Made
a
group
booking,
for
20
persons
approx.
We
live
in
London
and
were
spending
time
with
family,
children
and
relatives.
Food
was
amazing,
service
was
good,
nice
shore
views
from
the
place.
Paid
EUR
862
at
the
end.
Miscommunication
between
management
and
employees.
Employee
at
the
cashier
said
they
needed
to
close
the
till,
and
that
they
needed
to
settle
the
bill,
but
he
said
that
we
could
stay
all
the
time
we
wanted,
even
until
dinner
time
at
8pm.
After
I
paid
the
bill,
the
manager
arrived
a
bit
later
and
asked
us
to
leave.
I
explained
what
the
employee
said,
that
we
could
stay
all
the
time
we
wanted,
manager
completely
disregarded
it.
They
had
even
closed
access
to
the
toilets,
no
consideration
at
all,
there
was
a
96
year
old
lady
in
the
group
that
needed
the
lavatory.
No
interest
in
my
opinion
in
receiving
new
clients,
either
you
are
a
regular
or
they
are
just
not
interested
at
all.
Won't
come
back.
It's
a
shame.
Would
have
been
an
easy
choice
for
my
future
summers
in
Maresme,
I
come
regularly
every
year
to
the
area
since
2015.
If
you
don't
want
to
risk
being
mistreated
in
front
of
your
guests,
would
suggest
to
avoid
the
place.
Appalling
this
kind
of
attitude
in
hospitality
after
a
year
of
sure
losses
due
to
the
pandemic.
