all windows. Then some guests actually ask for a heater from the reception. So we also went ask for one. But the result was : we don't have any more! And guess what. We went to the bazar outside bought a HEATER and a thermometer. It's 16 degrees in the room! Then dinner. Sigh. The menu was looking good. 32euro pp. Was not expecting much but when we enter we saw a michelin recommendation sticker on the wall . Was a bit surprised. But. The food was terrified! The cooking is alright. Average. But the ingredients. Tuna was not fresh. carpaccio has no taste. The worst part. The sirloin steak was definitely Michelin Tyre. It's was cooked perfectly medium but taste like a famous tyre. Don't even wanna comments on the dessert. It's like grandma s vomit With Azúcar! Totally not worth the trip! let's HECK out!

First of all this is my first visit to the hotel as my friend recommended it to me, but unfortunately it’s the worst choice ever, they are are very bad in room service, second thing it’s 7 degrees it’s freezing in the room and there is no heater, third thing the gym and the pool open up at 10 am which is so wired for hotels, so it’s boring in here and not a recommend hotel to stay in.

Lots in spa not working, would never book a massage again here I did not enjoy at all. Outdoor spa lacking in beds to relax on, people smoking around outdoor pools. room lacking maintence severly. Best bit was the breakfast, that was lovely...though just for the breakfast I'm not sure we would repeat stay.

Nice place, nice service and nice food. Must start to redo some part of the structure. The bathroom doors need to be changed and there are many walls with broken parts. They are taking profit of the fact that they have the spa.

Nice hotel to relax. I recommend 100%. Very clean and the personnel very helpful. I give 4 instead of 5 stars because the internet was not really stable plus there were some small maintenance problems like some parts of the water exits in the pool were not working , probably because the hotel was close for more than 2months due to covid restrictions. I recommend a technician to check all this

We would come back every weekend if we could. Love the flexible times to go to the spa and the hotel is always quiet and calm.

Nice hotel but 15 years ago... it needs a big refresh: stain of water leaks on the walls, the wooden walls are in very bad shape due to cleaning carts hits, the billard is stable due to a piece of carton folded under one base of the billard, you turn off the heat from the electrical board !!! Otherwise the staff is nice and Spa facilities are OK.

Nice hotel and room. Very old style and furniture, but really clean. Beautiful fairly large bathroom with a bidet. Very pleased. The Thermal hot tubs were nice, a bunch of separate different levels of heat.

🫤 The place is super clean, the booking and the reservation was easy. The Spa is beautiful and clean, but if you are looking to warm up yourself during winter, forget about it.
