I
recently
had
an
unfortunate
experience
at
Brij
Healthcare,
and
I
feel
compelled
to
share
my
disappointment.
The
hospital's
inability
to
provide
timely
and
accurate
diagnosis,
coupled
with
a
money-driven
approach
and
an
unhelpful
ICU
incharge
named
Bhanu,
made
the
entire
ordeal
even
more
frustrating.
Furthermore,
despite
being
registered
with
our
insurance
company,
they
denied
us
the
cashless
insurance
facility,
wasting
valuable
time
and
exacerbating
our
concerns.
From
the
moment
we
arrived
at
Brij
Healthcare,
it
was
evident
that
their
primary
focus
was
financial
gain
rather
than
patient
care.
The
lack
of
empathy
and
compassion
displayed
by
the
staff
was
disheartening.
We
felt
like
mere
numbers
rather
than
individuals
in
need
of
medical
attention.
One
of
the
most
distressing
aspects
of
our
experience
was
the
hospital's
inability
to
diagnose
our
condition
properly
even
after
several
tests
they
wasted
our
time
at
such
crucial
situation
and
there
lunch
duration
is
2.5
hrs
even
if
you
have
some
emergency.
Furthermore,
the
behavior
of
the
ICU
incharge,
Bhanu,
was
unacceptable.
Bhanu
displayed
a
complete
disregard
for
patient
well-being,
exhibiting
an
unprofessional
and
apathetic
attitude
throughout
our
interaction.
Any
inquiries
or
requests
for
updates
were
met
with
dismissiveness,
leaving
us
feeling
neglected
and
unheard.
The
lack
of
communication
and
transparency
added
to
our
frustration
and
anxiety
during
an
already
stressful
time.
To
compound
our
disappointment,
Brij
Healthcare,
despite
being
registered
with
our
insurance
company,
refused
to
provide
us
with
cashless
insurance
facilities.
This
unexpected
denial
left
us
burdened
with
the
financial
strain
of
medical
expenses
when
we
were
already
dealing
with
the
physical
and
emotional
toll
of
our
condition.
This
lack
of
coordination
between
the
hospital
and
the
insurance
provider
highlights
a
serious
flaw
in
Brij
Healthcare's
administration
and
their
commitment
to
patient
care.
In
conclusion,
my
experience
at
Brij
Healthcare
was
deeply
unsatisfactory.
The
hospital's
focus
on
profit,
coupled
with
the
incompetence
of
the
medical
staff,
particularly
the
ICU
incharge,
Bhanu,
made
it
clear
that
patient
well-being
was
not
their
priority.
The
inability
to
diagnose
our
condition
in
a
timely
manner
and
the
refusal
to
honor
our
cashless
insurance
further
compounded
our
frustration.
I
cannot
in
good
conscience
recommend
Brij
Healthcare
to
anyone
seeking
quality
healthcare
and
compassionate
treatment.
