They're eithee hit or miss. There is no in between. And please don't let anything be wrong with your food, because once you leave they don't care. Also, their customer service is trash.

Good and fresh food every time I go.

This was my first time placing an order and having food from this JJ's. Placing the order was easy. We ordered Catfish tails, Fried Oysters, and Fried Wings. Each order comes with a side of coleslaw, two slices of white bread and french fries. Plenty of condiments--mild, hot sauces, tarter and seafood sauce and a ton of napkins. The staff was nice and cordial. Great appreciation for that. A big celebration that the store was clean and comfortable. The food was great. Everything was cooked well. It was fresh. Having fresh wings is extremely important to me. The bones were not dark. That won me over! Personally, I would like to have my fries and bread on the side, rather than having them squashed. Overall, the Catfish tails and Fried Oysters received a thumbs up also. I'm looking forward to placing an order soon from this establishment. Keep up the good work!

All is well, but you guys need to change the fries and go back to when you first opened.

After many years of not trying J&J’s, we tried to order again. I placed an dinner combo order that specifically had fries as a side. I pick up, good price, great chicken but the fries were missing!? So ridiculous. I called and employee said I could come in but they are located very far from me. next time I’ll get extra double fries so I hope that’s true.

So..... catfish fillets ordered from here is NOT CATFISH! They are still advertising as though it is catfish. How is this not illegal?

Ordered off Uber eats. It got here I was so pleased. Large amount for price. It was hot, fresh, crispy and greatly enjoyed my dinner!! Thank you who ever cooked it😀 will be back

I went here for the first time last night and let me tell you!! I had the wing and catfish combo. Food was greatly seasoned and freshest food I’ve ever tasted. I would give a 10 stars if I could. 100 percent recommend to everyone. And I will be coming back.

I called to place an order for a large catfish dinner. It was ready pretty fast. The establishment was very quick in getting my order ready. When I arrived, my order was ready for pickup. The gentleman who gave me my order was professional and polite! Most of all the fish was very delicious!😅

This place is my number one restaurant. Of all restaurants I know I like it most. I never miss an opportunity to go to that place. Whenever I want to go to a proper meal, this restaurant comes instantly to my head. splendid and food and a rich menu.helpful staff, and agreeable atmosphere. Not less important, the pay is fair. I recommend this spot with great pleasure.

Went there 3 times, 1st time I ordered catfish (stakes) bone in, it was great fresh seasoned well nice portions. 2nd time I went I ordered catfish steaks again they were fresh and seasoned BUT…,,they were cut so thin it was like the width of 2 slices of cheese. My husband was disappointed so I started to just cross them off my list of restaurants, but I decided to give them another chance and I also called and explained my dilemma about the thin catfish stakes for almost 20 dollars. The JJ phone operator told me we got better pieces this time. because last month it caused a problem in my household I still ended up cooking something. Too be on the safe side maybe I’ll try the fillets. I ordered the catfish fillets and it’s nothing but tilapia. If I wanted tilapia I would have ordered Tilapia. They are selling Tilapia at Catfish prices. I will not be going there again. Let me choose what I want to eat don’t sell me something under false pretenses. There should be a law against that. I am done with JJ’s FISH in Universty Park.
