I
attended
a
month
ago,
since
I
broke
my
foot
by
practicing
sports
and
the
club
where
juice
has
an
agreement
with
this
clinic.
I
pay
every
year
for
10
years,
and
I
will
continue
to
do
it
because
it
is
mandatory
but
hopefully
I
will
not
hurt
myself
again
because
I
do
not
have
to
return.
MORE!
First,
they
had
more
than
an
hour
in
the
waiting
room,
although
we
were
only
two
people
waiting,
and
the
person
receiving
it
answered
me
in
bad
ways
*.
The
most
important
thing:
I
did
not
receive
a
totally
necessary
medication
such
as
heparin,
having
the
immobilized
leg.
I
could
have
had
a
thrombosis,
as
three
other
doctors
have
warned
me.
One
of
them
told
me
that
the
risk
was
very
high,
and
more
considering
that
I
have
poor
circulation
(at
the
clinic
of
the
remedy
and
they
did
not
ask
me).
And
to
finish,
that
night
the
emergency
doctor
gave
me
a
diagnosis
(fracture
of
perone),
but
he
told
me
that
the
specialists
had
to
evaluate
whether
it
was
necessary
to
operate
or
not.
The
traumatologists
of
the
remedial
clinic,
the
next
day,
evaluated
my
case
at
a
distance
and
the
administrators
called
me
to
say
that
they
had
authorized
me
an
amount
to
cover
the
expenses
of
the
injury
and
that
they
wanted
to
schedule
an
operation
in
a
few
days
(
I
thought
'still
having
the
inflamed
foot?',
and
that
the
operation
would
cost
'so
much'
of
the
authorized
money.
I
was
almost
told
more
about
money
than
from
my
injury
...
Then
I
visited
a
traumatologist
from
another
medical
center
and
told
me
that
it
was
not
necessary
to
operate
because
there
was
almost
no
displacement
of
the
bone.
I'm
sorry
I
asked
for
a
second
opinion
and
I
did
not
let
them
deal
with
the
medication
clinic!
(*)
When
I
say
that
the
person
receiving
me
attended
to
me
in
bad
ways,
I
say
so
because
after
an
hour
in
the
waiting
room,
and
even
though
I
had
the
broken
fist,
I
went
to
the
desk
to
ask
if
they
knew
If
it
would
take
a
long
time
to
take
care
of
me.
He
replied
that
they
were
"very
busy"
and
that
they
had
"box-ups"
...
and
he
asked
me
if
they
were
to
blame
for
this
situation
(?!)
I
flip!
Of
course,
I
replied
that
if
someone
could
change
this
situation,
it
is
the
management
of
the
clinic
by
putting
more
staff,
which
in
no
case
thought
it
was
the
fault
of
the
workers,
and
less
than
the
person
at
the
reception.
But
I
also
added
that
it
did
not
seem
right
to
have
to
wait
more
than
an
hour
when
it
comes
to
private
service.
Far
from
being
put
in
place
and
apologizing
for
the
tone
exit,
he
stayed
in
'negative'
attitude.
After
a
while
they
made
me
go
to
emergency
...
and
what
was
the
surprise?
I
noticed
that
only
3
of
the
more
than
8
boxes
that
were
there
were
occupied.
It
is
obvious,
therefore,
that
the
doctor
who
attends
to
emergencies
also
took
care
of
plants.
All
a
mess!
Put
more
doctors
or
doctors,
please,
so
they
can
help
you
better
and
so,
perhaps,
do
not
forget
to
prescribe
anticoagulants
when
needed!
(Original)
Vaig
assistir-hi
fa
un
mes,
ja
que
em
vaig
trencar
el
peu
practicant
esport
i
el
club
on
jugo
té
conveni
amb
aquesta
clínica.
Pago
cada
any
des
de
fa
10
anys,
i
ho
seguiré
fent
perquè
és
obligatori
però
tant
de
bo
no
em
torni
a
lesionar
per
no
haver-hi
de
tornar
MAI
MÉS!
En
primer
lloc,
em
van
tenir
més
d'una
hora
a
la
sala
d'espera,
tot
i
que
només
érem
dues
persones
esperant,
i
la
persona
de
recepció
em
va
contestar
de
males
maneres*.
El
més
important:
NO
em
van
receptar
una
medicació
totalment
necessària
com
és
l'heparina,
tenint
com
tinc
la
cama
immobilitzada.
Podia
haver
patit
una
trombosi,
segons
m'han
advertit
tres
altres
doctors.
Un
d'ells
em
va
dir
que
el
risc
havia
estat
molt
alt,
i
més
tenint
en
compte
que
tinc
mala
circulació
(a
la
clínica
del
remei
ni
m'ho
van
preguntar).
I
per
acabar,
aquella
nit
el
metge
d'urgències
em
van
donar
un
diagnòstic
(fractura
de
peroné),
però
em
va
dir
que
els
especialistes
havien
d'avaluar
si
calia
operar
o
no.
Els
traumatòlegs
de
clínica
del
remei,
l'endemà,
van
avaluar
el
meu
cas
a
distància
i
les
administratives
em
van
trucar
per
dir
que
m'havien
autoritzat
un
import
per
cobrir
les
despeses
de
la
lesió
i
que
em
volien
programar
operació
en
pocs
dies
(vaig
pensar
‘encara
tenint
el
peu
inflamat?’!),
i
que
l'operació
costaria
'tant'
dels
diners
autoritzats.
Quasi
em
van
parlar
més
de
diners
que
de
la
meva
lesió....
Després
vaig
visitar-me
amb
un
traumatòleg
d'un
altre
centre
mèdic
i
em
va
dir
que
no
calia
operar
perquè
quasi
no
hi
havia
desplaçament
de
l'os.
Sort
que
vaig
demanar
una
segona
opinió
i
no
vaig
deixar
que
em
tractessin
a
la
clínica
del
remei!!!
(*)
Quan
dic
que
la
persona
de
recepció
em
va
atendre
de
males
maneres,
ho
dic
perquè
després
d'una
hora
a
la
sala
d'espera,
i
tot
i
que
tenia
el
peroné
trencat,
vaig
anar
caminant
al
taulell
a
preguntar
si
sabien
si
trigarien
gaire
a
atendre'm.
Em
va
contestar
que
estaven
"molt
ocupats"
i
que
tenien
"els
box
a
tope"...
i
em
va
preguntar
si
ells
tenien
la
culpa
d'aquesta
situació
(?!)
vaig
flipar!
Naturalment,
li
vaig
respondre
que
si
algú
podia
canviar
aquesta
situació
és
la
direcció
de
la
clínica
posant
més
personal,
que
en
cap
cas
creia
que
fos
culpa
dels
treballadors,
i
menys
de
la
persona
de
la
recepció.
Però
també
vaig
afegir
que
tampoc
em
semblava
correcte
haver
d'esperar
més
d'una
hora
quan
es
tracta
d'un
servei
privat.
Lluny
de
posar-se
a
lloc
i
demanar
disculpes
per
la
sortida
de
to,
es
va
mantenir
en
actitud
‘negativa’.
Al
cap
d'una
estona
em
van
fer
passar
a
urgències...
i
quina
va
ser
la
sorpresa?
Vaig
veure
que
només
3
dels
més
de
8
box
que
hi
havia
estaven
ocupats.
Resulta
obvi,
doncs,
que
el
metge
que
atén
a
urgències
també
atenia
a
plantes.
Tot
un
desastre!
Poseu
més
metges
o
metgesses,
si
us
plau,
perquè
puguin
atendre
millor
i
perquè
així,
potser,
no
s'oblidin
de
receptar
anticoagulants
quan
cal!
