On
the
19th,
Sunday
of
this
month,
I
called
the
Arrábida
Shopping
store
at
night
to
find
out
if
they
sold
fish
because
I
wanted
to
give
two
to
my
3-year-old
twin
children
and
I
received
very
good
service
from
a
man
who
gave
me
all
the
information
I
needed
and
said
What
I
didn't
know
was
that
I
had
to
have
the
aquarium
ready
and
it
was
only
after
a
week
that
I
could
put
the
fish
there.
I
was
so
well
attended
to
by
this
man
on
the
phone
that
I
did
what
he
ordered
and
after
a
week
I
went
there
to
buy
the
fish.
So
this
Wednesday
the
29th
I
went
to
Arrábida
Shopping
in
the
morning
with
the
boys
to
buy
fish.
To
my
chagrin,
I
received
very,
very
BAD
SERVICE
from
the
two
employees
who
were
there!!!
I
walked
in
and
said
good
morning
and
what
was
the
response?
Total
silence!!!!
Then
I
had
to
go
to
an
employee
who
was
sorting
merchandise
and
must
have
been
upset
that
I
interrupted
her
and
came
to
help
me.
She
just
asked
me
what
the
aquarium
was
like
and
nothing
else
I
said
it
was
a
globe.
She
explained
to
me
that
they
didn't
sell
fish
for
globes
and
told
me
why
but
I
still
brought
it.
Then,
as
I
said,
the
boys
are
3
years
old,
the
boy
immediately
chose
what
the
girl
wanted
(they
are
a
set
of
twins)
it
took
a
little
longer
and
the
employee
immediately
started
to
snort
and
didn't
hide
it!!!!
Then
when
it
was
time
to
pay
the
other
one
who
was
there
I
even
thought
she
was
mute
but
in
the
end
she
wasn't.
I
realized
that
when
she
told
me
the
amount
I
had
to
pay.
Then
I
was
the
one
who
had
to
say
that
I
needed
food
so
the
employee
there
said
oh
that's
right....
I
wasn't
even
going
to
say
anything
but
now
on
the
bill
I
saw
that
even
the
plastic
bag
where
the
fish
came
in
they
charged
me
and
they
DID
NOT
ME
THEY
WARNED
ATTENTION
that
it's
not
for
€0.05,
it
could
be
€5
but
they
had
to
tell
me
and
what's
more
I
only
made
the
purchase
because
of
my
children
because
if
it
was
something
for
me
I
would
leave
without
bringing
anything!!!!!
Then
the
stores
close
and
so
many
people
in
need
of
jobs
have
no
respect
and
give
the
store
a
bad
impression.
Had
I
already
received
good
service
on
the
phone
and
what
if
I
hadn't?
When
I
need
something
I
will
be
careful
to
call
ahead
so
as
not
to
have
any
unpleasant
surprises.
