Once again, very happy with the experience I had at Lush Cosmetics (Rambla Catalunya). The ladies (Juliet & Daniela F.) were very kind, detail-oriented, professional, and patient. They even did a demo so that I could see one of their bath bombs. I ended up buying the rainbow one they recommended me as well as many other products to give as gifts. They have a larger variety of products than a few years ago and it’s hard not to find a product that you will love. Highly recommended. Shout out to Daniela F. & Juliet. Can’t wait to come back.

Finally I decided to choose a lush shampoo and was delighted by the staff at Lush! they sure know what they are selling and lovely Bego gave me a tour of the products and asked me lots of questions in order to asses me and offer me the products best suited for my hair and skin! Plus the packaging and design is just so gorgeus and I was given lots of free samples! I really enjoyed shopping at Lush at Ramblas Plus the policies of Lush are fair trade, promoting products that are animal friendly and good for your skin using as many natural products as they can!

Love Lush’s natural handmade products, and today I have the opportunity to participate the fancy workshop. Sergio and Alfonso help us make a cute pumpkin bath bomb, and it’s totally free. Such a good experience! Thanks a lot!

I had a pretty mixed experience at this Lush. The store looked beautiful and I was greeted upon arrival but otherwise the staff was not the usual outgoing sort that works for Lush. That’s fine for me, I’ve been using Lush for twenty years and don’t need much help but if it was my first visit I might have left without buying anything. The reason I’m only giving this store three stars is because when I asked an employee for a soap sample her reaction was so off putting I just bought the minimum I came for without looking around further. I’ve shopped at Lush in multiple countries and every store I’ve been to has offered me samples or been happy to make one for me if I asked but this woman seemed shocked that would even ask something like that of her. It was frankly embarrassing, as though I was trying to rip her off by asking for a sample. I have not been to a store in the Barcelona area since before COVID so maybe they no longer give samples but there are nicer ways for her to communicate that. Ironically I was at the store buying a product I tried as a sample from a different store in Barcelona pre COVID so you know, sampling does actually work to build sales but making customers feel bad for asking does not.

Itzel was amazing! She was very knowledgeable and helpful. We are looking forward to trying out our purchase. So good to know there is no animal testing with these products
