Shalim shop is the best place in the world.They always say hello when I enter the employees are always nice not only that THEY HAVE EVERYTHING U NEED(mostly every thing) They repair devices. They sell all kind of gadgets. They Sell A LOT OF GIFT CARD.(EX:robuc, UC) They sell phones. They sell smart watch,consoles,psp Plus it is close to port Louis One sad thing is the price is expensive. But who cares if u really want something u can't be scared of buying it.

Had a very bad experience. Went there coming from the other side of the island during a work lunch break to buy a console for a birthday the next day. As soon as I got into the parking, someone came and told me that they're going on a lunch break. The one in charge came just after that to take his car out. Asked if they could just open but were told that it's already lunch time and they'll be back at 13.30. Waited till 13.30. The first guy said his boss will now be back at 14.00. The shop has a clock showing that they'll be back at 13.45. We could not even keep our car in their parking while waiting. None of them looked interested in serving us. I'd rather pay more but get a decent service instead of tolerating them again. I understand that you have a lunch time. But, at least hear the customer out. If not possible to serve him, give him an exact time he can come back. It wouldn't cost anything to also allow waiting in the parking area. And, update the opening and closing times here and on social media to cater for daily lunch breaks.

Very neat and tidy shop. Good service. They respected their delay and called me themselves the day before to notify me my phone was ready to be collected. Edit 2019: repaired a Windows 10 tablet. It was a difficult case but they did it with some delays. All staff do not offer the same level of service as the owner.

Very disappointed, a few months ago I bought 1 month ps plus for RS 600, then the next time I went to buy another 1 months ps plus they told me that the price has increased to RS 700 I understood that price for pounds changes and I bought it,then today I came to buy another 1 month ps plus ,they told me that the price has increased to RS 800.So basically everytime I bought a 1 month ps plus the price increases by RS 100. I can't accept to buy an overpriced product that why I gave you 1 star. Also the customer service isn't great at all you don't feel like you are welcoming when coming to the shop. I went there several times in 2021 and there is only 1 guy that was welcoming, the rest behaviors are just disgusting Lastly does the price of pounds always increase and never decrease for you because that's the impression I have when I consider the fact that everytime I came to your shop the price increases You're welcome

Very professional setting. Staff is patient and explained some mistakes I could have made unknowningly when I bought my PS4 and made an account. You can give them a call too, good aftersale customer service. Parking with security available, so no trouble 🤗

Shop item good but the you guys shouldn't be posting that you can repair ps4 because when i took my ps4 , i had a power on problem, the tried to call me for a fraud that i brought a faulty ps4 thats died but the problem wasn't with my ps4 turning on because when i bought it to my house it was turning on , i bring it over there because i wanted to repair my cooling system btw. If your console is broke, i don't recommend that shop because firstly , there was an old white guy who was being soo rude and disrespectful towards me and there prices are overpriced ( don't believe me? try to compair the prices with other shop or on ebay ) Y'all salim shop guys really mad me sad and disappointed! i wish you guys good luck !

The owner; Shalim himself is a very great guy. His staff is very warm and welcoming. Great place to visit for games, video games, phone reparation and other kind of electronic devices.

Best place to buy games, console, Ps4, Ps5 and all PlayStation stuffs thats available. Great atmosphere and excellent service delivered to customers. If am sad and went to buy something at Shalim shop before leaving Mr Shalim's building i always have a great smile on my face just listening to this man giving you explanation about whatever problem you are having.... Nice customer service and they get the job done but don't be fooled. I personally went there for some repairs on a device of mine and not only did I get charged a lot for it but they didn't even do the best of jobs or even a good job. And if u ask them about it they'll lie through their teeths with some simple reason...Hope this helped. Have a nice day 🤗
