Dissapointing , noticed that the bed was not well fixed after a few weeks after delivery . I was told that to fix it by myself and that it was not guaranteed. I didn't purchased cheap items and even paid for the delivery I expected some good aftersales service but after getting their response it was very dissapointing. I do not recommend purchasing from them as they have bad after sales and bad customer service.

I'm just overwhelmed and happy with the services I received by one of the sales assistant named Aarti in TFP she was so sweet, understandable, caring at the same time..... And do everything for me so as to get my credit approved....... Wish everyone was like her....... Thanks a lot Mrs Aarti appreciated your action dear❤️
