We are a couple from the United States. We had an exceptional experience at ReproClinic. The quality of the doctors and staff went beyond our expectations. Our care coordinator Blanca was very good at communicating with us every step of the way and spoke perfect English. The facilities are modern, clean and bright and we felt taken care of from the start, which says a lot given that we coordinated our care with an 8 hour time difference from overseas. And bonus, we got pregnant on our first try! A miracle at my age (48). Thank you SO much for helping make our dreams come true!

What can I say about this clinic. Choosing a clinic is not easy but I hit the jackpot with Reproclinic. The care and attention and the positivity that they provide has been amazing. I know that I am in good hands regardless of the outcome. The clinic itself is gorgeous. A very special mention to Blanca who has been wonderful throughout but everyone really is fantastic.

I knew a donor who was an alcoholic (like her father) and took cocaine every day during treatment. I think they should be concerned about looking at that as well, not just the genetic analyzes they do. Of course it had to sell well in the catalog omitting that, she was pretty blonde and had university studies.

Do not recommend at all. Worst communication ever, it's nearly impossible to speak with someone when you have doubts. They rarely pick up the phone and are not transparent at all. I have a positive balance that is taking forever to be transferred back into my account meanwhile when you have to pay they'll remind you constantly. Don't believe the reviews half of them are for another clinic (Fertty) and the people they are praising do not work there anymore. If you don't want any added stress to already a difficult situation, I strongly advise to look into other options.

Where do I start? My experience with Reproclinic from start to finish was nothing short of magnificent. From the moment I first got in touch with them to inquire about information on egg freezing, they transferred me to the international department to help answer all my questions. They never rushed me, gave me so many extremely detailed answers, and they told me if I had any more questions I can always call back. When I had my virtual appointment with Dr. Mauricio Gomez, again, my experience was great. He answered each and every question I had. I felt super comfortable in my choice of having chosen this clinic. Every appointment from that point on was always informative with detailed instructions. The nurse assigned to my case was Blanca. She is who communicates all information with me such as appointments, instructions from doctor, answering any questions I have, etc. She does it all. She responds to each and every email or phone call. She's great! I had my procedure done a few weeks ago. My nurse in the OR was Sergi. I was super nervous because of the anesthesia, but he was so extremely comforting and honestly, the entire staff that day from the anesthesiologist (I feel terrible I forgot his name) to Dr. Diaz were just so incredibly kind. The procedure was a breeze and I felt no pain afterwards. Blanca continues to be in touch with me. I am considering at the moment going for a second round of egg ventrification. I cannot express this enough- Reproclinic was the best choice I could have made for my future. The clinic itself is state of the art. The entire staff is so sweet and delightful to be around. The doctors are phenomenal. I can't say enough nice things about it. Truly. If you're considering this clinic, I highly recommend it. Almost everyone there is fluent in English as well so it's perfect. They also have a phone number for after hours if the patient needs to reach someone. I truly love this entire clinic. After a lot of search and research we found Fertty. Great clinic, the staff is very friendly and compassionate, the clinic is very clean and warm. Had the great advantage of being Dr. Anna Voskuilen’s and nurse Veronica’s patient. They made our dream come to true.

I decided to go to Spain after having poor exepriences with IVF in the UK and I came across Repro after doing some research, I'm super happy that I went with them! From the first contact until now I've had a really pleasant experience. My nurse (Isabelle) was always really helpful and my Doctor (Alicia) is just the best, I wish she was my doctor here in the UK... The clinic is big enough to have enough time to offer me the personal care and time, but small enough that I only ever speak to the same few people. I understand that in some of the bigger clinics patients are put through to lots of different people and never build a relationship with their clinical team, but this was not the case at Repro. Depending on the outcome of my first own egg round with them, I will definitely consider using them for egg donor treatment if needed. The journey of infertility is a long and hard one and my Doctor/Nurse made it that little bit more comfortable for my husband & I which I am very grateful for.

We are so pleased with our experience of Reproclinic so far! Our coordinator Blanca is such a support, is so lovely and listens patiently, she answers all our questions and makes us feel fully informed. Chiara and Alice have also been so kind! Dr Voskuilen is brilliant, she explains everything fully, is thorough in her checks and gives us confidence in the procedure. Disappointing to say the least. I have been through 3 failed cycles with this clinic and although the process is out of human control at times, the inhumane and insensitive approach that this clinic has is unacceptable. My husband and I have invested a lot of time and money on endless tests and visits to Barcelona, and the careless approach they have is surprising. My journey with this clinic started very positive with a very kind lady, Silvia who sold me the dream package. Offering a personal approach, with available support and people to talk to. This was absolutely not the case. It would take days for someone to respond to me for something so simple, and then when my third round failed the Medical Assistant Lila just responded with ‘You can stop the medication and the doctor will call you tomorrow.’ There were many ignored red flags along the way, but I trusted this clinic, and in return I wasted amazing eggs, 4 fantastic embryos, and had to deal with disappointment time after time. I would recommend anyone to stay clear from this clinic, of course, the positive feedback is connected to successful patiences, but sadly this is not always the case, and this clinic just thinks about the business side and making money.

The level of attention, care and support you receive from start to finish is truly unmatched. I began my process with the kind and charming Gwen who set up my consultation with Dr. Anna Voskuilen. Even though at first we were a bit doubtful about Reproclinic because after reading Google reviews there were some negative comments, but after we started the IVF program and started communicating with Reproclinic team and Dr. Belen Marqueta, we becoming more and more confident with their quality and service. I highly recommend Fertty International. I came to Fertty looking to do a second round of egg freezing as I had gone through the process with another clinic and received mediocre results. This time I was able to freeze almost twice as many eggs - I was more than pleased!
