    so incredibly rude. i ordered a coffee and i wasn’t done ordering and the lady taking orders told me my total and i told her i wasn’t done ordering, and she acted like it was the biggest problem. i wanted a wake up wrap because i was hungry but i felt very rushed. keep in mind they we’re dropping f bombs left and right complaining about everything under the sun. it was terrible customer service. and i very much dont consider coming back.

    Every time I go to this Dunkin, they always mess up my drink. And today the manager I’m assuming was rude to my brother, his boyfriend and I because he forgot his wallet. And my brother and I go to drink the coffee and it’s messed up. I didn’t bother going back in and having them fix it because I did that once and they didn’t fix the drink. Do not go to this Dunkin!!!

    Well simpsonville Dunkin dounuts today has had a massive walk out all employees at this location have resigned from this location due to new district management under the name Luther has payed new hires at another location with worse service $4 more than the Store manager at simpsonville that does just as much work as Lauren’s the crew has been working without days off nor have they ever been payed holiday pay for federal holidays nor has Luther given them help this team has been burned out over and over again just to let you be aware the employees make between $10-$13 where other locations make 16.50 starting pay this is a down right insult and disrespect to the other locations that also work hard for this franchise under District management Luther oh yeah by the way the General manager at this location had two heart attacks working at this dunking doing doubles 5 days out of the week and 65 years old along with Barbara they and jasmine have held this location down single handily so being paid the wages that they are I’m surprised with these conditions alone they have stayed so long ashamed to be a Dunkin fan

    First time at this dunkin'. My drink came out correct and was delicious. However, the employees did not have the most sanitary procedures that you would expect for working with food and drink. The facility itself was disgusting and looked like it had not been cleaned in years.

    ordered the avocado toast with bacon. didn’t put bacon on even tho i paid for it, and the toast was rock solid. couldn’t eat it. basically a giant crouton. coffee turned out good tho

    I've been by this place a few times since it's in a gas station. However, the day I wanted to place a mobile order, it said I couldn't. I called this location and they said I couldn't place an order because they were out of all donuts.

    This place cannot keep staff. They must not pay them enough. If you don't have the staff for mobile orders then mobile orders should be turned off. Twice I have mobile ordered 10 minutes before arrival and still had a 20 minute wait after arriving. This used to be my favorite breakfast stop but I will not be returning again.

    Just waited over 45 minutes for a bagel that I never received. The order was wrong multiple times and then as I get home I find out they didn't even put sausage on the wraps I ordered. Yeah, I won't be back anytime soon

    Oh boy. Whoever was behind the counter was on something for sure (I'm betting Adderall). He was literally dirty (and dressed horribly). When we came in he was talking to a woman in front of us for 15 minutes instead of making coffee, messed up her coffee, then had to remake that plus a pickup order he hadn't made. He then just failed to take my friends order even though he acknowledged us twice and we were in front. He was trying to talk to us and flirt but got mad at us when we just wanted our coffee. He told us to leave and wouldn't take our order just because we weren't talking to him about aqua teen hunger force and just wanted our drinks. We weren't even angry with him, just slightly irritated and not entertaining his conversation. We're two women and it sucked that apparently a condition of us getting service there was letting a weirdo talk to us at length. Very weird guy and a very bad experience I don't know lmao.

    I love dunkin, but this is 1/3 of a real dunkin at best. Simpsonville deserves a standalone dunkin with full selection and plenty of donuts so they don't sell out by 9am

    They only had 1 person on cashier, and he looked like he didn't want to be there. The line was wrapped around the store and back to bathrooms. They had only 1 person making drinks, and she was rude, had a scowl on her face, and played on her phone as we all waited. They had 1 person making food, and she seemed annoyed.

    They are trying their best, new workers in their all time so the stress or payheck must be making people quit. My favorite type coffee though - use the APP for discounts.

    OMG !!! I ASKED TO PLEASE GIVE ME VANILLA CREAM DONUTS...MY child is allergic to AL THINGS 🍋. HOW ABOUT SHE BIT INTO IT AND STRAIGHT LEMON...ALL BOTH...HAD TO INJECT HER!! YOUR STAFF CANT READ!!!! FORGET EVER GOING BACK.

    Seem to be chronically understaffed. Waited 25minutes for latte and munchkins. Mobile Orders often made wrong and with it being busy, who wants to bug them to recreate or wait another 25 minutes.

    Whomever was working this afternoon had an annoyed attitude, like its my fault she doesn't like her job. Looking at other reviews, I'm sure it's the same woman. I was very nice and simply asked her for one of their raw sugars and she said "I don't know what that is I just know its Stevia! (with an attitude), then she hands me it and it literally says Stevia in Raw right on it. Smh 🙄 She continued to give stank faces and attitude in any interaction with her after. The other shorter girl who is usually there is very nice. I will try to go when only she is there. I recommend to this woman if she hates her job to get a job somewhere else instead of ruining the customers experience.
