The worst and most painful experience I have ever had. When I made my microblading and eyelash extension appointment, I was never told that the girl who was going to do these services had no experience in working with clients and was still in training (for the same services she was going to provide). Instead, I paid a deposit and the entire procedure as if I were an experienced professional. The microblading took 5h30 to perform, and with design flaws. The anesthesia used had no effect because it was not of good quality and therefore the procedure was carried out in cold blood. The owner of the establishment, Lissiany, has a culture of blaming the customer, stating that I was the one who was sensitive. Eyelash extensions had to be postponed until the next day. It lasted 3 hours and the girl was unable to do the extension, and once again she blamed me saying that I was the one who was sensitive and the glue didn't stick to my “baby hair” and that therefore it wouldn't be possible to do the eyelash extension in that long. day and the next. The next morning I had my eyelashes extended elsewhere and it took an hour to do it, proving that it wasn't my fault, nor my baby hair's fault, but rather the inexperience of the professional and the glue I was using.

I would like to thank you for the wonderful service, my nails were very ingrown, but thank God there is nothing ingrown anymore because a fairy took care of my foot, thank you very much, I will definitely be back!! 💖💖thank you very much for your service Flávia and LG.beutystudioPT

An excellent professional does her job very well and the nail doctor is incredible. My 11 year old daughter had a very ingrown toenail and was also scared. We went to see her and she did an excellent job and my daughter told me it didn't hurt 😊
