Hello,
I
stayed
here
in
August
2018.
All
was
pretty
good
except
two
things.
Firstly,
before
coming
to
Mataro
I
had
reserved
and
paid
for
my
apartment
but
suddenly
on
reception
man
sad
me
that
my
reservation
was
canceled
(
he
sad
that
there
is
no
thing
to
worry
about,
because
they
have
to
give
my
money
back
on
my
credit
card
in
10
days)
Actually,
they
still
didn’t
return
my
money!!!
Secondly,
when
I
checked
out
I
live
my
bag
in
a
locker
and
went
to
the
beach.
After
that,
I
returned
to
take
my
bag
but
it
wasn’t
in
a
locker,
someone
stole
it
or
I
don’t
know
what
could
be
with
it!!!
The
staff
refused
to
show
cameras
and
also
they
refused
to
call
to
police.
It
was
awful,
because
I
had
a
flight
and
I
didn’t
have
got
any
time
,
so
I
went
in
train
in
swimming
costume
and
a
towel.
I
even
can
not
say
how
it
was
terrible
and
ashamed
for
me!
Unfortunately,
no
one
from
New
hotel
colon
didn’t
solve
my
problem,
I
talked
with
Sabrina(manager)
but
she
does
not
want
to
do
something
to
help
me.
I
really
believe
that
my
comment
will
watch
an
owner
,
maybe
he
or
she
will
help
me
with
these
two
incidents.
And
of
course
I
can
not
recommend
you
this
hotel
