This was the Hajj camp of pilgrims to Hajj of 2018. It situated at East of airport entrance. (Nearly one kilometre East) This area is used for hajj only during the season. All facilities available there. Like Namaz, food, restroom, toilet etc. Finally accessibility to airport.

Tamil Nadu Haj flights contrary to the usual practice were operated from Cochin this year. Disappointment first turned out to be a blessing in disguise. Greatest hospitality was on display, 24x7, Haj volunteers from Kerala hosted the 1,700 people from Tamil Nadu with great humility and care. The visitors were overwhelmed by the gesture.

Please note that Hajj camp 2018 has been shifted from Hangar to CIAL Academy. This year relatives or anyone accompanying pilgrims will not be allowed in Hajj Camp due space limitations and to avoid inconvenience to pilgrims. Pilgrims has to first report at Terminal 3 Arrival Hall first for registration and then proceed to hajj camp by vehicle arranged by airport sutoritues.
