We
arrived
late
at
evening
to
learn
we
can't
get
any
food
and
the
shops
nearby
were
closed
too.

breakfast

was

per
night
not

For
breakfast
we
have
received
a
piece
of
cheese
stuck
between
two
pieces
of
bread,
small
box
of
juice,
water
and
piece
of
fruit.
All
packed
in
small
paper
bag.
I
paid
to
have
room
with
buffet
breakfast
not
a
bread
with
cheese
which
you
can't
even
call
a
sandwich!

The
hotel
management
doesn't
give
a
the
smallest
care
about
refunding
our
money
for
not
receiving
what
we
paid
for.
We
stayed
at
5th
floor.
The
window
lock
was
broken.
Good
job
we
didn't
had
a
toddler
that
could
easily
fall
out
of
the
window.
I
booked
room
for
two
people.
We
received
one
set
of
towels.
When
we
kindly
asked
them
to
bring
the
missing
set
of
towels
to
the
room,
the
receptionist
said
:
we
don't
give
room
Service,
come
downstairs
and
take
it.
Again,
they
didn't
do
what
they
supposed
to
and
they
made
us
do
their
job
which
was
to
put
two
sets
of
towels
in
double
room!
