Wouldn't recommend this place for any concerns you have with your dog health,save your money and go else where,I will never take my dog here again. They don't seem to really care or qualified for the job.

Great service provided. Brought four bunnies along with their mother, all of them having infections. Now all of them are healing nicely and getting healthier.🌹😊

We brought our dog there as she was paralysed and couldn’t stand on her two legs. Since the dog was in pain and could bite, we asked the staff to tie the dog muzzle for us. He was unable to put it and instead tied her mouth with a serum cord very tightly. The vet diagnosed the dog with a spinal injury and fever. Injections were given to her and then afterwards she was put on serum for around 1 hour. They didn't think to untie the dog’s mouth. By the end of the treatment, the dog’s sclera became red and she looked suffocated. When came back home, she started foaming same like in overdose situations and became much weaker. We lost her next day. Highly disrecommended!

Amateur staff consulted my pet on the first 2 days....the vet only consulted my pet on the 3rd day of visit when it was too late to do anything.....No compassion towards pets and pet owners is shown by the vet. At such exorbitant prices, we expect our pets to get a first care from vet and not by his assistants especially if the pet's condition is serious.

Unethical that the staff- NOT the veterinarian- does most of the work, including minor surgical procedures etc. You hardly ever see the doctor. Do not be fooled by the positive reviews- you'll notice that for every negative feedback, at least 4 or 5 positive reviews quickly crop up, one after the other, all from new profiles that only reviewed this clinic and nothing else. When you go to an animal clinic, you expect your animal to be treated by an actual vet. You expect the vet to call the shots, to do the surgeries etc. Not the staff! The staff is very kind and you can see that they are all trying their best but at the end of the day, they are not veterinarians.

Very painful moment. You bloke me into pieces.i used to have big respect for you as I Trust you but you broke my Trust.i bought my baby to you but I return with a dead body. I know he wont return but next times dont do that with someone else. I will never come back again

Saturday morning I came to this clinic and the service was so poor my dog was severely injured it was an emergency and their excuses was that they are cleaning the clinic they didn’t even check my dog to know the problem they told me to wait. So I could not wait for them to finish I went to another veterinary and it was to late my dog died in my hands.

Vetocare Clinic is the best veterinary clinic in Mauritius. By far, Dr Vicky Ruhee is the best veterinary surgeon I have met. We have been bringing our pets there since 2013 - the team and staff is very warm and welcoming. They always follow up after any major surgeries we had to complete. Loulou was pregnant twice and had to deliver. Both deliveries went smoothly and all puppies were saved and delivered to us in a healthy way. Dr Ruhee is patient and takes time to "mette ene dialogue" with all the visitors of Vetocare. I can't thank him enough for his professionalism. Dr Vinayak is also quite talented. Ourvashi in the reception is fun and welcoming. Finally, I have to say that they have always tried to attend patients. In June 020 when Mauritius was in lockdown, our dog Momo was severely ill. Dr Ruhee made time for us and saved his life. The best professional veterinary in Mauritius! My only suggestion is for them to open another Vetocare closer to where we live because they only have one in Curepipe

The establishment is really well made and the staff are really nice and helpful. They really love and care for animals! My cat who is usually scared by strangers was quite comfortable and well handled by staffs :D

My puppy was given proper care following an infection, and she is now much better. I wished I had known the clinic earlier; I might have saved my 11-year-old German Shepherd who suddenly got GVD on a Sunday evening.

Got my car sterilised 2 weeks ago the stich was perfect and my cat would walk and eat like normal after few hours only no suffering nothing ...Very caring staff as well will defo recommend

They did blood test and told us my dog is poisoned as if we couldn't see that and charged us quite expensive(which i understand, these things cost a lot) while not giving us any medicines. They gave him some shots and did blood test and they kept us in the dark. Now my dog is back at home and is in a worse state, we are going to another animal hospital. Update: after going to another clinic, his heavy breathing and fever went down as the doctors there actually told us he had a fever and we should do compress and keep him cool and all other stuff. They also did a blood test and actually told us what exactly he got. Only one good thing about vetocare is that the shots worked
