One of the worse experiences I've ever had. The girl working the drive through was outside smoking with another girl behind the dumpster and told me to wait. When I ordered the customer service was horrible, they are not friendly at all. The biscuits we old, probably from yesterday and the mashed potatoes were cold, clumpy, and tasted a day old. So disappointed, Church's USED TO BE so good. I won't be surprised when they finally all close for good. They at least need to restaff the place with people who actually care about their job.

The chicken was hot and fresh. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The only reason I didn't give 5☆, they had just served a very large eat-in group and was low on cooked chicken. I was informed it would be about 8 minutes on white meat, that was fine. However after waiting I was informed the cook thought he had white meat cooking it was all dark and it would be another 30 minutes. I had already paid including the upcharge. I ended up with 3 legs and they upsides my okra. Not exactly what I wanted but the staff did what they did to make it work.

Ordered a chicken breast , okra and an apple and was provided dark meat chicken my okra and apple was not in the bag i went and told them it was not in the bag and I waited over an hour because they said they had to cook the okra and apple and she cooked the apple pie so I came home and that is when I realized I did not have my okra and also had dark meat chicken so I went back the lady stated she would but I had to wait I waited outside for over 30 min for them To cook the okra and provide the correct price of chicken then got out and went inside and the manager argued with me stating she heard me say a 2 piece snack I do not eat dark meat so why would I order that ! So I would not argue with the manager and I just took my apple pie and got to the car and realized they still did not give the okra so I went back in and they gave it to me but still refused to give me the breast . Please do not waste your time going to this churches because they do not get your orders correct and then refuse to fix it. A waste of time and not good customer service I will not be back to this churches !

I live less than a mile away from this place and went through the drive thru and by the time I got home I had to microwave my food to get it hot. WON'T EVER GO THERE AGAIN!!!!

Chicken was good, but drive through only gave me half my large order. Had to come back for the rest and got free mashed potatoes. Nice staff.

Food was ok but service sucked. The staff were arguing in the inside while I was waiting on my food.

South Pleasantburg Drive near Greenville Technical College needs to clean up there act ordered my food around 12:25 pm the 2pc chicken special with the pepper the chicken was dried out and cold the biscuits was hard the only thing that tasted good was the pepper totally dissatisfied with the service got my order through the drive through, nasty yuck !!!

I just left this food is disgusting chicken doesn’t taste all way done it was crispy … and gravy is literally watery ..and they give no hot sauce say b/c of cost.. that’s why we’re buying food. That doesn’t matter. I will never go back I literally just wasted my money …
