Staff may be friendly but the service is extremely poor! The quality of the food is remarkable below expectable. 10min walk to the convention center is a joke. Coming from the other site of the hotel you need arround 20min. The rooms are not in a good shape and extremely noisy. I really can't recommend the Hotel.

The hotel dosnt live up to the photos and description, the hotel might be a youth hotel but is should be called a party hotel. After 3 night without sleep because of partying af shouting until 08.00 in the mornings we had to change hotels. I am 24 and are used to noise and partyies but this i downright insane. Im sure if your only purpose of the trip would be to party it would be great, otherwise stay away for the sake of your nightsleep

It is a party place, not for familied and kuds, also dirty and noisy, but good food

Great all inclusive, amazing buffet and everything. But holy shite their cleaning staff will come into your room at 10 a.m. no matter what. No knocking, no questions asked. Straight oh hello I see you are sleeping let me just NOT try to remain quiet or come back another time, and I'll even do ya a favor and NOT mute my phone. My point is, neither me not my mates like waking up to Despacito at 10:22 :l

Full of teenagers ready to party by the pool, felt like in the middle of a school trip.. the rooms are good if u get one for yourself and get the aircon remote. Is super clean, the toilets were great. The location is great but no parking and u can not get close to the hotel by car.

Old lady with a black short hair receptionist is very unprofessional. Not even willing to help Too sad.

The all inklusive Food is Good, you can also get cocktails(with or without alcohol), they also taste good. W-Lan is expensive and there is a lot of caution. The Teamers are nice and friendly. The pool is kinda tiny but okay, the way to the sea could be shorter

Kitchen staff were very unkind. We weren't allowed to fill up our water bottles. Awful.

This place looks cool, but the rooms are not what I was hoping to see. I loved the meals here and this hotel is the best choice for you if you like to party.

Its ok, food isn't good but free alcohol (you pay for all-inclusive) but breakfast and dinner i would eat outside the hotel

The WORST hotel we have ever stayed at. drill music blasted on a speaker all night. Floors in our room filthy. Window looking directing into another room. TV broken. Doors cannot be opened from inside without key. We left out key on the inside of the door at during the day time, we rang hotel reception who told us they were busy and to call back later. 2 calls later and we were hung on ip.

The rooms were dirty and it smelled awful. The food was very bad as well. Customer service was alright compared to everything else. The only good thing is the location, 5 minutes to the beach and 5 to all the clubs.
