    They don't deserve 1 star. Burnt fries, this is supposed to be a 5 piece....thanks for the crumbs....and not so great attitude 😒 I will never go back thanks for ruining my son's dinner and I will tell everyone...how hard is it? I've done drive thru and you guys are charging and arm and leg for crumbs....hell the one in Monroe is better. Why can't I get what I pay for ever? And stop blaming it on not having staff because I see many people standing around...

    Not worthy of 1 star. The staff were rude and dismissive after waiting for nearly 10 minutes to place an order. 2 people in front of us left and the guy who was waiting in front of of us for food had been waiting nearly 30 minutes for his order. The front hot food bar was unattended and food was left uncovered.

    Not good!! 🤢 No seriously, worst Bojangles I’ve ever tasted. Fries are HARD! Sandwich doesn’t have the cheese and bacon I PAID AND ASKED for. Only reason I didn’t go back for a refund is because I’m on my way back to work but never stopping here again. Management do better! Community don’tgo to this one! Yuck!

    Extremely inappropriate behavior from the drive thru cashier. Customer service was not a priority. Management needs to revisit their work ethics training.

    Very unfriendly staff at nights. Seem to resent customers. They were all in the chairs talking to themselves as we arrived then scattered when we came in the door. Didn't say hi or goodbye or thanks or anything normal. Just what's your order and the price from the cashier and that was it. Didn't even want to look people in the eyes. Just plopped the order on the counter and walked away. Makes you want to go elsewhere next time. We were the only customers so maybe everyone else was going elsewhere to eat.

    We stop after a Doctor appointment in Charlotte on the way home. I want a club with no cheese the told me they where not making sandwiches not anough staff I counted 6 people. So I order chichen2 leg and 2 breasts Original, the breast we got where Cajun. Mom could not eatit it was to spicy for her. Then my mom went to the restroom while I sat with here stuff. Then I went to go and they told me I would have to wait while they clean the bathrooms I said fine and went to finish my food. I saw the gril who was cleaning the bathroom back at the counter so I got up to go use it she it would be another 40 min. I left at that point ... I had to drive to Asheville . so I had to make another stop 40 min to clean a two stall bathroom when she know I was wait is not only Rude, but is not Serving your customers needs. So the 15 min I wait plus the extra stop put me in rush hour traffic. My mom is sick and it add to a hard day.

    Went in and ordered a biscuit combo and saw the guy making my biscuit with no gloves on and then after he finished making it he bent down and when he came back up he had a mouth full of food. This is unacceptable I work in the industry and my employees know that is a no no. Will no return to this location moving forward. I do understand that it is hard to keep people but this store has been on the decline for a couple of months now and I don't know why

    I pulled up to the Drive Thru at 7:36pm. After 5 minutes of silence an employee finally came on to say “I’ll be with you in a minute”. At 7:47pm (10 minutes after I pulled up). An employee walks out and says “sorry we are closed. It’s currently 7:53pm as of this posting and the hours listed are 10pm. What a mess!! Shut this location down!!

    I ordered 8pc. Meal got it home, it was meatless & dark crusted . Was really craving some Bojangles chicken made with TLC. It was July 4th so I was not expecting to have my best Bo time in history, but chicken was not edible. Their excuse was the grease was burnt. Do they not train employees to replace old grease? They said the guy will be in tomorrow to change it. It was 5pm they closed at 9pm. I can only imagine how the rest of the night went.. I have been in the shoes of the employees and know how things work behind the counter. The lady in the drive thru was sweet and they did refund my order with no hesitation 3 stars for the effort to make it right. Bojangles in general needs to step their game up they've been very lack luster since going cooperate. I was born in 1975 a Charlotte native who loves my Bo time when done right it is 2nd to none in the breakfast biscuit world.

    This crew is incredible! I’ve lived here for a long time and during the pandemic it really suffered but the sweet woman Tempestt who is running it has turned it around completely in the best way. The food is always correct and delicious. The employees are all so kind and efficient. I cannot say more great things about this location and will continue to visit multiple times a week.

    The staff here is very unpleasant from the front to the back loud boisterous and full of profanity. I asked to order a Supreme meal at 10:42am and was told they don't cook Supremes until 11:30am . The manly manager was rude and threatening. This was the worst experience of my restaurant visits by far. Never returning here goes for anyone else with kids . Bad environment.!!! They get no stars because it was that bad.

    The absolute worst drive-through customer service I’ve ever experienced in 40 years. The gentleman absolutely barked at me. When I didn’t understand what he meant when he yelled “syyyyy” meaning “your side, maam?” I said excuse me to which he barked “whachyou say to me?” Aggressively. Wow. He was leaning with his back to me in the drive thru window when I arrived chatting with his co worker and didn’t have coins to give my change . I’m scared to eat my food from here. Management should have a better handle on their employees.

    Fast service. Friendly service. Food was hot and fresh. The fries were cooked fresh. The driver thru employee was kind. The food tasted as if it was freshly made to order. The green beans were so good! Biscuit was soft. The Chicken sandwich was good as were the 2 piece thighs. Sodas were made twice to make sure one was zero sugar.

    Waited for over an hour for my food thanksgiving morning after the employees in the drive thru told me to wait because their speaker was down. So I ordered curbside and waited and no one brought it out. Then had to wait in drive thru again just to get my curbside order which of course was cold. All they could say is "we've been busy" and yet I watched over a dozen people get their orders on time. Never coming to this location again.

    This is the worst tasting bojangles I’ve ever been to in my life. The bacon egg & cheese biscuit taste like it was sour and old. The smell of the cheese was foul and the biscuit was 1/2 cooked. The Borounds even had soft spots on some of the sides like they have been sitting so long. The girl taking the order apparently can’t hear well because she said “huh” after every word from the customer. Terrible!!! Yuck! CLOSE THIS PLACE and do a complete RESTAFF.

    This location is one of the worse I have ever been to and will never go back. The evening management was absolutely rude and disrespectful. The biscuits were burnt and the service was turtle slow. I decided to go inside to get my order corrected and the store was filthy. Not to my surprise I wasn’t the only customer inside complaining there were 3 others. I have been prior to this visit and had similar encounters with the manager in the evening but never been inside really by doing so totally lost my appetite.

    Seems like this Bojangle try to cut the corners on every think for more profit And a bad customer service on the top of it. Made it completed. It started when I noticed there was a leftover piece in my Supreme order Asked her to look at it. She said this is what we get from the tuck every day But what she did not know was I did not order chicken Nugget The manager should tell them how to make the $11 portion of food. Have to return it as long as she had no help next to this location, you can respect yourself and order food from panera bread.

    Haven't had Bojangles in awhile. Ordered the 12 piece chicken tenders and wow....just wow. Inflation has upped the price but these tenders looked nothing like the picture or what we got previously. More like nuggets. Won't be back.

    This morning I visit this location and at the speaker forgot to add cheese on a sandwich get to the window and ask her she tells me with an attitude it’s too late. When all you gotta do is unwrap it and put it on. Then instead of charging me the price to add it on a sandwich she charges me for a side. Which costs a little more. They always have attitude problems when you go here. Never again I will go to Monroe instead.

    Very disappointed in Bojangles overall. This location only had 3 sauces available. Buffalo, Ranch and Honey Mustard. I wanted BBQ and was told the Bo Special Sauce has been discontinued. What?!? But a 4 pc Supreme meal was $11 with the supremes 1/3 smaller than they used to be. I used to be able to get this meal for $8. The Mac and cheese (side) cup is now smaller. They try to trick you by extending the bottom edge of the cup down further than the inside. It’s just enough to not notice unless you aren’t familiar with them. Great job Bojangles. Except when you open it up and realize the cup is not as deep as it looks. You’ve lost my business. Hope it’s worth $15/hr. More employees than customers I saw. Sad, sad.

    It was busy. The cashier was pleasant and apologized for the wait. The best part was that all my food was hot. Normally, I have to ask for fresh Supremes & fries and regularly greeted with resistance or an attitude, which I can't understand when I'm paying for it, but yesterday was a good day.

    Terrible customer service. When I went to pay for my meal my card would not go thru because of the chip going bad, afterwards I handed the lady another card as she is laughing and saying ohhhh this one’s got money……. Seriously not how you talk to customers.

    Haven't been here in a while because of how bad it was before but this time I was reassured in the low quality again and it'll be years till I get any bojangles again if ever. The thighs and legs were very tiny, quality of the meat was either tough or mushy. Fries I had (not shown) were cold and hard. Terrible.

    Food is good but everytime I've been here since far they say "we just dropped the chicken in so it will be 20 minutes".... like I would go to a restaurant if I wanted to wait that long.

    Never been treated so poorly. The two women working this morning were fighting and the woman in the dive slammed her headset down and said she was finished all in front of customers I have sat here and watched the same cars in the drive thru for 20 minutes. Line not moving

    Waited 45 minutes to get my order through the drive thru. Got up to window to see employees standing around laughing and playing around. With all the employees they had on clock their shouldn't have been a wait. They weren't working they were hanging out and joking around. Had to ask for sauce and straw. Employee got a attitude the 2nd time I asked for a straw! The rice was mush and uneatable. I will not go back to this bojangles. I'll try one of the two other chicken places near by.

    May 23rd 2022 around 8:12am I had to turn around take my order back because the manager Jessica put my order in wrong! I ordered the Cajun Filet Sandwich combo and she gave me the biscuits instead of the sandwich! So when I approached the window and told her about my order she was very disrespectful and proceeded to say well we don’t have the Cajun sandwich anymore so I asked why you didn’t say that when I ordered and she continued to be rude and snatched my bag from my hand. Then another worker came and corrected my order for me and she was very sweet. I didn’t get her name but I appreciate her for what she did! However Jessica on the other hand lied and told me that they didn’t have the Cajun Sandwich but then tells the workers to make it! Her attitude is very nasty and I didn’t appreciate the way she treated me and my family because if we would of went inside the restaurant things could of been really bad! She really met her match this morning and I won’t ever come back to this location again!

    Good place to go. Got a delicious eight piece, some tea, and a chicken sandwich. This food was good and every member of my family enjoyed it. The drive thru was quick and the service was quick and provided by nice people.
