Not a good experience. Not helpful staffs, bickering around and being bossy. Not a good job also was being done. Snide comments being passed about the earlier customers (God knows what will they be telling after we left). The helper chechi is probably a better human than the rest.

Super beauty saloon. I personally recommend everyone. Very good service. All employees even cleaning staffs are giving respect to the customers. They welcome us with a pretty smile. Rates are also cheap. It is affordable for common people too.

The quality of the hair cut is good, but the options available are very limited and the waiting time is like a hell. Only 1-2 staff members available I believe all the time, if you go without an appointment, be ready to sit for hours.

Whenever I visit kunnamangalam for my vacation, Salon I can trust is only Naturals, because there are no other professional salon. I have visited this place, 2 weeks ago and Poonam was the one who did my services. She was very professional and did a very good job.

Poor service. Very harsh and painful threading i have ever experienced. They were just hurrying up for completing within minutes. Even threading was also not done properly. Closed before 8 PM. Hence unable to do haircut also. I will never recommend this place to anyone. Basic hygiene is not maintained.

I just did a detan facial. And wow it was amazing. The procedure itself was so relaxing and I could really feel the proper exfoliation on my skin. And a special thumbs up to chahana for this.

Good ambience. Good service. And I believe new staffs need better training which I'm sure you'll be giving. Overall it was a good experience.

Not at punctual regarding working hours.First of all, displaying free WiFi board is not enough. But providing password to the customers is also necessary. Lady sitting in the reception doesn't know the password and didn't bother to provide even after 1 hrs. Visited for hair cut of kids (boy & girl). Boys part was quite normal and satisfying. But for girl no female beautician turned up. Even after repeatedly asking for one. At last the same person attended. Even after showing a picture and asked for same hair cut, he couldn't give the same. These are my personal experience and can't judge the female part of the spa. Must be good. Ms Shakeena was only the overall performer of the spa. But unluckily she was attending the female customers. Overall customer satisfaction was a big ZERO.

Best Salon in Kunnamangalam area, a must try service is their hair wash with head massage by the staff Saheel. Friendly staffs with great behaviour! I highly recommend this place for everyone❤️

The receptionist's behaviour is so rude. Waiting time of more than half n hr for a haircut. The haircut was satisfactory.

All in all a good salon. Well behaved staff. And the place is nice and clean. I have seen an AC issue only if the electricity goes out and there is no other problem. 🥰

Unethical staff behaviour. They called me thrice and said that there is an issue in billing and needed to connect with my friend who availed the service. But the situation was my friend was denied service because they prioritised their own customers and tried covering it up. When he said that he's going to complaint they came up with this billing story to me to connect with him. Not sure what professional values are being followed by them. Been a Naturals account holder for last 2 years and has never come across such staff behaviour.

Overall good service. the service and quality of the cut was of extremely high standard.billal was good and polite.
