My parents recently got reservation for 2 rooms done at Balaji Ashram, Vrindavan. The site charged 4500rs from them. But when they went the staff said there is no such booking. My father's friend immediately showed them the site and the contact number whom they have contacted. But staff was very rude and told them that in the past also few cases happened like this That means the staff has a knowledge of this fraud. Then they should have reported to the matter Google and could have got illegal site closed or removed. It's the harrasment for the senior citizens and fraud of their hard earned Money. My parents and his friend is a senior citizens.

Place is good, clean and close to Bihariji, ISKCON, Prem Mandir. Rooms are spacious and with necessary services like AC. Food serving there is Satvik and delicious. Staff is very polite and courteous. Only issue why I rated 4 is Parking and there is very difficult to reach by your own car even though its on main road itself due to traffic police does not allow outsider cars after multilevel parking. So you have to find internal roads to reach there.

Highly Recommended!! One of the best hotels to stay if you’re visiting Vrindavan. The front desk Manager ‘Himanshu Marwah’ has a positive attitude and care for his guests. Constantly seeking feedback and whether guests are having a comfortable stay so 1 ⭐️ is just for him. The food in the restaurant is also nice. Most of the Indian dishes are delicious. We tried various things during our stay like Missi Roti it was awesome. Daal Makhni was nice and it could smell and taste that it was slowly cooked how it’s supposed to be. Navratan Korma was not according to my taste cause it was white based creamy dish generally at other places Navratan korma is also made as Yellow spicy and creamy gravy. Palak kofta which is basically Panner koftas served with creamy palak gravy was nicely flavored with Kasuri methi. Chokho Marwaar which was basically mix veggies tossed in aromatic masala served as little dry and not very heavy on gravy. I had also ordered Russian salad which said it was supposed to be served as Tangy dress But it was served with lots of mayonnaise and cream based dressing to which I gave feedback and the manager very politely listened to the feedback and acknowledged. He also removed it from our bill which was nice too. Lastly their buffet breakfast which they offer complimentary is very nice. Lots of varieties in breakfast like Poha, Sandwiches, Tandoori Aloo paratha, Tea, Milk, Corn flakes Sambhar Uttapam etc. About the room it was Overall clean just that the floor was not wiped it seemed only brushed so it had dust on the floor. Overall the property is well cleaned snd nicely maintained. I would recommend this property.

I had very bad experience with hotel krishnam. I would never recommend this hotel. The location of the hotel is great. I booked 2 deluxe double bed rooms. The rooms were very dirty specially the bathrooms. It seems that they reused the same blanket without washing.

I wanted a room near ISKCON Vrindavan. This hotel is 2 minute walk to the temple. The hotel is in a col-de-sac, dead end srreet. So there is no traffic and all the noise. The room is very pleasing to the eyes and comfortable. It is also very clean. The price is very reasonable. I will stay here again. I would choose this place over the Guesthouse in the ISKCON temple. It has all the convenience with a better quality room and price.

Best place in Vrindavan at Affordable rates. Both AC and Non AC rooms are Available with Car Parking .And the best Thing about This place is the Food that they provide during Lunch and Dinner time is Awesome.

They didn't pick up their phone and talk very rudely. In room television is not working. Their breakfast is very good and very delicious. Overall experience is good.

It was our second visit. The security, housekeeping staff and food serving staff are very polite and caring. The rooms are good, food is very nutritious and good.

Experience of stay was not good. Ours was family stay. We were 6 adults. For 2 adults sofa cum bed was provided by them, which was not at all comfortable. When asked to change matress, staff behaviour was not good. He didn't change it. Cleanliness is very poor. Rooms are spacious but not maintained. I would not recommend this hotel.

The Bhakti Dhama has an excellent location for ISKCON and Prem Mandir. Tucked in a little lane with their own basement parking, the place is quiet and quaint. A lovely bougainvillea in full bloom snakes up a pillar in the courtyard. The benefit of being in a little lane meant that you’re not hearing the loud traffic noises or beeping from the main road throughout the night. Inside, the rooms are spartan and clean. As a family of four, we got a large queen bed with ample space to sleep three and a pullout sofa bed to sleep two. The bathroom was clean with all amenities in order. There was also an en-suite kitchen area as well as a little balcony (that we didn’t open for the fear of monkeys). The window AC was powerful and ran well through the warm and humid night.

Best place to stay in VRINDAVAN.. if you are looking out for fancy n swanky place to please avoid it.. but in 1k they provide good ac room with neet n clean services. No bf included. You can buy a coupon of 100 rps for lunch or dinner for unlimited n ultimate food, made on Choolha.

A very satvic place to stay along with all necessary requirements.. One of the most affordable places to stay.. Good quality food at budget cost available.. Only one drawback- you have to bring your own lock for your room.. They'll not provide you one..

The room was really very well furnished and updated with all the modern facilities.... the lighting and ambience of the room is really very relaxing..... The room service is very great and the complementary meal was just awesome.... if you are visiting vrindavan with family, then this hotel is absolutely perfect place to stay... no issue of parking, no issue of safety.... indeed merely 10 minutes walk away from Shri Bankey Bihari temple... We stayed here for the 2nd time, as the first time the facility was good but this time we are not satisfied for the service.. They did not provide room on check in time Rooms are old & not maintained, dirty washroom very bad smelling. When it rained, water started coming in their room. It's a good place to stay in Sri Vrindavan. The staff is good and helpful. The rooms are good but can be still improved. The food was okay . I was not very pleased about it. We had stayed here 2 or 3 years back and that time the breakfast served was far better than now.

Stay there with family and kids, all the services are best, restaurant services and food was good. It is very near to all temples, E rickshaws easily available in front of hotel.

A decent property which is located near the Banke Bihari Temple which is a boon. A lot of food outlets are near by, rooms are spacious and clean. Staff is courteous. Serves buffet breakfast and has good parking space and even provides dormitory for drivers

Recently I stayed with my family there and the place was very neat and clean there is ample space for parking also the food was very great it’s highly recommended to anyone who is visiting Brindavan with family the best part of this hotel is the location from where you will get everything accessible in Vrindavan
