Staff somewhat rude when picking up. Grilled plantains look gross and taste disgusting. Both meals look very sloppy, but taste alright I guess. Unable to redeem gift card online. Tropical Grille is kind of slacking off - this place used to be good.

This place has some really good food. The service is excellent. The whole time I was there, there was a line to the door. They were knocking out orders left and right. They give you a lot for your money. All of there 3 signature sauce are am.If in the area definitely have to give this place a try.

The people are nice and the place is clean but when you order pounds of chicken they will give you the bottom of the chicken where they give you crumbs. Last 3 times I’ve had at least a pound of scraps. It real hard to eat it with a fork.

Always fast & friendly service! And the food is delicious!! The line was a little long but I had my food as soon as I turned around from ordering. Love this place! Wish it had more outdoor seating though

Usually love coming to this franchise. Went in today, counter help barely greeted me and asked how I was paying while looking at her cell phone. After telling her card, she says "we only taking cash right now ", while still looking down at her cell phone. Rude

Awesome food! I've eaten at Tropical Grille a few times at both Greenville and Spartanburg and absolutely love this place. The food tastes great, doesn't leave you feeling bad like some fast food, and they price their food fairly. I highly recommend. Just avoid the plantains.

You pick up your own food at the counter. The small bowl was delicious, and more than I could eat! They have a couple of outside tables for nice weather.

Worst experience I have ever had at a tropical grille!! Rice was not fully cooked. My husband’s food came out after I had mine for 15 minutes… he had a salad! The lack of customer service or even a modicum of an apology was astounding. Sluggish disposition and blank stares. It’s not 5 star dining. How can you mess up rice and a salad.

Me and my friends will most definitely come back to Tropical Grill #2!! The food was a 10/10 and the music was great. We pretty much just sat together and enjoyed the environment. Very clean! And I like how the food is made fresh to order. very good price!!! A loaded burger fries and a drink is 13-14 dollars!! If you’re looking for a good idea or just tired of the same stuff…most def come

I ordered catering for a Christmas Eve work lunch for 15 people. I ordered “The Works” package. The yellow and white rice was barely enough for 15 people. There was more black bean juice than beans - also barely enough for 10 people let alone 15. The quality of the food was great. The only issue was the portion sizes.

Great deal + Delicious food! Got the Cuban bowl and ate it for two meals since the portions are so generous. Their plantains and yucca fries are a great side. Love the sauces too!

Love the Pelham location. Some of the greatest staff that I have ever encountered. Will definitely be back. Thank you for the food and service. God bless you all.

I am from Greenwood SC I have been several times since my Granddaughter works in Greenville SC Rebekah Lomax, everything is clean, awesome food, great service! We need one in Greenwood SC we don’t have very few places I will eat!

Is always nice to see healthy options, and everything is fresh and delicious BUT I do have to say and do not recommend those ham croquettes are nasty and don't have any ham inside, they taste and look more like dog food.
