В первый раз когда посетили ресторан официантка не смогла обьяснить , что можно заказать(на английском низкого уровня) , вышел шеф повар и только тогда мы смогли сделать заказ.Во второй раз при заказе гораздо меньшего количества блюд (без спиртного) заплатили не сопоставимо дорого,причём дочь заказала тот же стейк , что и в первый раз , но принесли совсем не то и без гарнира, просто кусок мяса! Отель находится рядом с конюшней, поэтому когда кондиционер отключился, было не очень приятно спать с открытым окном. В первый день когда заехали , было все не плохо, кондиционеры работали. В последующие дни происходило что то не понятное, кондиционеры то включались , то отключались. Программ установленных на пульте не было. В последнюю ночь кондиционеры совсем отключились, и запустить их было не возможно.Это происходило в двух номерах. Номера отель сдаёт с WiFi , ровно за сутки нас отключили от интернета! Когда обратились к персоналу, нам ответили что интернета не было вовсе, и он работает только в ресторане, поэтому если вам нужен интернет приходите в ресторан! На наше заявление , что при заселение важным условием был интернет в номере, нам ответили что такого не может быть, и у них никогда не было интернета в отельной зоне, а то что он был все эти дни , это невозможно!Касаемо бассейна , чиститься редко, всего 4 лежака. Все что приносит ветер, и падает с деревьев, все в бассейне. Персонал заточен только на выжимания из посетителей денег. С английским у Всех не очень хорошо, так что только на испанском!За 5 дней до отъезда поинтересовались , есть ли у них прачечная. Нам предложили сдать вещи им , а на следующий день клининговая компания их постирает и доставит в отель.Вещи мы забрали только за сутки до отлёта , стоимость стирки нам обошлась в 16.50 €.В любой прачечной города это можно было сделать за 6€,за пол часа. Так что условий минимум.

The location was espectacular, it's in the middle of a farm which makes you destress away from the city.  PAULA was very kind and hospitable in helping us to know more about the site. Teach us how to feed the horses and ponies. We had a great experience on this hotel. We enjoyed our weekend here. For sure we will stay here again to try the archery activity and zipline on our free days. 😊

Una estancia de dos noches, muy como y un lugar para desconectar y relajar, sitio muy tranquilo, bonito y te sientas como estas en una casa (no como hotel con tantas gente pasando). Habitación muy grande, acogedora y muy limpia. Les encantan mucho sobre todo mi Hija, le encanta pones y caballos(gracias PAULA para enseñar a dar comidas), y animales exóticas que puedes ver al centro (pequeñas rana verde, lagarto, salta montes) muy contenta. Restaurante La Perola de excelente calidad de comida, muy recomendable. Muy amables, atentos y espléndidos Chicos entre PAULA y los gente en restaurante, mil gracias.

Inicialmente había una reseña porque había tenido muchísimos problemas para comunicarme con el Hotel y confirmar una estancia en las 7 habitaciones. Fue bastante estresante porque era un evento de empresa y no tuvimos confirmación hasta 4 días antes del evento. Resulta que el Hotel estaba de vacaciones y no estabamos informados. Finalmente nos confirmaron, el equipo fue al hotel y habló maravillas del Hotel. Del servicio y de la comida. La estancia fue una experiencia increíble, la reserva fue super estresante. Por ese motivo pongo 4 estrellas, para que mejoren ese aspecto.
