The worst OYO room ever. Pre bookee room, looks like this, at the reception they don't even know which rooms are free and which are booked. The TV and phone doesn't work The bed boxes are dirty and used packets of Manforce CONDOM is there. The people, manager and staff are drinking alcohol and putting blames on one another. The room given is dirty, has no basic facilities Even the quilt is missing which has to be taken from other room. The curtains are not there and stuck between windows. No fresh water available. Bathroom doesn't have a Soap. Fan is dirty Not at all recommended..

Very very poor infrastructure. When i visited to take the room the manager was drunk. The room are very smelly same as the bedsheet and the entire room walls are damaged. They don't have proper drinking water no room service and very bad service experience. Dont suggest anyone to take this property for stay.

I wish I could have option for negative ratings. If someone is going to book this hotel please think hundreds of times before booking. They don't have anything to provide you. Hotel cleanliness - You will feel like you reached any slum area. Hotel location - Nothing is nearby. Even for meal you will have to travel kms. Washrooms - You would like to go in open instead of your hotel washroom. Room service - Unprofessional staff. They don't even know how to treat. You will call them 20-30 times still you will be disappointed. Complimentary breakfast - Ah there is not even a kitchen with them. For breakfast they will treat you like a beggar who is asking for food and at the end you will not get it. I have suffered a lot guys. My suggestion will be if this is the last option still not go for this hotel. Had a very bad experience. Please don't spoil your trip by choosing Bal Bihari Dham. Even I will suggest to not opt for Oyo for your trips. You will get only disappointment. Nothing else.

Worst service by OYO. First we booked OYO rooms for 18 persons. Hotel not ready for use. White wash, frogs on bed, bathroom in pathetic condition. After analysing the hotel, rooms, hygiene, we decided to left the hotel immediately and booked a new non OYO hotel. We will suggest you don't try OYO rooms. If you want to sick it's your choice.

I booked a room from Oyo for 2 nights and after reaching hotel at 9 pm they denied to give a room. They were saying that all rooms were fully occupied and they cant give us a room and told us to talk to oyo regarding this. If they had not any room left they should have stop taking booking from oyo. Dont trust this type of hotels. If you are booking, try to connect them before booking.

Very bad after booking they denied us the entry because they have given our room to somebody else. One word Fraud. They took money and then dnied for room. Onwer line was we are owners not the oyo. Oyo took your money take your money from oyo... Get out.... Oyo is fraud and Indian is topping on it ...

Such a poor management I have ever experienced. Rooms were stinking, dirty bed sheets were provided and even they didn’t have enough stock of blankets. The one which were given were also so dirty. Management was so irresponsible that even after calling them they were making excuses and even lights were not provided in the washrooms. One who is reading this review .. don’t go there . Better sleep in ur car.

No wifi no exhaust fan In washroom no tv subscription even whole hotel needs fully renovation. No phone service in the room and Many more things were missing..it was like dharmshala

No option to change AC temperature. In bathroom you cannot get hot and cold water simultaneously. Location is also not very good.

Rooms were messy and bed sheets were dirty, all the fittings of bathroom were corrugated not satisfied with the stay

Very pathetic condition. It was my obligation to stay for a night.... No tea cofee set.. Stinking uncleaned rooms and bathrooms. On arrival they refused room for pre paid customer. Never ever book through oyo or this property..
