Best pizza I've had all day. I love the sauce on the pizza, it's sweet and savory, I could eat this all day but I'd get super fat. Don't want that! So I'll just get it occasionally. Love this pizza a d I'll keep getting it.

This is one of our favorite go to places, I believe they have the best pizza in the Midwest, I’ve been to Pizzeria Uno, Giordano‘s, Lou Malnati‘s, and many others, and this is still the best pizza in the Chicagoland area. This restaurant is always clean, the service is always good, they are very accommodating and they have the best pizza anywhere. Parties can reserve a room in the back, plenty of seating for 30 or more. Soft serve ice cream is always available, pizza is reasonably priced even in this climate. We eat here very regularly, this is our favorite pizza in the area. We have relatives that live outside of the country, when they come to the United States they always ask about Aurelio’s pizza and this is one of the first stops we make for our out of country relatives. You really can’t go wrong here.

Pizza always delicious. Friday buffet lunch has soup, 🍲 chili, salad 🥗 pizza🍕, dessert 🍨 🍦with ice cream and beverage for about $15 a person. Staff is friendly, professional. Menu ordering always available. Large party room available for use. Plenty of booth and table seating.

Yet another long overdue review! There is something about the experience of living in the town for years that I never experienced before my late 20's. Now, I have enjoyed over 20 years in Frankfort and Aurelio's has been the backdrop to so many memories. All the hot lunches at school, so many of them I have had the opportunity to work side by side in the kitchen, hustling out slices to the kids. Always with some extra pizza for the teachers and staff. I have watched acceptance speeches, attend parties, gathered volunteers for a lunch and more in the quaint dining room. There was always a bit of excitement when the kids could make their own ice cream with sprinkles of course! When my son started working there and brought home some leftover slices we sat and heard about all the fun he had. Not once has he been less than excited to go to work, it's the family environment that brings it all together. It's that same love that goes into the pizza. The sweetness of the sauce, the crispy bits of cheese on the cracker thin crust. As we like to say here, it tastes like nostalgia. A pie not to be missed! We may have a LOT of pizza places around town but none like Aurelio's. In the words of Joe...Tell 'em Gretchen sent you!

First time eating at this location and it was by far the best Aurelio's we'd ever been to! Our waitress was phenomenal and couldn't have been more wonderful. She was very attentive, helpful and had the best sense of humor! Looking forward to going back there sometime!

We held a funeral lunch here. The food, service, and facility were excellent. Please don't hesitate to call Aurelio's for this need. They took care of everything beautifully.

My father passed away recently. He was a Korean War veteran. I called to make a reservation for a memorial luncheon and the manager I spoke with said that he would talk with the owner because they are normally closed at 2 pm on Tuesday. Never got a call back, I called a couple times to check and was told a manager would call me back. The last time I called, I was told they had booked a party at 11 AM and another at 4 PM so they could not accommodate our Memorial for my father...A Korean War Veteran. The worst customer care / service I have ever experienced!

The lunch buffet was a reward from my company for appreciation of the work done by the team. I tried the vegetable pizza since I don't eat pork. I was hoping that chicken sausage or grilled chicken pizza would be an option for the pizza, but that wasn't available so my options were limited. I wished that chicken Italian sausage was an option for the buffet, but the Italian beef was okay. The dessert options were delicious. I really enjoyed the restaurant, but wanted more pizza options that weren't pork for the buffet.

I am gluten-free, and the slightest amount of cross contamination makes my skin break out in hives. I have eaten their gluten-free pizza about ten times and it is truly gluten-free. There is no trace of gluten, to include cross contamination. I will continue frequenting this place because they sell a great product. I only take my pizza "to go", so I am unfamiliar with the atmosphere inside the restaurant.

I've been to this location several times and the food and service never disappoint! Some other pizza places have been skimping of their ingredients. Not Aurelio's. Highly recommend the Frankfort location!

Waitresses nasty! Food fantastic! Very curt! We had buffet! Asked one waitress to help me move the booth bench and she had a rude comment! I didn't want a confrontation so I ignored it! Totally unprofessional! Waitresses who we used to have were great! I'm not sure what's going on!! Hostess was nice! Hope things change! We went there for all our birthdays!

We had not been to Aurelio's in about three years. Can't remember the waitress' name but we were there Sunday about 11 or 11 30. Her service was wonderful. And the food was excellent. Great job.

It's not the best pizza I ordered from here, and it's not the first time I've been disappointed ordering here. I'm not sure why, but it seems to me like they've been cutting back on ingredients. The sauce was really bland, like it had no seasonings. It was more like a soup sauce. The thin crust was a little overcooked. We ordered half sausage and half olives. The olives were in abundance, but the sausage was like they put one small piece per-slice cut. Way to Pricy. We doubt if we will be ordering from here any time soon!

I've been to the original a few times and it has never disappointed. This location was no different. The pizza was outstanding and the service was wonderful! The couple we met for dinner were ok and could use some improvement. And of course my lovely bride brought her Southside trash mouth to dinner as well. Some of the words that came from it nearly ruined my meal, but I persevered. Thank you for another wonderful meal and for all that's Holy in Frankfort, I'll leave her in the car next time. 😁

Went for lunch last Friday for the pizza buffet. It was excellent The staff was great also.. Order a Meatball sandwich to go to bring home for my wife. It was pitiful. 2 medium meatballs, and maybe a Tablespoon of sauce on it. The worst meatball sandwich. my wife ever had. Joey's in Orland Park has a much more superior Meatball sandwich.

They're popular for their thin crust, so we obliged. Very good pizza. Sausage wasn't overly spicy, which is good. Sauce is tangy without being overly acidic. Quality pizza and not a bad price. I'm looking forward to coming back.

Ordered a fresh spinach salad with chicken entree for $19. The waitress said they are out of fresh mushrooms but they do have canned mushrooms. Gross. The salad was so small I told the waitress I didn't order the side salad & she said this is the big salad. The other 2 people I was with split a medium cheese pizza and when the bill came the other 2 people were shocked that my small salad cost more than their whole pizza. Don't come here if you want an adult size salad.

We has the Friday brunch. We were sad that we couldn't take home what was on our plates. We only went up once. It's a shame that our food had to be thrown out.

I first want to start off by saying that the food was good . I’m not here to down the food quality however, the cooks clearly have a hard time with following instructions. They constantly mix up pizza toppings if you’re doing a halves. It wasn’t a problem at first but if it’s going to happen every time then it’s an issue.

I tried out this restaurant because the reviews were quite good. Unfortunately, I thought the pizza was absolutely terrible. The crust was bland and spongey, and the ingredients tasted of very low quality. I would prefer a frozen pizza from the grocery store over this any day. Very disappointing!

Eh. Decent food. Pizza was light on toppings but good. Host couldn't have cared less we were there. Went to table without a word, set down menus, and kept going without speaking or looking at us. Server was very nice. Prices were good. Restaurant was empty but still tables and floors were dirty. Fun decorations, a lot like Portillos set-up.

Food was okay, but took forever to get to to the table. Like I said, food was "okay". The service was excellent though. The atmosphere is not conducive to conversation; the building itself has concrete walls and floor and a 2 story ceiling - it's built like an echo chamber in there. If you want to know what the people on the other side of the restaurant are talking about (might as well, your own conversation is completely drowned out), it's not a problem here! Not recommend

Don't go here if it's busy if you doordash unless you want to wait over an hour or get your order canceled. Girl at takeout will tell you they have no clue when it's gonna be ready after originally saying 15 min. least they're honest lol but wish they would have said from start before wasting my time

Back in town for the week thought I’d be able to grab a casual pizza. Took way too long. About 30 minutes late. Would’ve paid for delivery if I knew I was have to wait.

Though this location is nice, it looks good and is festive on the inside, I didn't enjoy my time or food here. Everything was so salty. So salty. .but,they do have free ice cream from a machine with cones and such if that helps.

Horrible customer service. Ordered a pizza at 630.. called and checked on it and hour later..was told it was on its way...called a half out later...it never left the store.. had been sitting there for an hour..when asked for a fresh pizza since it was sitting out for an hour I could hear a man saying ohh they want a fresh pizza? Sure tell her it will he another hour. We live in Mokena and have chosen to give our business to the frankfort location for 10 years vs mokena store..but the manager Adam and the employee that lied about the delivery could use some training especially if that's the kind of manager you have employed at your location

Food was good. Service was very good until we received our check . Waited 25 min. For the waitress to pick it up. Finally got up and tracked her down to pay our bill.

Awesome lunch buffet on Fridays. $14.99 with drink PP. They had salad, chicken, pizza, pasta, chili, garlic bread, ice cream, brownies and many more. Everything was so good!

Love this place. Their pizzas and Calabrese are excellent! I am also a huge fan of their breaded mushrooms. The food is always fresh and hot and perfect!

We were looking to get some dinner and it was around 8:30 pm during the week. Even though they close at 9:00 they served us and were so nice. We got a taco pizza. It was very good. I highly recommend Aurelios.

Great pizza and Robin was a great server. She was very pleasant, courteous and professional. Everyone that works there that we encountered was also great. Look forward to going back soon.
