Simple and authentic food. Good value for the money, well selected local wines. A quiet gem in this busy neighborhood.

Absolutely delightful!!! Top-quality and very original dishes, beautiful modernist restaurant in the heart of Borne, great wine list, friendly and great service, always busy. Recommend reserving a table, and planning to come back more than once. One of our favorites. We had the carpaccio, Brie cubes, salad with escalivada, duck confit, octopus with a trinxat of leeks, and everything was 5 ⭐️’s

This was perhaps the best meal of our trip in Barcelona, in all regards. If you’re looking for an A+ non-touristy restaurant for dinner, look no further. Ambiance? Beautiful bright colors, quirky decor, cute details like menus on the bottles- all the quintessential Barcelona experience. Food? Delicious from start to end- even the salad which I blindly ordered merely to eat something healthy was outstanding, with roasted eggplant and lentils adorning a fresh mix of greens. For entrees, the duck confit and octopus with kimchi mayonnaise were absolutely decadent. Octopus can be salty, or tough but this was pure bliss, perfectly tender with the right amount of sear. The sauce on the duck was some kind of decadent sorcery- the best red wine reduction I ever had. I’m only upset that I came with a poor appetite and couldn’t try more, including dessert. A true don’t-miss if you’re in the area

We tried this small restaurant on a weekday. They had a 16EUR lunch deal which give options for a starter, main, dessert and drink. We were served by a friendly manager. All dishes were tasty and served promptly. We highly recommend the pork cheeks as the main. Tight quarters but typical seating for a place like this. Overall good value and highly recommended at 4.5 rating. We recommend reserving seats in advance.

Very cute restaurant with quality food and service!! At first glance might not seem like a go to restaurant amongst all the others in that area but that’s not the case at all - this restaurant will surprise you! The food was really good and the people were so lovely! The inside decor is very unique and quaint! they were able to sit us on a busy nye and even gave us 12 grapes for midnight 🎉✨

Enjoyed a lovely lunch. Price quality is great. You have the option to choose a lunch menu (with starter, main and dessert), we had several tapas dishes to share. Pretty large portions, and plenty of local cuisine food. Nice atmosphere, helpfull staff

They are serving nice Catalan dishes and delicacies. My go-to place for Catalan food in Barcelona as this is also situated in the Gothic Quarter. Also, the ambience of the restaurant is nice. Prices are reasonable. Better to reserve in advanced as they are normally fully booked. Their menu changes every day. No “menu del dia” on weekends and holidays, but this menu is cheap and the rations are reasonable. When we ate lunch, the staff (who we think is the manager) who took our order is a little bit grumpy and rude.

Amazing local cousin cooked seriously with fresh, refreshing ingredients. Don’t Miss it if you’re in the gothic quarter, book in advance. The understated interiors is deceiving, food is sooo delicious and served super hot.

Fun, lively vibe. Service is excellent and so is the food. The lentil garden salad was super fresh and high quality. The pasta rigatoni had a delicious after taste. The starters are the best part of Petra, but the mains are pretty solid too

I came early and the restaurant was just opened . The duct config was perfect match with the red wine sauce- soft, tender and yet crispy and this is one of the best Duck meat I have ever had!!

Really charming and lively spot in the artsy district of Barcelona. The wine is great and the food tastes amazing. I'd even say it was amongst the best food I ever tasted.

I've been twice with people from out of town. Wonderful staff, fun menu and feels traditional in flavor but different than the typical Catalán stuff you can find in every single other restaurant.

Absolutely fantastic venue with a great menu. Nestled away in the streets of El Born, this is a popular location with locals and tourists. The portions are perfect and matched nicely with each course and the wines available. The venue is nice, with some quirky decorations and a cosy atmosphere. Plates are up to ~15€, with specialised menus costing about 30€ per person. Booking is recommended, especially if you’re planning on certain menus. Try the degustation menu - it’s superb!

Lovely spot for lunch tucked away in a cool barrio. Five of us today, we had a variety of selections from the prix fixe menu, and all of our dishes were excellent, prepared with care and attention, succulent sauces, nice presentation, service was prompt. We had to wait 20 minutes for a table, because it is clearly famous with the locals in the know! Would happily eat here every week if only!

We where higly recommended this restaurant so maybe we where unlucky. The staff uninspired. The food was OK, but small portions. We didn't do a starter and so we had to refuel after. Very pretty place!

Such a great find in Gracia! Came with my parents and friend and the service we received was really excellent. Not only that, great vegetarian options for me and my mum and the price was reasonable- definitely recommend the menu combinado for 9,95! Thank you to all there- we’ll definitely recommend this place and come again:)
