Initially I was told that someone would be available 24/7, for services, this is untrue. They are not located in the United States and the only hours the representatives are available is 2a.m to 6a.m cst. They sent me a VR headset after I requested the cancellation of the subscription and tried to charge over $450.00. The representative gave false information during the introduction. This company refuses to cancel my subscription, they constantly send me emails trying to keep the subscription active. Bad business!!

Amelia has merged with another company and they have changed the conditions, raising prices a lot, eliminating support, not being able to access updates... Furthermore, when the platform has failed me, they have not given me solutions. I wouldn't recommend it.

I had been interested in the use of Virtual reality Therapy for my practice for many years. However, I thought the cost was too prohibitive for my solo practice. Then in 2016, I found Psious and my wait was over. I have been using the Psious application ever since. The platform has been growing and expanding over the years. The staff at Psious have been interested in hearing what clinicians need and have been very motivated to improve their product. They even modified the platform to meet the needs of clinicians and patients to work remotely. In my opinion, in the realm of Virtual Reality Therapy, Psious is ahead of the curve.
