This is the worst location to go too. They never have the doughnuts being advertised available. Also, the employees that work the drive thru always have the worst attitudes. I got to the window, and she repeated my order, and I said “No, that is not mine.” I told her my order was a (3 pack) then she got an attitude. She then just gave me a total. I said can you tell me which doughnuts you have rang up. She then got even more of an attitude, because I wanted to KNOW WHAT I’M PAYING FOR!!! Imagine that. I don’t know how some of these young people even get these jobs because they have no customer service skills at all.

I'm editing my review for this one. I gave a 5 star before. Tonight, November 12, we got a box of the glazed ones. I can't believe they are making the donuts soooo small now. Look at the box for a dozen, you can fit 3 or 4 more. It shrank!!! Is it just this batch or is it just my 👀??? Not worth it anymore.

Kinda disappointed with service today. The lady at drive thru seemed irritated and was saying into the microphone she was ready to go home. I had to repeat my order 3 times then when I was able to pull up the latte I ordered did not have chocolate drizzle on top of the whip cream but I wasn't about to say anything as she was handing off her headset to another employee so she could leave. The young man taking over was very kind and happy... Hope the lady has a better day tomorrow and she makes the frozen lattes like the pictures (with drizzled on top) lol.

The donuts are of course great, but the atmosphere and service is awful. Old craggy mean women behind the counter saying… NEXT.. I tried to stay and eat my donuts, but the atmosphere was so depressing, we left. It’s clearly just a factory store making donuts for somewhere else to sell. So, i’ll go somewhere else

Today I will have to get them a bad review because we walked in and they were completely out of doughnuts like are you not a doughnut store. The young lady had an attitude when she said we're completely out you can wait 45 minutes. No I cannot wait 45 minutes when we came here to get doughnuts.

Would love the original place to have a better parking, We don't do it a lot, but when we do & they are hot, it's a real treat. No other donut even compares. The only one worth the calories.
