Opened some time back in Grand Baie La Croisette foodcourt, this place is often busy, and worsened by the fact that customers often don't know what to order. Their menu is however quite explanatory, although the wealth of options sometimes makes it difficult. I have tried a few options from them, with the results being hit and miss. Once they got the order wrong, but agreed to switch it for what I had ordered, although it cost me more waiting time. The fried rice is decent, and the fried noodles although it looks like boiled noodles, does actually have a fried taste to it. I do think however that they put too many vegetables in the fried rice/noodles, as bell peppers shouldn't be in there in the first place. The starters are quite good, however a few times they had run out of them. Prices are a bit hot, but they do provide free take away boxes and cutlery, as well as plastic bags, unlike the other outlets.

It is located inside the food court of La croisette mall , Grand Baie. If it is not too crowded, we can find a seat inside. We were to try something different since Mauritius is a place of different tastes. And the menu of Yum cha seemed so. We ordered crispy chicken fries and stuffed green chilli. That cost us 198 mur (99 for each). Since we were trying, we didn't order too much. They tasted good and the quantity was ok for the price. We didn't expect that after reading the reviews.

Was so excited while looking at the menu, but unfortunately the food was not worth a penny. Portion served did not fill up my stomach!! The taste was not that good as such. The cashier was yelling when someone order was ready.

I was getting food from this place at least once a week but today the quality of the food and the attitude of the employees were atrocious. Having stomach ache doesn’t worth it. Avoiding this place from now. What a shame.

If you like to made a experience how it taste if people are really not able to cook at all or if you like food without spices and and all this really expensive I would add ice you to go ther to wast your money

I came last week , Food does not look like in photos. It's cold and raw when I told the lady she said there will be no refund. Lot of flies , I was sick I got diahee and vomit. Will never come again . Food is disgusting.

Please, close this thing.. tasteless and a waste of money

Very bad service at yum cha la croisette. Food wualoty not the same as before. Worst part the dim sum is served in paper box instead of the wooden box.very disapointed!

My first time dining there, me and my wife took two spicy noodles, it was such a terrible experience, the food served is completely different from the food displayed on there board, on top of that there was something that was thawed within the food had to return both meals untouched, all that for a total cost us Rs600, won't get my money again. WOULDN'T RECOMMEND ANYONE TO EAT THERE! Unless you want to have an upset stomach.
