Bad experience I booked 2 days before they said me to reach here for 1 o clock. @1 o clock I reached here and they call me by phone and tell me to come on another day, we are coming from 60 kms distance.

Patients time is not valued, my appointment 9:30am,,,staff coming at 10.15am, very good doctor,please arrange consulting rooms same floor. Difficulties in aged people

Such a bad experience. We have to wait for hours to getting registration, then hours and hours for getting eye test. Have consulted the same doctor from Moulana hospital too, never faced this full day waiting from there.

Service is very good and excellent... especially behaviour towards the patient counselling But the waiting time is too over... so kindly consider to manage the patient waiting time please

Very good service received from the hospital. My mother's cataract surgery was completed on August 22nd. Since last night, the eye started feeling severe pain. That's why she came to see the doctor today. The hospital was very busy but my 86 year old mother was given special considaration. Smruthi madam was there for everything. Yesterday I visited Lustre eye care Perintalmanna with my parents and was really pleased with the professional approach rendered starting from the reception. Dr. Iqbal , as everyone knew is an excellent doctor with very kind approach and high ethics. Now happy to see that he has a team in lustre to match his professionalism. This centre has all the infrastructure, pharmacy and optical shop to support. Hygiene and pleasant approach of the staffs are really appreciable.
