I’ve tried Dunkin a few times and their specialty coffees are always too bitter, not creamy, and not sweet. $22 for 2 large vanilla lattes that we ended up throwing away. Never again.

I love this Dunkin location :) the most friendly staff ever and they always get my order correct. I’ve been coming here since I was 15 and I’m now 23, only dunkin I’ll ever come to!

These folks are short staffed like everyone else. I had to wait a bit longer for my order but they politely explained why. The wait turned out to be very short! Great customer service!

Usually okay service. There are more than a few times I have come and they don't have something. Not really a good thing when you craving a particular taste but it happens.

Milk in my coffee tasted sour and workers were rude when asking about promotions on app stating “we have nothing to do with the Dunkin app”…so why are you called Dunkin then?

Love the product but this is going backwards from here! I arrived and the young lady behind the counter was nice. She directed me to the kiosk. After 8-9 failed attempts to use it she came around to show me how. Unfortunately for you she experienced the same issue. This kiosk maybe something you think helps your business but I'll kindly disagree. Your people sell your product not this machine. I enjoy interaction and you've wiped it out. I can buy donuts from anywhere but people make a business its best. The staff spoke about the pitfalls of this new procedure. So guess what? At the end of the transaction she helped me complete my order just like the past. Big mistake personalized service.

Service was fine the lady who was at the was very helpful. This location was so understaffed they could only operate by window service. I wished I could go in because I wanted to purchase a new cup and i could only see through the window.

Unfortunately the Mint Hill store I went to is not very big and the line is always very long for takeout and they never have maple glazed donuts in stock by 9:30 a.m. Whoever does the ordering needs to order a lot more because it seems like everybody orders those and they are always out of stock. Therefore I will start going to a different location.

Terrible experience, after them making my drink wrong I requested it to be remade and when handed to be the girl slammed the window on me. The “shift” Jacob did nothing to solve the way I was treated by his staff he was rude himself. Terrible service it’s a shame . He said he refunded my card for the inconvenience and never actually did it.

Horrible experience. I went there Wednesday morning and ordered a Carmel Frozen Coffe, 3 Munchkins and 4 Everything Bagels just sliced in half no cream cheese and not toasted. It came to about 17.00 and I gave the girl at the drive thru a 20 and told her to keep the change. It did take awhile to get the bagels. When I got home, I took the bagels out of the bag and they were not only toasted they were burnt. I called and spoke to the Manager but the reception was so bad that I hung up and called back later. I spoke to Ali who was the shift leader on duty and I explained the situation. She was very nice and told me I could come there and get new ones. I told her that I couldn’t come until Thursday morning and she said that would be fine and she would leave a note, which she did. But there was a girl that came to the window and said we just can’t give away bagels and I said you are just replacing my messed up order. I’m done done done. Don’t go there and I’ll never go there again.

It's really aggravating being pregnant and having cravings for things as specific as a dang jelly donut from dunkin donuts. Especially when for whatever reason yall can't plan ahead correctly for the correct amount needed to be made throughout the week. There's no reason why you should be running out early afternoon or really every single evening. I've ran a dunkin donuts before and if you have a high demand for a specific donut you should be planning for your morning baker to prepare a sufficient amount of that kind of donut. If your running out of jelly donuts and jelly munchkins every single day then your not doing your job correctly. Sadly this is a pattern with surrounding dunkin donuts locations as well and its the most frustrating thing that legit ruins my day. I'm so tired of it.ive even started to write down the dates and times i stop at dunkin and get told the same thing "we don't have any". get it together. The store manager needs to do better. Not to mention if you keep running out, making more would increase your profits. Your consistency will eventually lose you business from people who would regularly purchase from your store. Please do better. I'll write a review everytime I come through and I'm denied, also reaching out to corporate. Your tarnishing the brand name.

Dang bro. Let me tell you about this experience. It's 10:30 in the morning. There were 7 cars in the drive thru. I went to order a coffee and 6 different types of donuts on the menu and they didn't have 4 of them. When I asked for an old fashion they suggested we get a different donut because the old fashions were hard. Then we get up to the window and they said the orders got mixed up and they didn't know which one we had. We had to tell them the order twice before they found it. Then they gave me the coffee and said have a good day, forgetting to give me the donuts. Whole ordeal took 20 minutes, then got trapped trying to exit the extremely small drive thru exit. I told myself I wasn't going to come back, and I had a craving. What a mistake.

Good service. App is slowly becoming useless. It’s rewards program is far less “rewarding” and it’s causing me not to come here as often

Bacon, egg, & xheese croissants were alright, but not as good as usual. Service was adequate, but not exceptional. It wasn't bad, just not the quality I usually get from Dunkin.

I have been going to this location since they opened. I will usually go in so I don't add to the drive thru lane traffic. When we first starting going you would go in and order with a real person. This is not the case anymore. You have to order from a kiosk. Fast foward to today. I went in to place my order. I did and the time stamp on my ticket was 9:32 am. There was a gentleman, lady also waiting. 3 more customers came in behind me. After 10 minutes the man waiting was getting upset and went over to the counter and asked about his order. They asked his receipt and then started assembling his order. The lady that was in front of me was getting upset aswell. I asked her how long she had been there she showed me her receipt the time stamp on this one was 9:26, 6 minutes before mine. She ordered a drink and a bagel with cream cheese. I went up to the pick up order counter an asked the young lady about the delay. She said, " let me see the receipt ". She said that they were really backed up. There were 5 people working on drive thru orders. No one helping any of the counter patrons. Now there were 6 of us there. I said to the young lady . " I usually dont complain, shouldn't you have someone workin the front counter? Take someone off the drive thru and clear your counter. She said" Sir I can't talk to you anymore". At this point she backed up and got the Manager. The manager came over and I restated my concerns. She stated that the drive thru was backed up and they were trying. I said I understand, but we have all been standing here for 20 plus minutes. At this point she got my order. I was in the store for 22 minutes. This to me is truly unexceptable. It all could have been corrected by putting someone on the counter orders and 4 people in the drive thru orders. By the way the lady that was in front of me, she was still there when I left aswell as the 5 people behind me. No apologies. No " Have a nice day, or Thank you for your business ". I am in customer service and could honestly say that Someone should be talked to by a supervisor and if this happened again there would be consiquences. I have never written a review that was A This long, B This harse. For that I am sorry. I do hope it helps the Supervisors make changes. Thank you for letting me post this review.

I don’t ever leave reviews, but after coming to this location twice I have too. This location has stepped up their game!! I got 2 breakfast sandwiches and 2 coffees, iced & hot. Everything turned out amazing! I usually go to a specific location further away because they make the coffee good, but after coming to this location this is my new go to. Came back again today around 1p got the same thing and food and coffee was on point!! They even threw napkins in the bag which was a plus. Whatever you guys are doing keep doing it! You guys are great!

Had to wait over 30 minutes in drive thru line to get my order. This seems like an awful long time. Young man at window seemed to have no clue what was going on. Did see several folks pull out of line and leave. Not good for business.

Dunkin Donuts Mint-Hill is small shop compared to other big Dunkin Donuts in other cities, but it is very cozy and the attention of the staff to details is good. The are always busy, but very professional. I also love the decorations according to the season. Great job!!!

Ordered a Oreo milk shake, took abt 10 minutes which is long for a milkshake and it comes out tasting like a cub of water. Try your shakes before leaving the drive through

Nasty customer service at drive thru this morning. The cashier was extremely hateful. And it was 1st thing in the morning so nobody wants to spend their money 1st thing in the morning at someplace they are going to be treated so rudely.

Very good service kind workers, they should wear hairnets to protect the food being prepared.

Came in at 6 pm to get donuts 🍩. They had maybe 10 donuts left … they were out of all ice cream 🍨. With 2 more hours to be open . Service was ok . But how do you run out of donuts at 6 pm ?

They are friendly and kind and always get the ordering correct. They are quick and always professional. The donuts and muffins and sandwiches are always fresh and delicious. A job well done.

This place is soooo slow. It's no wonder people grow impatient and regularly leave the line. The usual wait is well over 10 minutes in the drive thru, and since they still don't have their dining room open (3-22), all customers are forced through the slowest drive thru in history. And when you get to the window, they usually always have the wrong order or your drink isn't ready. Only once have they gotten it correct. Management really needs to help their employees learn operational efficiency.

Second morning this month that I tried to purchase Old Fashioned Donuts. It is the only donut my husband wants, no matter what time of the morning, they seem to never have them. I asked today, what time do you have to get here to be able to buy Old Fashioned Donuts? I was told that it is really IF they have the ingredients to make the Old Fashioned Donuts. I guess I am clueless, but how does DD not have the ingredients to make a simple basic donut? First they got rid of the "Dunkin Donut" which was husband's first favorite, now it is so difficult to purchase the Old Fashioned Donut. The reason that he likes the DD & OF donuts is because they are plain without all the added sugar and frosting on top. I guess DD wants to sell the high sugar stuff or that is what people want to buy.
