Ryan the store manager is a great guy he takes pride with his store and seems to treat his employees and customers very respectfully . He has personally made my sandwich .. Since this location has opened only had one sandwich that was not great quality but it's Jersey Mike's so hey it was still pretty good.. But overall I am very pleased with the service and quality of the store and its employees Again thank you Ryan for making my order correct. Will definitely stay a customer at this location and with Jersey Mike's.

Hi guys, if you are walking around Greenville and you want fast food and at a good price then this Jersey Mike's sub is a very good option. This place was very clean!!! The service was GREAT and our Sub was hot and fresh. Great location right downtown. We got #31 California Chicken Cheese Steak (Giant) it comes with Lettuce, tomato, mayo, and white American cheese and one sandwich was enough for me and my boyfriend. We spend $18 in total. Great experience at this Jersey Mikes. I ordered my sandwich to-go and it was ready at the correct time. Quality of meat and taste of overall sandwich was really good. Inside and outside seating available. Inside of restaurant was very clean. Prices are a little higher than other comparable sandwich shops. Overall though, great spot to grab a quick bit to eat.

So I don't eat at Jersey Mikes too often, maybe a sub every two to three weeks, but the franchises owned by the same person in this area are all consistently good. A particular shoutout to this location. Always clean, fresh, consistent, exactly what I ordered and served with a smile. I have never had a bad experience here thanks to the fine folks like Amanda, Randi, Patrice and Jenny to name a few, but they are all awesome and the manager does a great job with a great team. Why is the online ordering menu different than the menu in the store..I mean you can't even order what drinks you want. There are only 2 choices of soda..no tea choice..no fountain drink options except for 2..and the sandwich choices offered in store are more than what we can order online for pick up. Makes absolutely no sense.

Overheard the manager sharing with another customer that they were down a person today, but then in the next sentence talked up the other two teammates (by name) and thanked them both again for working extra hard today. All service industry people who can encourage their coworkers while in a stressful situation deserve immense recognition.

Although Jersey Mikes have great subs. The workers don’t take cross contamination serious. Why would you ring a customer up, and touch the register, and handle money, and go back to making sandwiches without changing the contaminated gloves? This is a DHEC violation, and I have a friend who works for DHEC, and will let her know what happened today, (7-3-23) because evidently the workers seem to think this is okay. Not to mention the young lady who I asked to changed her gloves had to have a side bar conversation with the other worker as if it was funny because I asked to change her gloves.

Subway puts more meats in their sandwiches My older got wrong I was missing a sandwich was told it would be cheaper to get two giant sandwiches instead of the regular and was given three instead of four service not good
