I am one of the loyal customer of i2i Optical. Being one of the most preferred optical shop in Mauritius, they totally do justice to their name. They take outmost care of their clients and keep a close eye on their requirement. I was introduced to i2i by one of my colleague. Since then me and my family are dependent on their support for optical glasses. I visited their shop last week and got my new pair of optical frames from Monoqool. I really loved them . These frames are so light weight and trendy that I don't feel like putting the frames off. So I give them 10/10 for client support, eyewear collection and after sales service.

They also fixed the frame of her glasses for free, and even generously helped us with the parking situation in the city, which we hadn't understood. I don't often bother to write reviews for businesses, but the people here were so kind and helpful, and we didn't end up buying anything, so I wanted to do something in return. A truly friendly and positive experience on our first day in a strange country!
