Well you can cannot expect royal treatment over here here the consultants are act like they just doing favour to you.. The irony is we spending lacks together over there This was my experience over here And one good thing is that I got my bike delivery in just 5 days So to conclude that you can consider this place to buy .. But don't go through the mindset off good hospitallity

Worst management and employees attitude are rude and all are irresponsible and they often tend to neglect their duties. I canceled my booking and its over 2.5 months and they have not refunded and they promised refund within 45 days, got sad by costumer service I wonder still how management haven't been changed after these many complaints, and they don't even deserve a single star. Hate to say but better learn from your competitors in the market.

They are not even eligible for 1star .... The worst ever customer service I have seen in my life.... They'll take customer's mobile phone and they themselves rate their showroom 5 star .... They'll treat you like you own them money..... We are paying lakhs of money and we won't get a penny of respect and service. The executives here are the black mark for the brand Royal Enfield. They are spoiling the brand name.

Pathetic service from Subramanya motors branch Bhagavati motors from TUMKUR. No one knows the procedure and their responsibility. Worst experience start from the quotation to delivery. The staff is nil knowledge on the nature of work. Every time you need to poke them like elephant. There was no delivery formalities. Though we informed them earlier our vehicle was not ready and no one was there. They were just brooming when we visited. In addition to this misguiding is another issue with store executives. Don't accept if they are offering any freebies. Later you will be charged for that. Totally the owner is hiring bunch of staff who don't know their job. It's waste of money for him. I pitty you sir. Warm hearted, Very helpful and informative staff. The service centre is also highly recommended for riders. They do anything in their power to help a stranded rider or a rider in need. The showroom too has good collection of gears and accessories.

Don’t buy your dream vehicle here. Worst delivery experience on my bike purchase. They will follow up only till payment process,then no updates at all. Vehicle was delivered without the accessories after receiving all the payment. It’s been a 10 days since buying a bike,yet the accessories are not yet installed and no updates too. Completely disappointing

Hlo friends don't got hassan royal Enfield show room treating way of customer is too bad not showing details of bike putting Unnecessary extra details on quotation making froad to customer , owner is not good not responding correctly way of treating the facility are too bad so guys I am requesting yu to dnt go to royal Enfield showroom this my real experience for only one lakh to 4lakh bikes they have but in car showroom and other showroom like honda, tvs, bajaj are really good but in hassan royal Enfield showroom is too bad guys don't go dnt waste yur time

It's an amazing place the showroom employees are very humble and very informative you can visit and have an inquiry or your doubt cleared. You can ask for a test ride too, almost all models are available if not you can book in advance they will import from the factory and deliver you. There are also riding gears available.

I have experienced so worst I ordered hunter 350 rebel blue and they sed we need 15 days time for the bike now today on 25/8/2022 they are giving me the display bike which was at showroom from long time. They have a same bike 2 but they are not ready to give that they are saying to give the display bike only. Even the showroom manager use to call me and sya to pay the money first from 19th.
