Refuses to serve truck drivers unless in drive thru our trucks do not fit in them. This is the 2nd time I've tried ordering.. lack of management. I will also be informing corporate of their lack of desire to feed truckers

Went here for lunch today and had mold on the bun for my burger, manager took the food and it was "remade" in the back. Same patty same cheese and same onion and same wrapper with a different bun. I understand food service can be difficult at times coming from someone who worked in the field for 7 years but people can be hospitalized for ingesting mold and in more serious cases die, this is basic food safety. I am pretty disappointed in my experience as I've been a customer of this location for months now and have never had any issues whatsoever, the manager didn't seem to care too much about the issue and offered a free cup of ice cream for the inconvenience which I declined. I will not be revisiting this location.

I like Culver's but not enough to sit in a drive up lane. I understand trying to protect employees during the pandemic but what about people in the community that don't own cars or who preferr to walk in to pick up there order. . I think the better decision should have been to close the dining area and allow pickup in the lobby with appropriate percautions it seems dumb to turn away foot traffic if it can be done safely... Think about it

Great food, but manager Joshua was walking around with his hands in his pockets, kept fixing his hair and then picking up food. He insisted on making two shakes.... But on a good note Jeremy was busy cleaning. He is a very productive young man that washed his hands any time he changed what he was doing. Very impressive!

Go get the curd burger now before they stop making it again!!!! I've never had one of these beautiful creations of awesomeness until now. Unfortunately, they are a limited time item. A perfectly cooked beef patty topped with a perfectly fried cheese patty of greatness. Together these form the most righteous of sandwiches! I decided to pair mine with cheese curds and there couldn't be more of a match made in food heaven. I topped it off with a Reese concrete made with chocolate ice cream. If you haven't experienced the creamy cheese river that flows out of this burger, you don't know what you're missing! Do your tongue and stomach a favor and indulge in this delight!

Great food I loved the cheese curds they were actually cook to the point of being melted inside. Burger was juicy ams taste as expected from a culvers. Great place I recommend it.

First time at a Culver's, pleasantly surprised beyond my imagination.

Fish during lent is great, salads are good alot to choose from. Employees are friendly orders are always correct food is hot. The way it should be 😊👍

Big shout out to monee Culver's, im a trucker an they took my order and brought it to the front door. Dining room closed because of the corona.

The staff is always courteous and fast as humanly possible when the car line is deep.

As regards "fast food" this is one of the best around. Yesterday the walleye sandwich I had was as good as can be expected. My husband rated his double burger fantastic. The several employees who delivered and followed up to see if things were good (and kept up with clean up) impressed. I can't give the place five stars for a lame reason:. I can't eat much on the menu. Not their fault.

Love coming here after driving all day, and it's easily accessible from the Petro next door. The food always tastes great, especially compared to what you can normally get at trucks stops.

Some items were hot. Some items were cold. I understand it was later and workers wanted to clean up and go. But at least throw fries back in fryer and dont usr patties that were made ahead of time unless your going to throw them back on the grill to melt the cheese

This location is right in town and is very easy for us to get to. I guess depending on what you order will determine how quickly you get your items. I have a family of 6, so I'm always on the waiting list after I order. Quality of the food? My kids love their chicken tenders. Wife likes their butter burgers, so they aren't horrible. I like their Mushrooms Swiss burgers! Their Ruben sandwiches are pretty good also. I find that their deluxe burgers really don't have that much flavor to them, so a little salt and pepper added helps for my taste. It maybe fine for other people's tastes. No saying bad, just my preferences. My kids and my wife say it taste good the way it is. Service of food. It is a hit and miss like any other restaurants. It can get busy, so items can be forgotten I now always double check to make sure items are actually in the bags. Just take the time to take everything out and check even if it feels like a waste of time. There has been numerous times when I get home and have to call or go back to get missing items which can become an inconvenience to have to drive back to get 1 item. Like I mentioned before depending on how big your order is and also how many vehicles are in front of you in the drive-thru will determine how fast you get your food. Sometimes you can wait as long as 15 minutes or more. Atmosphere of place is nice. If we do dine in. The staff is really nice. They always great you when you come in and that's a very nice jester. The place is usually very clean and tables are cleaned before you get there. Easy to order inside and the service I feel is a lot a quicker. Kids enjoy that you can fulfill your own drink that make it a treat for them to refill themselves. I recommend this Culver's it is worth a try . We probably go 1 a month just because the size of our family, the bill reaches over $50. It still is a bit cheaper than some burger joints in this area. Prices are a bit high I think and adds up quickly with a large family.

Normally this Culvers is great. Friendly people good service. Today was a swing and a miss. Got 2 tenderloins fries and of course curds. Tenderloins tasted like burnt cooking oil. Manager said I was not the first to say so. Really? Maybe change the oil? Offered no discount no refund just...nothing. plus side everything was hot and quick

Want to confuse Culver’s and watch them lose their minds? Just order the flavor of the day concrete mixer the day after. They acted like they had no clue what I was talking about. Same girl just the next day! I asked them to make the exact same mixer the following day and they lost their minds over it. Had no clue how to make it and didn’t make it! Made something completely different and told me that what I wanted was the flavor of the day yesterday. What a disappointment. I bet they make or at least want $15 per hour too.

Stop by for fish,potatoes gravy so cold the cheese was standing up and broccoli, my girl friend had a butter hamburger broccoli w/ cheese and loaded potatoes. Everything thing on each of our plates was as cold as the shake she ordered. $42.38. it didn't take 12- 15 minutes for the meal to be delivered so it wasn't sitting. We didn't even bother to bite anything the manager couldn't understand why we wanted a complete refund. I took a piece of broccoli and put it in his hand ask him if he would eat it. Then he started to apologize. They need training in the kitchen. Service out front is great but kitchen sucks.

The food was fresh and delicious. The customer service was outstanding. I changed my items after ordering, and the cashier was very accommodating.

Food Quality and ingredients were excellent. I ordered the chicken/macadamia nut salad and it was actually excellent. The chicken was cooked perfect for me on the soft side, cheddar cheese was exceptional, nuts etc. A little skimpy on the lettuce though since usually I cook something in my truck and just pour it over the salad -I didn't do that this time. Very nicely done salad with excellent presentation. Quite appetizing. Drive thru here is rather busy, but inside was quiet/clean.

Culver's has the best fast food burgers hands down! Their menu has lots of other delicious options too if you're not in the mood for a burger...great chicken tenders, fish options, salads, etc. Love that they have side dish options like mashed potatoes and green beans too! Of course no visit is complete without a scoop (or two 😉) of frozen custard.

Hello, I was having a good day feeling fine, I proceeded to go to Culver’s! That was my big mistake ! I ordered a fish sandwich and onion rings. The onion rings was so bad!!!! I lost my appetite. The onion tasted like someone made their own recipe with extra salt!!! It really made me sick. I just want everyone to please be careful when ordering food! Make sure to tell them not salt! But I will never order onion rings again from Culver’s !!! I couldn’t eat the rest of the food!!! So when I call to inform the manager they really gave me the feeling that they didn’t care! So I am done with Culver’s. Please fix the onion rings recipe!

My guy went in to order and I was outside with the dogs. The food was brought out - great tasting and fast. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Pup cups were offered. Pup cups were thoroughly enjoyed. 10/10 Molly & Jasper recommend. 🐾❤️

in this wonderful restaurant I took fish, potatoes, and shrimp, and a milkshake, this is a great choice, I was very glad that I chose this one. I recommend

The food was good. They run this place like a dirty Ole Burger King. Standing around talking and then waite on you. The place smells like dirty mop water. With as many staff members, you'd think it would be a lot cleaner. Definitely not the Culver's standards I'm used to.

As a truck driver when I see a Culver’s, I gotta stop. The burgers are fantastic and I got some hot fresh fries. Thank goodness I was done for the day and I went for a walk and then lights out 🥊 See y’all next time I’m in the area💪🏾😎💪🏾

Great food. Customer service could be improved. Walked in on Sunday 3/10 and there were a few people behind the counter but no one welcomed us as they usually do. A guy who seemed to be a team leader or assistant manager was there at the time eventually helped us but didn’t greet us as other Culver’s employees have done in the past. Most of the tables weren’t wiped down which was very nasty and unfortunate. Overall food was good, ice cream was great and bathroom was rather clean but the tables needs cleaning and customer service needs improvement. Be careful Culver’s, hire better people....

My daughter wanted a turtle Sunday with extra pecans. They were really generous.

Really disappointed, chili cheese fries, half cooked. Curlers is always right bbn on point in Wisconsin. Ive.been going to Culvers for over 23 years and this is the first time I've been disappointed. I was traveling through and thought I will stop at Culvers, they're always on point. Not this time I wanted to take it back but was already on the highway.

Read the whole review: Super nice people, and still great food. My beef with them is that I went out of my way to park my truck at the Petro next door just so that I could order. I ordered for myself and my co-driver and we were in a rush, but I was still being patient and lighthearted. I ordered the exact meal on the from the front of the folding menu they give you. The double deluxe burger with cheese curds and the Reese's cups shake, only I agreed bacon to the burger. Anyway, we left in a hurry and I didn't have time to check the order but after we went 2.2 miles down the road to the shipper (lineage logistics) I got checked in and was waiting to get a call to get a dock door and then I was going to eat my food when I realized that there was no double deluxe burger. Everything else was there, but my burger. I called and they refused to bring it to me but I've COUPONS... I'm only TWO miles away, why not make it right?! I have this place two stars because I respect the heck out of the business, just not that particular location. This happened today by the way. Just a couple hours ago. Edit: They said that I could come by and pick up my burger before they close at 22:30, but it'll probably be about that time before I even get into a dock door here and they'll probably get my trailer loaded by about 0200 and I'll be in Nebraska 700 miles away tomorrow. Update: the coupons never showed up in the mail. Poor management and empty promises. I was had by them.
