Terrible service. Have reserved the time slot, received confirmation but when arrived was told that my reservation was changed to another day and another time. Instead of me they just took some other “friend” customer. I was a loyal customer for many years and now never again.

As always (Jose at Droom has been my trusted hairdresser, styler and colourer for over 5 years) very happy with this charming yet professional boutique hairdresser in the historic center of Vilanova. I visit from Sitges simply cause they are the best in what they do, very well (Redken) trained, always the latest technologies, but always friendly and lots of good laughs. And I have always been happy with the result, which says something for such a long period of time. Great value for money.
