Great vibe and informative staff with probably the best pour-over coffee in Porto. Got V60 with Ethiopia. The flavor really matches with the instruction card (tea-like, floral aroma). A better coffee shop for V60 compared to Delta Coffee in the tourist area. However, it lacks some specific tasting notes, as well as any personalities to make it different from other roasters. Overall the pour-over is a good choice if you’re craving some specialty coffee. But don’t expect too high since I don’t think Porto is really a place where people love specialty coffee. Finally here’s the problem we had in our visit. I guess due to the constructions nearby, there are some dusts in my coffee cup. Already talked to the staff before we left. Hope they’ll take care of it in the future.

Best coffee in Porto, and one of the few specialty coffee roasters in town. Of course everyone serves espresso drinks but not many coffee shops offer high quality filtered coffee, Aeropress or v60 pour overs in Portugal, and do it well. They do their roasting on-location, and as a small roastery, they really seem to pay attention to their craft. I would highly recommend SO Coffee over other specialty coffee roasters in Porto (and I did try most of them :). Also, if you’re in the mood for a little treat, the carrot cake was excellent with coffee.

A very quiet and peaceful coffee shop in the city centre. Loved the minimalist vibe . The menu is limited but that's what one expects from a speciality coffee shop. Everything on the menu is good quality. The friendly baristas make every coffee with a lot of care. Super.

Super cosy, vibrant place in the middle of Porto. I stumbled on this beautiful place searching for coffee while enjoying a walk. The variety and quality of the coffee is amazing, super friendly staff, very chilled vibrant vibez. Croasaints from this place are one of my favorites in the world now, just bare in mind croasaints in Portugal are softer texture and different flavours as the traditional French we see everywhere.

The place, decoration and lights are done right in a beautiful cozy way. Coffee is yummy, fair priced, staff is efficient. I like the fact that there is complete information about the beans and roast and not just the flag of the country of origin. Good to chill or to work. Laptop friendly tables :) Thank you SO team

Finding a great specialty coffee spot is one of the first challenges in any new city. Luckilly I quickly found this great spot not very far from my apartment! They had a selection of beans from three different regions. Medium/light roast giving a great taste and complexity for well extracted coffee brewed on La Marzocco. After the first try this became my daily to go place for a great cup of coffee. Non-dairy milk and different brew methods are also available. I enjoyed cappuccinos with Honduras beans for 4 days in a row. Very smooth and flavorful - hazelnuts and chocolate. Fruity bit not acidic. Unfortunately they had run out of these beans packaged for purchase, but I got myself a bag of nice bag of coffee from Brazil which looks and smells very delicious. Can't wait to try these at home! 😋

Great selection of filter coffees and espresso beverages. Very chic interior and super nice staff. The sandwiches were delicious, the switch brew of the Ethiopian coffee was very well balanced with a tea like sweetness to it. The chai latte was very good and flavourful. I took an espresso tonic to go and found it quite refreshing, with an enjoyable balance of espresso and tonic.

Great place for a quick breakfast - we had the granola and it was perfect. The coffees were the nicest we had in Porto. The staff were attentive but relaxed, which gives the place a lovely vibe.

Great options of roasted coffee. Service always friendly even with unconventional orders, like the cold brew tonic I had which was really fresh and balanced. Cozy atmosphere to just chill or work.

Our favorite coffee place in Porto. Great modern espresso. Unfortunately boxed in by construction work these days so can be a bit hard to access, but worth the detour

Best coffee in Porto so far and a decent choice of food for your breakfast. The food spans from a more traditional croissant and pastel de nata to open faced sandwiches and granola bowls. Vegetarian options available. They also have chai latte in their menu which I loved.

One of my favorite specialty coffee places in Porto, love their coffee, atmosphere, personal, everyone is super friendly and helpful. The coffee is really good, they roast coffee beans upstairs. This place comes highly recommended for all coffee lovers.

Great spot for a quality third wave coffee in Porto! They serve a variety of brewing methods and clearly place an emphasis on sourcing single origin quality beans. Had espressos and a toast that were both incredible. The space has plants, multi levels with a variety of tables & natural light. Laptop friendly with a note to simply be mindful of time

The filter coffee I got was very good, as was the green smoothie. My wife loved her acai bowl. A really nice menu that made for a great way to start the day.

For my fan's club special. If you weak up in Porto around 9 am, drag your sorry butt to this place. Coffee and unique sandwishes, weak you up and give your energy until lunch time. Love it so much!!! HAVE TO VISIT!!!!

It consists of two floors, and the staff is very good. I had a cold brew (3.5 euros). It was good, but it would be better to be cooler. I went to a different SO cafe because I was curious about another menu. It was great!

Been here a few days and this is by far the best coffee in Porto. I wish they would take over the café at the museum of modern art which was the worst in town.

We had granola with yoghurt and fruits, pesto, tomato and mozzarella sandwich, and cream cheese and jam sandwich — all were fantastic. The orange juice not quite up to the same standard, but overall a great experience and highly recommended!

Spontenously ended up here because all the „instagram“-brunch places had long queues on the weekends. what a luck. the food was deliciouse. deliciouse grilled cheese sandwich, great smoothies (incl. option with pea protein) and really tood coffee. prices are super fair. really good ambient. highly recommended for coffee or a nice breakfast.

Good coffee with character. The place is well decorated and cozy. We visited around 10am and it was quite crowded. I think the price wise it was more in high-end in Porto

The best chai latte in the whole city! The place is wonderful and their workers are lovely Definitely my favourite place for a work-break

Best coffee shop — and coffee — in Porto. Sandwiches/toasts are pretty good too, always with artisan sourdough bread. Service is always great, highly-qualified baristas; especially the guy in the backwards hat 😅

I had such a good chat with Pedro (the barista) who educated me on the different types of beans sourced and used in the cafe. Service was great and the coffee tasted amazing 👌🏽 Seeing as I am from Melbourne, it’s nice to see another place with a great cafe vibe ☕️

Small shop but offers Great coffee in the city! Better than many others ! They also have freshly baked bread, plus some sweets to enjoy next to the coffee.

Paid over 13€ for 2 mediocre cappuccinos with a blob of milk (see the photo), an avocado toast featuring avocado unfit to serve and two slices of bread dipped in olive oil (they were out of butter). There are much better alternatives within a few hundred meters. 2 stars because the space is lovely.

This is a wonderful coffee shop, with a young, cool and international vibe. I suggest their filter coffee which is one of the best I've ever tasted, and one of their amazing sweets (all good, I swear). I wish to the whole crew all the luck in the world and I hope to see new SO coffees around the world 🔥🤟

Regarding coffee this is one of the best places for extraction methods in Porto: V60, Aeropress, Chemex... they have a great variety of grains of local producers and they also have their own big coffee roaster.

On the second floor there’s the roasting area with the machine, and a big convivial table where we enjoyed our coffees. A space full of light ideas for working on your laptops or read a book! We would have stayed for hours! We tasted an Aeropress of Ethiopia, we were asked to choose which coffee origin to taste. Highly recommended!

We came to Porto and immediately fell in love with this place! beautiful space, full of light and nice music, plants and surely the best coffee in town. We took an oat milk flatwhite - so so so creamy and sweet - and a v60. Baristas let you choose the coffee origins for each of your orders. We picked Guatemala for the flatwhite and Kenya for v60!
