Best place to stay for your vacations or honeymoon! Amazing stay, great accommodation, super well located, wonderful food. Extremely clean! In a nutshell : a jewel! We stayed there for few days with my wife for our honeymoon in Mauritius island. Estelle, Antoine and all the team took such good care of us and gave us great recommendations, we couldn’t dream of a best place to stay. Don’t hesitate a second to go there if you consider going to Mauritius.

Superfriendly Host, absolutely perfect breakfast with best Coffee on the Island. Nice Villas&Pool. Super interieur, maybe the room is a bit small. Great veranda. Sometimes some noise from the Road nearby. Really recommended.

From the minute we checked in, my husband and I felt very relaxed and at home. The owners, Antoine and Estelle, were extremely welcoming and helpful, taking the time to provide us with lots of tips and helping us to plan our excursions. The property is extremely lush, beautiful and quiet. We loved the pool area and our room was very comfortable and clean, with a huge private terrace overlooking the pool area. The breakfasts were extremely delicious and healthy, and the location was very accessible to nearby beaches and restaurants. My only regret is not staying longer! Thank you for an amazing stay.

We popped in for a healthy drink and to check out the accommodation for family and friends. We were hugely impressed with the friendly staff, quaint accommodation and well-manicured gardens. The menu is very healthy and creative. A really lovely venue with relaxing music. We will definitely be back.

Stayed here 3 nights while exploring the northern tip of Mauritius with my partner, This place is absolutely outstanding in all aspects from check in through to check out. First of all Pictures don't do the place justice, you have to most definitely see it for yourself! The rooms are perfectly set out and have everything you need, a nice touch was rooms have not only a large towel for the absolutely stunning pool area but also separate towels you can take out on any trips to the beach, theres also a yoga mat in there if you are that way inclined. The pool and Gardens are absolutely beautiful and most certainly gives you that luxury and relaxing feeling when spending time there. Breakfast is another highlight and everything cooked to order. Try the french toast, you wint be disappointed!!! Brunch is also served if you wish to have at an additional charge, the menu has more choice and its worth it if you indulge. The host Antoine is not only as friendly as they come but also extremely helpful and informative, greets you with a nice welcome drink and he will answer any questions you have and even show you on the map places to see in the surrounding area, even gives you a few tips on good places to eat and people to contact for trips or excursions you may be interested in. I've always found that smaller boutique hotels like this always have far more to offer than larger hotels and make your experience that bit more special and individual. All in all a fantastic place to stay!

A hidden gem in the North of Mauritius! We are so glad to have been recommended this place by a friend. The setting is beautiful and tranquil, with an excellent garden cafe for breakfast and lunch, as well as a private pool area for guests. The staff are all very friendly and gave us great recommendations while we were there. The freshly prepared breakfasts were the best we had during our stay!

A little piece of Heaven on Earth! We stayed at The Good Life for 5 nights and it was nothing but perfect! This place is so beautiful, calm, relaxing and cozy. You feel welcome from the very first moment. The hosts - as well as all the other staff - are extremely friendly and helpful, giving you so much good information and tips at any time! Thank you so much for that! The rooms are just lovely, especially the superior rooms right at the poolside. The pool area is wonderful, full of plants, birds and dragonflies. We loved that the Good Life is so small, this makes you feel like home. Breakfast was great and so different to breakfast in bigger hotels – everything is being freshly and lovingly prepared for you. Whenever we visit Mauritius again, we will definitely come back to get lost in this paradise!

Very nicely located, all touristic attractions at north are easily accessible. Staff is very friendly. Antoine, the hotel manager, is very helping and always gives you ideas on what to do where to go etc. I was very happy at our stay , wanna come back again.

Don’t hesitate to stay here if you are going to Mauritius! This is a beautiful spot, full of wonderful plants and greenery and is very well maintained. The hosts/owners and the other staff are all very friendly and accommodating. They were extremely welcoming and helpful, taking the time to provide many tips and explaining more about the island. The included breakfast was delicious, and (depending on what you get!) very healthy. I loved the north of Mauritius, and this was really not far from anything, and there are terrific beaches and water access nearby. Having a car is very helpful though to appreciate all the island has to offer! The eco-friendly atmosphere was great, although my only (minor) complaint was about rule re: air conditioning usage during the day. I get it, but Mauritius is hot and humid, but it seemed fine and I of course turned it off when I left for the day. The internet was occasionally inconsistent as times (I had to switch networks a few times) but overall worked fine. The rooms were also very clean and comfortable, with nice and thoughtful touches. Overall, a wonderful and relaxing stay!

My husband and I were here for just a short stay, but it was a great one! Quiet and private spot, comfortable rooms, delicious food.

I have never stayed in an Eco resort before and was worried about what sacrifices this would entail. However, was spoiled... I have stayed at some great hotels and resorts around the world and have to say I was very impressed by the level of service and care that the team provided. nothing seemed to much effort, The breakfast was outstanding and the room had everything that I needed. Sadly, the kitchen was closed in the evenings but there are places within walking distance nearby. I was only there for a couple of days (work) but will make sure I book again if I ever come back.

If you want to stay away from the big resorts and are looking for a great place to do so in Mauritius, this is the place for you. Great staff and lots of goodies. The breakfast deserves a special mention. An absolute recommendation!
